Is the best 5 stars I liked everything about my stay

The food at the in-house restaurant and room service were both amazing. The free breakfast was incredible. The entire staff was helpful and kind. This was my first time in Morocco. I vastly preferred to stay here vs a traditional riad in the Medina. It was really comforting for the taxis to know exactly where to take us. The staff helped us Americans avoid some mistakes, like not knowing to reserve tickets online for popular sites of interest in advance. The one minor challenge for fellow Americans is their beds are really firm. Hard beds are typical of Morocco, so this isn't a negative review of this specific hotel. As someone who is 50 with arthritis in her spine, I will look at picking up a camping mat or eggshell crate mattress cover before making another trip back to Morocco.

the staff at the breakfast location were very good good location the rooms were outdated. The bathroom was so old. I got worried when I say the broken drawers at the checkin area. we tried to get a refund for some days so we could go to another hotel but they refused.

Rooms are bit old style
-
Breakfast selection was very poor only eggs and sweets wish they had more to offer, staff was generally good but making inappropriate jokes sometimes
-
Rooms outdated.. rooms are worse than a 3 Star hotel

The concierge especially Mohammed was always helpful which was lovely, All staff and room service was excellent highly recommend this stunning hotel Could have a steam room/sauna facility included into the hotel and not the palace grounds which you pay additionally for to use

The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The location in Hivernage is excellent. The rooms of 75m were spacious and comfortable. The beds were good. The bathrooms might need some renovation. The breakfast for a 5 star hotel could be better. The fruit selection f.e. was poor.

The location is perfect walkable to many cool hotels/restaurants, swings in pool bar area a plus, beautiful grounds to walk around (attached to palace). Amazing staff! Nothing

Beautiful resort hotel with amazing grounds and gardens. The spa is one of the nicest spas I've ever seen and the grounds and gardens are so pretty. You definitely feel like you're in an oasis when you walk on to the property. There are two swimming pools and both are quite large with poolside service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. And, breakfast is really good with a wide variety of items to choose from, including made-to-order omelets. We wish we could have stayed longer as we really enjoyed our time here. We loved everything.

The location of the hotel was convenient, in a walking distance from the noisy Medina and the souks. Breakfast was beyond expectation. The 5-star hotel did not live up to its name in any aspect. It is worn out, badly in need of repairs and maintenance. The bed as well as the pillows were disappointing and unearthly uncomfortable. The staff at the reception was helpful enough, however some staff members during the breakfast were extremely rude with very poor language skills. Strange banging in corridors started quite early in the morning, not sure of it was the cleaning staff or other quests.

Facilities were great, and housekeeping kept our room perfect. The pool is great for swimming and heated. Only downside was one of the bar staff who was always miserable and unhelpful.
-
Clean if slightly old fashioned decor. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options both Moroccan and European and attentive staff. Nice bar area. The lifts were a little old, rather small and slow but reliable.

People at reception was fascinating People helpful and their smile was so beautiful

The staff was super nice - among others Khalid frim the breakfast team "demain" - Also the outside pool is heated. Staff very attentive and super welcoming! Nice facilities incl Bar, Spa and Casino etc The room of the 'hotel' not the palace could be refurbished. Also the breakfast area and reception. But it didn't disappoint us at all!
