The lady who prepared breakfast was amazing.”

The breakfast was great and the host was kind. We loved the terrace. It was also a great location so close to the Medina. The doorbell would ring late at night to be let in and people stayed up past quiet hours. However it’s a hostel so that’s the expectation.

price/location There was only small locker for the most important things like documents and no bigger locker for my bag pack I was worried about it, but every one was saying that it is a safety place and thieves are not common

Great staff, good breakfast and tea, cute cats, exactly as advertised! Location couldn’t be better.

Honestly nothing

Karima and Karim really run this place well. They’re professional and make sure you have all that you need !!! I love the location and the terrace. It’s clean and quiet here. There are rules and it’s not a party place. Good if you want safe and quiet.

There is nothing special on this property This property played a biggest money scam. Online it shows 148 dirham plus 60 dirham taxes for 3 nights, but when you reach property they charge almost 83 dirham of city tax. These people try to attract people by just showing 148 dirham and later you are charged for almost 300+ dirham which is double what they show online. They should show full and final price online to not confuse people by showing some random price but not the actual full price

I like the staff kindness

The property offers multiple showers and toilets, which made everything very convenient. It’s also in a great location, just about a 6-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hostel charges extra for basic amenities such as towels, which was disappointing. At check-in, we had to wait around 30 minutes for someone to arrive at reception. Even after checking in, the beds were not yet cleaned, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, there was no secure place to store personal belongings.

Very good experience for the price

Everything. The staff is amazing, always happy to help. Karim ,and the other lady (I don't know her name) are one of a kind. They become friends to family. Guide you with the best, and are smooth with everything possible. The best part is the terrace with amazing wifi speed. Liked everything

Many stays here and I am sure there will be more to come! Wake up and enjoy the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains on the Terrace then head downstairs to get some breakfast before starting your day! The hostel is almost always alive in the day. Whether you’re taking a break from the fast Medina or if you’re just relaxing for a lazy day there are always friendly people around to make conversation with. If you are ready to leave the Medina and make your way into the city for shopping or have an excursion there is a gate (Bab laksour) very close that will allow you to hail a taxi or simply walking around the beautiful city of Marrakech! The staff at kif kif are like family. I felt more at home in this hostel then any others around Africa and Europe!

Nothing special to complain except shower cabins ,they could instalate some hooks or shelves to store clothes during bath also I could to feel some smell from sewerage drains.
-
It was a little cold but that could very easily be just because the weather was cold when I was there. The beds were not insanely comfortable but not that bad. Lack of hot water when showering.

The people are the best. Kareem (manger) has turned into another dad. Such a welcoming place. Free breakfast and ability to use the kitchen. Super close to the square in the medina. Sweet hostel cats as well
