Hôtel Racine Marrakech

everything was clean. the property is old and could use some maintenance but it’s not unhygienic we were facing the streets of the bars and it was a little noisy. at the same time we were so tired that we didn’t have any trouble falling asleep

Super clean rooms and big rooms which is not very common on the island for the city center. The staff are lovely helpful and with a smiling face all the time. Location wise amazing, few steps from the park and you are in the heart of the old town None

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The housekeeping was great. Room was clean and nice and quiet. The breakfast service was not able to keep up with the flow of guests and there was long wait for certain food like scrambled eggs and orange juice.

The hotel was very poor multiple rooms had bathroom flooding (not leacking - flooding) after every shower

This was our 1st stay here at the beginning of our 2 week moto trip (stayed again in April). Good location ( small supermarket literally around the corner that has alcohol & ice), very helpful staff, rooms are fine if a bit tired. Seemingly this hotel is always busy & near capacity so may be a bit of a cutting secure a room at short notice. Nothing really except maybe the lack of parking - even for 4 motorcycles- which is on street only.

I was there for 4 days. Provided only 1 bottle water. Even after request did not provide any more. I booked for 2 persons but ultimately I was single. Informed before. They charged city tax for 2 persons

Nice room, everything was clean, great location. I really liked the breakfast, the food was tasty and enjoyable. However, no matter what time you come, many of the serving dishes are empty and you have to ask the staff to refill them, as they are not replenished regularly.

The girl at reception was really nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the location was really great and central The night staff at the hotel were really rude, the breakfast was terrible, the only thing we could eat was the bread, they ran out of eggs we waiting over 30 minutes for some eggs but it never came out. the hotel room wasnt that clean, the shower, the floor.

Comfortable and clean, on walking distance from the city center (25 mins from the main square) and in the nice modern part of the city. Breakfast was good, they allowed us to leave our baggage before and after check in and everyone was friendly and polite, especially the girl on the reception.

The receptionist, a young girl paid more attention to her phone than the customers. I had to keep repeating what im saying bc she didnt focus. Very annoying.
