Super friendly staff who were really nice to us and our baby. Very helpful and welcoming! Their breakfast is very good and offers a variety of options. The pool was clean and nice but still a bit cold for swimming.

Our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay

Staff was excellent. Stayed here twice so far! Both times very pleasant experiences. I had a small issue with my room the first time and Amin took care of it right away. Abdelhakim and Ouissal at the reception took great care of me. I had an early morning flight and Abdelhakim made sure there was a taxi waiting for me at 5am and packed me breakfast to go. Will definitely be coming back here!

A strategic position I can hear all the noises from the avenue

no much It took me one whole hour for the check in, me and my friends were very desperately waiting in the lobby for one whole hour. This is very unacceptable And they gave us a lot of issue on the rooms too. We requested separate beds but they are all single beds. Not very professional or at least not very helpful stuff. Will not come back again ever? I would choose other brand,

Location Noisy Room during night …

The problem were the pillows. We asked for many options and they didn’t do the job Its located right infront of. A main avenue. Out room was i front. Lot of noise.

Good location, nice hall It’s not a 5-star hotel - the rooms feel more like a regular motel and seem to have been renovated decades ago. There’s no coffee machine in the room, just a cheap instant coffee stick. The curtains are dirty and torn, like many other parts of the room. The breakfast is okay, but one concern is that sparrows land on the food and eat alongside the guests. Overall, if you’re staying for just one night, it’s almost acceptable for the price. However, don’t expect anything close to 5-star quality — this is more like a solid 2-star hotel.

The breakfast was really great, and the facilities are very nice, if slightly dated. However, everything is very beautiful, so it more than makes up for it. I loved the pools too. It is also at a great location if you need to take the train or are taking the bus from the airport. I think they could have better communicated that the heated pool would be for an additional cost.

The staff was just outstanding, kind, attentive and goes out of their way to help you. Special thanks for the exceptinal receiptionist Oussail (Wissal in Arabic) she was so kind and just service minded. The whole team was great. Will go back again for sure

I liked the ambience and traditional feel of the hotel, the aesthetics, and the facilities. Staff were also friendly, helpful, and polite. I didn't like the scent around the hotel and in the room, as it made me feel uncomfortable (although it's nice and traditional, but not comfortable for me). I also did not like the fact that it was difficult to find a socket to charge my devices, as the sockets in the room are not very accessible. My restaurant experience during breakfast was also unpleasant as i saw a bird perching on the pastries, i also found bird dung on the chair I initially wanted to sit. This made me question the level of hygiene/attention to little details.

Beautiful property well located. Great breakfast buffet. Very popular infact a bit crowded even in off season. The staff were overwhelmed with a marathon race weekend and our check in was one of the worst experiences. First they made us wait beyond the check in time then gave us a key to an occupied room then a key to a room with road view rather than pool. In the end we were upgraded to as double suite so they did make it right with us.
