The hotel was located off the Niagara River, which was appealing, but it had dark lighting that made for a depressing stay. Niagara is a slow, sleepy town. The main attraction is the falls and the state park, but beyond that, the city offers little to hold your interest. The hotel, unfortunately, contributed to this dull atmosphere. The rooms were clean, but not as spacious as I expected for the price paid. No microwave, and small bathroom with a sink outside the bathroom. I also had to pay $10 for parking in a lot with no security or barriers, which was unacceptable. Their "nickel-and-dime" approach only added to the disappointing experience. All I wanted was to get some sleep and leave as quickly as possible. The hotel needs a serious upgrade. If you pay over $300 per night, you expect to feel like you received your money's worth. I did not get my money's worth and won't return to this joint of the river.

Everything was excellent except someone 💩 in the pool

It was up to date, clean, and beds were very comfortable It was a little far out from the downtown area, but all the rooms downtown were engaged when I made reservations

Clean comfortable bed The main reason we booked this hotel was the shuttle from the airport, but it never came for us and we ended up waiting at the airport for an hour and a half , we would have just called a uber ourselves but it was always on its way , the television in the room didn’t work and we were just too tired to call down and complain

Breakfast bar layout was much better than the standard hotel breakfasts.

Very nice staff, everyone was friendly and professional. The property was beautiful, the room was huge, and I had a really great stay. I would definitely come back!
