Clean and very friendly staff. Walkable to the Medina. They did not provide at least one bottle of water. That is pretty standard for hotels now.

I really appreciated the staff, I was able to take a refreshing dip in the pool after my arrival, even though it was after dark. I loved my room, and the balcony. Very spacious and comfortable. I also loved my breakfast on the rooftop, as well as the sun lounges. The location was good if you don’t mind walking. The mall was close by as well as restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, excellent value.

Lovely staff and location quite good The only downside is the pool is shaded so I imagine the water is a little cool tho we didn't try it

It’s clean, very accessible and has all amenities. I was quite surprised at how well they thought everything through in the aprtment. Felt very welcome!

Very accommodating. Needed in emergency due to missed flight. Helpful at front desk and had booked us our taxi which was on time the following morning. Could do with some modernising in the rooms.
