The property is centrally located The staff was mediocre, hard to communicate with some of them, especially when requesting extra towels. It was a problem. The rooms are old and outdated. The bathrooms on the rooftop were also not to what the standards should be. The door handles were falling off and just very little attention to those things. I don’t think the rate of pay was worth it honestly.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Marrakech was absolutely exceptional, truly one of the best hotels! We were there to celebrate our mum’s special birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional mint tea and warm smiles. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely attentive, nothing was ever too much to ask. They even surprised us with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. Every detail was perfect, the cleaning service was outstanding, the room was spotless every day, and the property itself is stunning: beautifully maintained, elegant, luxurious, and it smells divine! A special mention to Hassan, the hotel manager, who personally made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay, and to all other staff, whose constant smiles and kindness made us feel so welcome. We were truly treated like royalty. Thank you so much to the entire Nobu Marrakech team, your exceptional service and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. The DJ was loud from inside our room until 1-2am. Room was hot and we could not cool it down by having our door open due to the DJ

My stay was fabulous! The location is so central, it's a stones throw away from Royal Mansour and La Mamounia. The staff is brilliant and helpful especially the breakfast staff and the conceirge. The rooms are clean and big and the beds are super comfy. I celebrated my bday at the hotel and they brought a nice surprise for me along with a live song at the breakfast table. The little sweet treats left at bed time were great too. I didn't like the house keeping picking my meds/ toiletries and putting them in the bag. They have no business accessing my suitcase or opening it when I'm not in the room. That was weird for me.

I loved everything about Nobu Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and in an excellent location close to all the main attractions. It felt very safe traveling with my 16-year-old son. The rooftop bar has an incredible atmosphere when you want energy and music, while the rooms are quiet and relaxing. Huge thanks to Jamila (housekeeping) and Nasima (lobby and breakfast area) for their warmth and amazing service — they made our stay unforgettable. The beds were also incredibly comfortable! Honestly, nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded my expectations.

It was simply impressive. The staff and the food was amazing. Special thanks to Hassan, who has an exceptional service. Jamal was also incredible helping us constantly with the tours. And the restaurant was simply the best. I cannot stop recommending this hotel.

Great location, rooftop bar amazing and lively. Great service and perfect room. Also used the spa/hammam great service and wanted to go again for a second time but unfortunately was fully booked for the time I needed to go. Hopefully will be back. A bit too close to the rooftop bar so could sometimes hear the music.

The service from beginning and end. I felt seen by the staff with every interaction — from the room upgrade on arrival to the chilli with each meal ;) and everything in between. This is a hotel that knows quiet luxury and service.
