Everything was great One person from the restaurant upstairs down grated me because I spoke Moroccan and he took better care of people that where international. He didn't know I was on vacation from America. He really made me feel as Moroccan I can't even get good service with my own kind of people. At the end he saw I tip better then those other lol

Staff was super helpful with any need; location is safe; there plenty of good restaurants close by and hotel also having its own skybar and restaurant which are valuable. Everything was great!

The staff are very open, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. The atmosphere is warm, and the level of service is truly outstanding. I’d especially like to mention the hotel manager and a staff member named Ouissam, who provided top-level service and even showed us the rooms before check-in — something not every hotel does. In short, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very luxurious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, in a nice area with cafe right next to it, which made everything very convenient. There is also parking available directly next to the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially the receptionists Wesam and Younes, who were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was outstanding — very delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Nothing

The overall experience was OK, the hotel was nicely located at the center of Downtown and the breakfast was good. The room itself was not up to the expected standard given its price and especially the bed was not comfortable at all, neither were the pillows. A bad sleeping experience overall. The most disappointing thing was that there is absolutely no space for parking available during certain hours, even being a hotel guest, sometimes restaurant guests are favored. This is important to point out because we specifically asked the property about parking in our exchanges with them before arriving and were told there would not be any problems, which was completely false.

The location was great. Everything is walking distance. Something sketchy thing happened when we left to airport. We had to go back since there was a call from hotel to a taxi driver, claiming we left a pair of sandals. They were not ours and we ended up paying double amount for a fair to airport to the taxi driver.

On behalf of my guests, I’m very happy to share their excellent feedback about 2Ciels Boutique Hotel. As their tour operator, I booked this hotel via Booking.com, and everything exceeded expectations. They loved the modern and comfortable rooms, the beautiful rooftop pool, and the delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh options. The location and overall atmosphere were also highly appreciated. An excellent choice in Marrakech — highly recommended! There was honestly very little to dislike — everything was very well organized. If anything, the rooftop area can get a bit busy during peak hours, but overall it did not affect the great experience.

Everything was amazing! The restaurant, the rooftop, the staff, the room

Safe, quiet neighborhood and well located. Amazing Spa service, great restaurant. Well, I payid full price but the rooftop was closed due to damage and I really was looking forward to spend time there.

Good location and room was clean and comfortable. Room much smaller than appears in photos. Staff were effective but not particularly helpful. We had an early morning checkout and the receptionist volunteered at check-in to send a take-away breakfast - however he did not. We had quite a bit of luggage and despite staff and a bell man no one offered assistance. The AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms. Staff not particularly helpful, welcoming, attentive or courteous. Everything was ‘fine’ but nothing exceptional in the service realm.

Here’s a polished, clear version you can use as a hotel review (I kept your tone but tightened it up): ⸻ This hotel was amazing. From check-in to check-out, the staff were outstanding—very polite, professional, and attentive. The area felt extremely safe, and the property was spotless. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which really made a difference. I felt completely comfortable walking alone around the neighborhood. Having a tennis club directly across the street was a great bonus, though it’s worth noting that they don’t speak English. Bartenders are amazing and waiters are very attentive Rite signature cocktails, as well as fresh juices. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled due to weather and I had to stay two extra nights/ watch was godsend . The hotel manager went above and beyond by accommodating me in a suite while charging only the regular room rate. Their flexibility and kindness during a stressful situation truly stood out. Roof top sunset bar was impeccable. Service was Highly recommend this hotel Your breakfast was included. Buffet plus à la carte omelette There’s two pools one in the Spa area and you could have dinner there or breakfast super comfortable with cushion seats surrounding the pool

The breakfast was amazing fresh omelettes to order fabulous juices fresh.. Receptionist front desk, very helpful gave me Ulmon app to travel find places for free . Very accommodating, they let me stay in my suite being my flight was canceled to New York for standard room price.

The receptionist Oumaima was very professional and friendly. Very tasty breakfast. Spacious room. Thanks for this unforgettable experience. I recommend this hotel. And sure I will come back. Nothing special

The staff and breakfast were excellent. Will stay again next time I visit Marrakech!

I really liked the size of our room (two single beds) and the fact that it included a table with two chairs, along with an additional table and chair that worked well as a desk. We also had a spacious balcony with two chairs and a table, which was a great bonus. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to nearby restaurants and the Gueliz roundabout area, where there are plenty of shops and dining options. The hotel is also easily accessible by car, with drop-off and pickup directly in front of the entrance, which is a big plus and not always common in Marrakech, especially near Medina areas. We had just arrived from an eight-hour nonstop flight that landed at 6:30 a.m., and I was traveling with my father, who is nearly 70 years old, so we were especially grateful that the hotel allowed us to check in around 10:00 a.m. after arriving at around 8:00 a.m. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant so much that we ended up eating there for both lunch and dinner almost every night, especially loving the excellent seafood and the chicken tagine. The rooftop bar is also great and was a nice spot to relax in the evenings. The room temperature controls did not allow for cooling, which may be restricted during the winter months. The bathroom can get warm, especially when blow-drying or straightening hair. We found that opening the patio door in the mornings and evenings helped bring in some fresh air and balance the heat. This wasn’t a major issue, but as someone who tends to run hot after showering and getting ready, I personally prefer a cooler space during that time. It will likely be perfectly fine for most guests.

A bit of a walk to major attractions.

We are explorers from Dubai, do follow our adventures and food journeys on Insta: vibrant_wanderer_rhythm ? DM us for travel tips and insights for any destination ❤️ Fatima ( Front office ) & Chayema ( Restaurant) a Special Mention and Gratitude Fatima went beyond to arrange a surprise for us requested by my better half on the occasion of our anniversary. And Chayema was so kind n attentive during our breakfast mornings Hotel is centrally located , 2-3 km from the center. Easy to walk or cab (MAD 20-30) Staff smiling and welcoming It’s a small boutique property with rooftop pool and bar restaurant. Also has spa facilities and a buzzing restaurant bar at Ground floor We experienced lifestyle suite : Spacious well lit room, the WC seats are worn out; rest was ok. Prestige Suite : Spacious room, with terrace. 1.5 bathrooms. Clean facilities . Except kettle was dirty and the room too dark for our liking at night time. In terms of service, F& B option et al, the place is good to stay. Happy exploring and don’t miss to follow us on insta / gram

2Ceils had a cool French/ Moroccan vibe with a nice luxury feel. The bar and dining area were solid and enjoyable to hangout either in the morning of in the evening. Excellent location near modern shopping but also close enough to the Medina and souks. The upper shower head didn’t work well and would only spray cold water. The hand held shower worked just fine.
