The hotel is in a great location very close to the medina, with delicious dinner and breakfast offerings. The property itself is beautiful, featuring a lovely pool, elegant garden and lobby design, as well as a beautiful restaurant. The massage experience is so relax and enjoying. However, we felt the overall service from some staff members could have been warmer and more genuine, as at times it seemed like assistance was expected to be rewarded with tips in return. In addition, for a luxury hotel, the absence of hair conditioner was a small but noticeable detail.

Great location and wonderful facility.

Location, the pool Getting outdated. Kids room the airconditioning didn’t work

Beautiful and very comfortable! NA - everything was lovely!

Loved the location, facilities (pools, gym, bars/restaurants) and service. The rooms were great - especially the one with the balcony My daughters were first put in a room that smelt very damp and found insects on bags / clothing the following morning. I had to ask for a change of room which happened the following day. We were pleased with the room change. However I was quite disappointed the room was even open to guests.

Everything was perfect! The staff is super friendly and super professional. The room was incredible the hotel is beautiful. Food in the hotel was extremely good as well! Can’t wait to come back! Only thing that I didn’t love is the fact that taxis can’t come infront of the hotel due to the location. But there’s a taxi station near by!

Very peaceful and relaxing environment. good location to stroll out into the traditional market & cafes. Traditional feel to all the bars and restaurants Limited seating and beds around the roof top pool area, felt a little cramped

It's everything you could imagine a dream hotel should be. A magical place in a magical location. The restaurants are all excellent, the spa is amazing and each of its three pools has a unique twist. Rooms are all exceptional, even the most 'basic', which anything but basic and almost every room is unique and like the best room you'd find in other hotels. The mini suites are exceptional. Staff will move mountains for you and breakfast is good, particularly taken on the poolside terrace. We have been a few times now and it keeps getting better (we always pop in to potential alternatives in Marrakesh, but none make the grade). We will return. If I was to be really picky, the check-in takes a while, but you are seated in the shade and offered Moroccan tea and petits fours.

The location is great The so-called air conditioning is not controlled by the guest, but it is set for the entire hotel. The coolest our room ever got was 25.8 Celsius. Marrakesh is a very hot city. Paying four to $800 per night, it is an excusable to not be able to have a cool room for sleeping.

Excellent Forgetful staff kept forgetting orders and cleared the table too early ever after we told them not to.
