Location central Zero air conditioning and no effort to change it - it’s their policy to keep it like that. Will not recommend at all.

Location was wonderful, close to all facilities 1- Staff is impolite and ignorant, specially at Reception 2- Staff at Front Desk need to be educated to deal with 5 stars hotel guest 3- Reception Staff tried to double charge me at Checkout despite I paid full amount at check in 4- Room was too small and unclean to a terrible condition 5- Bed was uncomfortable and too old 6- Smelly room with terrible odor. AC was not working and we were asked to change rooms 7- Soa and massage center was out of order

Its location it was closed and were able to accommodate us in terms of the excursions The service was extremely bad, I asked for body wash to shower but instead got body lotion. Had to repeatedly ask for our room to be cleaned

Location is perfect You need to cross the street to reach the mall, super market, barber, bar, night club and coffee shops You need to be careful when crossing the street

Nothing Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The response from the staff was poor, and the facilities were in bad condition. There was a clear lack of respect for guests. The room and furniture were outdated, and the mattress and bedding were so worn out that it was impossible to sleep comfortably — I woke up with back pain instead of feeling rested. There was daily disturbance from the housekeeping team early in the morning, and the room had no soundproofing at all. Breakfast service was also unacceptable, with insects on the food and cats wandering around the dining area. The dining tables were not clean. The towels were completely worn out, their threads torn, and their color turned yellow from overuse. The room lacked basic amenities, and the worst part was the air conditioning — it was extremely hot, to the point where sleeping without a blanket was the only option. The only person who genuinely tried to help was Ms. Fawzia from customer service, and I really appreciate her efforts. However, the hotel management showed no interest in resolving any of the issues. I do not recommend this hotel at all, and it definitely does not deserve a five-star rating.

Good location Staff not very friendly or helpful, except for the breakfast team. Hotel is going through an upgrade, unfortunately work is so poor, and while they working on rooms carpets are dirty. Very unprofessionally managed.

Our stay was overall enjoyable and had several highlights. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was close to everything and made for an easy commute to nearby attractions. The property was clean, and the staff was very attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort—even bringing us fresh fruits during our stay. One of the standout experiences was the amazing Moroccan breakfast, especially the msemen bread, which was absolutely delicious. However, the pool area left something to be desired in terms of aesthetics—it could definitely use some improvement. Despite that minor drawback, the overall experience was positive, and the personalized touches from the staff made it memorable. —
