Great location I couldn’t find a socket that worked in the reception areas to work with my laptop

The fridge in the bungalow was quite noisy, so I had to unplug it, and the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the bungalows. I also urgently requested an iron upon arrival and was repeatedly told I would receive it “in 5 minutes,” but I never received it during my stay. It would have been better to simply inform me that no iron was available.

The hotel is comfortable because of the working staff who exert all the efforts to compensate for the deficiencies, however the facilities could be much better . Yet still a very good value for money The staff the staff the staff in addition to the magical garden and good breakfast

Location and cleanliness of the room Breakfast was really average. Despite stating minibar they only provide one bottle of water for whole stay and ask you to buy water (really). Never seen any hotel doing that. Poolside was dirty and the loungers were not even felt like you want to sit on them. Property is dated.

Very strong perfume / incense around lobby and gift shop plus smoking in bar areas provoked my asthma attack.

I was greeted by Kauthir at the reception who was extremely helpful and had a great sense of hospitality.

The location was very convenient, the hotel facilities overall good and for a really good price! The staff is friendly however they are not into proactivity, they would not go extra mile.

The facilities, the closeness to the city centre, the breakfast, the pool and gym facilities. The wifi cut out a bit for me on the phone but on the laptop was fine. There is no shuttle bus available anymore which should be updated on their Booking.com page (it was one of the primary reasons I had booked the stay).

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were OK, we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. The garden was really beautiful and to us it was the property's main asset. The carpet and some room furniture are in need of update.

At first they gave us a small, dirty room, and after we complained the manager changed the room, but it still didn’t have a king-size bed. There was no water bottle, no kettle and the internet connection was very poor.

The location is great. Very quiet resort and neighborhood. Good breakfast and nice staff. Everything was outstanding.

Very convenient to and from the hotel. Nice quiet location. The aroma in the air. Few things didn’t work locker box in the room. Should have coffee in the room and tissue paper box.
