The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the place and the general atmosphere is the hostel is very nice. I will stay here again as I must return to Marrakech before taking my flight back home.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Too cold, not enough blankets. Staff played their music all day.

Amazing stay, The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel veryy welcome. Highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a warm and hospitable experience ✌?

Location, close to bus stops and Medina. WiFi, structural design Central pool water wasn’t clean. Security (front door) seemed to always be open for anyone to come in but I don’t think that’s a concern. Couldn’t tell who worked there and who didn’t and that could pose a concern if you’re a female traveling solo. No lockers just a storage area.

Staff is very friendly Mohamed was very helpful and kind, they stored my lap top as it did not suit in the normal locker, breakfast is tasty and location is great, just 3-4 mins walking to the Medina Beds are not comfortable and it is quite noisy, however music and people talking loudly stops at midnight. Showers needs some mantainance as some doors were broken.

Riad Dia is an amazing place to stay for a few days. It’s in the heart of Medina with means you don’t have to take taxi if you want to go somewhere from your hotel. Riad is hidden in a small and quiet alley that mutes street sound. Everyday I had hot water under the shower only for 1 minute max. Employees didn’t care about noise after 22 or even before midnight. When somebody’s talking downstairs everybody hears it because the place is open. Also when I checked in no one showed me anything, just my bed. I didn’t know where’s the toilet, luggage storage or what time is breakfast served.

Top bunk was shaky and noisy.

The staff was amazing, very kind and sweet. The location was also perfect, just a couple minutes from the big square The atmosphere was nice and social, I met amazing people there. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but I still got good night's sleep!

I stayed on a room located on the bottom floor so I often heard people talking outside in the common area late at night or early in the morning. I would recommend getting a room on the second floor.
