I didn't like this hotel at all, and it is the last time I stay there ever in my life. This is not a hotel, not even close to a hostel...it is super dirty and old. The room was dirty, and I had ants on my bed. The breakfast was so bad as well. The towels were also dirty. This "hotel" can't be 4 stars, not even 1 star, 0 stars for sure. Do yourself a favor and never stay there.

Simply the BEST location for all of the iconic sights with in easy walk [ I'm 78 years old :)]. Wonderful pool. Great Staff. Bar and restaurant do not take cash.

Absolutely nothing was good about this place. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The water in the bathroom came out brown and I got diarrhea/ food poisoning from the cheap breakfast they serve. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Get what you pay for Good breakfast ,big rooms friendly staff,hot water, Fantastic quiet pool and gardens . It’s old and dated could do with a re vamp .

Good location, poolside and garden areas nice. Some staff very helpful but not all. Room was ‘tired’, shower hose too short so had to kneel in the bath for full shower, and overall far too noisy. Our room was apparently one of the best in the hotel but being near the stairs and lift it was ridiculously noisy. TV in the lobby was playing loud football until too late and the noise travelled up the stairway. Cleaning staff and other guests were all too evident and late-night conversations in the corridor were very intrusive. The excursion to the Ourika Valley was very disappointing - basically it was a sales push for carpets and Argan oil followed by lunch by the river which gave one of us severe food poisoning that ruined the last half of the holiday.

The food, even though double the price of anywhere else we ate during our week long visit, was of a nice standard and variety. You can’t pay by card for the bar, restaurant or transfer services. They didn’t tell us this until it was time to pay. The atm located outside the hotel charges to withdraw but we were left with no choice. The rooms were nasty, run down and old fashioned. They made us sign a waiver to say we wouldn’t bring any food or drink into the hotel. After a long day of travelling we just wanted to eat and go to bed and then got ripped off at the restaurant. Just a horrible experience. There are so many other places to stay, do not pick this hotel!!

At first all looks nice. There is a beautiful garden and pool. The service is bad except reception who have to deal constantly with customers complaints. You can only pay with cash at bar and restaurant, as the owner installed an ATM in front of the hotel and wants customers to pay his fee. Here is the list of issues: - no water provided. There is a fridge at reception where you need to buy your water. And security received instruction to forbid customers to bring back water at the hotel - bathroom barely working, toilet not flushing well, water drains are clogged - hairdryer doesn't work - we were on a business trip. No iron or dry cleaning service available - windows don't close well. We had someone coming to fix it - mattress is worn out and bouncy - we had a baby and asked for a small mattress, it was all molded Hotel needs complete refurbishment, owner must update his policy of trying to drain money from customers I would absolutely not recommend this place

Location was perfect pool area and gardens beautiful and clean..Safe in room was broken so was unable to store valuables. Would absolutely stay again

Very close to everything nice pool. When I arrived to my room, the bedsheets were not changed from previous guests, hair, blood and pubic hair in the bed. 2 cushions on the chair were black dirty and the tissue in the bathroom also had blood on it. Guy at reception try to over charge me by 10 euro for a 2pm checkout.
