The Relations Manager was very helpful (Ms. Hatima) Location was excellent Food was good and the breakfast spread was very good. The Air conditioner in the room needs to be cooling better The curtains were not properly fixed Maintenance can be improved and the maintenance staff can be better trained. Even the plumbing needs improvement

Location! The hotel has a great location, the breakfast is good, and the staff is generally helpful. The rooms are not luxurious but they are comfortable. However, the towels and bathrobes need to be replaced or renewed. Unfortunately, I had a serious issue with the security deposit. Instead of a pre-authorization hold, the amount was charged to my credit card without communication. During check-out, I was told I would receive the refund by email, which did not happen. My aunt, who was also staying at the hotel, had her deposit refunded on the spot, which made me realize something was wrong. Only then was the mistake acknowledged. Until today, I still have not received my refund or any clear update from the hotel. This lack of transparency and resolution is very disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its internal process and communication, so future guests don’t face the same issue.

Excellent Staff and the Location. What a lovely neighbourhood Rooms and cleanliness. House keeping should be improved a lot. Tables in the room are dusty

Very nice hotel and great staff. The location is perfect. Only a five minute taxi from the medina and walking distance to many good and varied restaurants. The horse carriages come by and that is a good option as well to get around town. The hotel restaurant and cafe are of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food as well. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view of the city. No complaints we had a very nice stay.

We stayed at Hivernage Hotel & Spa for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The morning staff were exceptionally nice, full of energy, and made every interaction feel warm and welcoming, you can’t help but love them. A special note of appreciation goes to one of the managers, a lady, whose professionalism and kindness stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing as the gentleman who assisted us seemed tired and extremely unpleasant, leaving a bad first impression. There was also ongoing construction during our stay started in early morning, which disrupted our rest and sleep. While the hotel has been renovated, it still feels old, and the lack of carpet in the room was uncomfortable for us. Overall, the morning team truly saved our experience.

Traditional style with amazing service but still modern, breakfast is amazing very complete any request they respond really fast. Everyone speaks English so it is very easy to get any information. police is always around the property so feels really safe. Transportation: property is in Hivernage is a more high-end neighborhood but really close to La Medina. For us was amazing to be able to be close to La Medina but without being in the middle of the super busy Medina. For around €10 you can get into the airport Nothing

I don't like the attitude from the night Manager mr.ahmed he was very non qualified to be working directly with customers because he has very bad business communication... Never meet any one in any hotel or tourism field with this kind of bad personality and attitude so I think he must work on his Business communication

The room is spacious and clean Location is perfect and easily accessible
-
Location (near by the old city) and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The property was old, not maintained and nearby a noisy club. The price of the stay was high and not matching the experience.
-
The parking was in the street.

The breakfast is great. The gym is modern and clean. We had a lovely afternoon in the spa. The coffee machine at breakfast was a bit unreliable..
-
Location was reasonably central. Impressed with staff hospitality. Good breakfast and clean/tidy. Lifts were too small.
-
the 6th floor in below of a DJ terrace, the noise was huge until midnight. it was simply terrible it is not 5 star... a basic 4 star should be the appropriate category

Location is safe, central and close to restaurants and about 20 mins walk from the main square. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The concierge Abderrahim was great with organising trips and restaurants for us. Hakima in Customer Relations gave us a lovely welcome and a tasty Moroccan tea as a welcome drink. They were both always happy to help. It’s much appreciated. Sofia and Karima in the spa were great. The massage was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. All of the staff went out of their way to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool area was great. The breakfast was a very good mix of fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, roasted vegetables, salads and more. The currency exchange is on site so very convenient.

location is ideal, close to one of the old city gates. easy to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa

I had a wonderful stay at Hivernage Hotel & Spa. The location is ideal, walking distance to Gitex Africa and also close enough to the Medina to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with that signature Moroccan touch. I especially loved the rooftop views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech who wants a mix of luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality.

Visiting to Gitex Africa so it was just a walking distance. Main thing is every day the same old breakfast without any change. Salads have no taste at all. Very old Small toaster from the 80s which doesn’t serves the purpose of toasting the bread faster. Bad hygiene as the breakfast always have small tiny food flies hovering on the breakfast everyday. Please add a Shataf in every washroom of the rooms for better hygiene instead of just having tissues.

The location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring Marrakech. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The value was good for what’s offered, especially if you book one of the suites. The pillows were quite hard and might not be ideal for everyone. The rooms can be noisy for light sleepers due to street sounds. Also, the property feels a bit outdated, and the single rooms are quite basic compared to the suites.
