Clean and well kept. Coffee 24 hrs in the lobby . Water bottled courtesy of the hotel. Very good breakfast. May be enforce the use of key cards by guest to use the elevator going up for security reasons.

Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The man who was at the desk was quite helpful and said “no problem, I’ll make sure his keys are ready when he gets there.” I woke up to find that he had to sleep in his car! He arrived at 2:30am and the night staff turned him away because he could not give them a credit card for incidentals. It’s our policy they say. I asked for a nights credit to offset the ridiculousness of making someone sleep in the car when the room was prepaid! Sorry, you booked through a third party they say. What a joke this place is. I run business, I understand policies and procedures. But I also understand human decency and kindness. Severely lacking at this Hampton Inn.

Only thing that bothered us was youth baseball team. I'm use to kids having fun, but couple of things could have caused trouble: they left toys on steps in stairwells, threw balls around inside that went rolling outside causing our dogs to get excited. Didn't see any parents until later when staff was talking to them. A couple of these families were on our floor. Maybe they could all be placed together. A couple people came into their rooms very late which wakes the dogs. Finally boys were messing around in fitness center in unsafe manner.

Lack of restaurant. I had failed to check in advance if there would be one. The only option being a Denny's was disappointing. The area around the area was somewhat bleak.

My friend & I took a fun trip. Just a quick overnight away. We were blown away by the staff attention to our needs and the spacious lovely suite. The pool was lovely and a hot tub as well. The free breakfast was the biggest variety and best quality food I have seen at any hotel. Totally enjoyable time. Highly recommend for an enjoyable time

Great hotel! Very clean and updated with full buffet style breakfast included in your stay. Parking was free and location between downtown and airport was perfect for us. Front staff were nice and engaging. We were there for a short trip to catch the basketball game. I would return again!

Very clean, comfortable stay. Hot tub jets were broken and both hot tub and pool facilities were pretty overrun with people & kids the entire time they were open.

The whole experience was awesome! The hotel staff were great, the room was sparkling clean and new (loved the modern bathroom). The pool and hot tub likewise were clean and well maintained, the self serve breakfast was above par. We also really liked the convenience of everything inside the hotel and outside parking and nearby restaurants.

One minor issue. My sister has mobility issues and uses a walker. She was in room 139 which had a lot of room for her to move the cart around easily. She had no problem using the shower except that the soap and shampoo containers were too high for her to use. She can only lift her arms about shoulder level, which, when she was sitting in the shower meant the dispensers were too high up. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

This hotel is everythign it needs to be. Private and public spaces are all clean and presentable. Breakfast has more options than we typically see in hotel included breakfasts, and we never felt crowded or rushed. Pool was nice. We were in town to visit relatives, and this hotel hit the spot.

The shuttle service was fantastic. They were waiting outside the airport for us and everything went very smoothly. The hotel was very clean. The staff was approachable, maybe could have been a bit more friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience for the level of hotel.

The hotel itself was extremely clean. From the lobby to the hallways to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and that attention to detail made the stay feel even more comfortable. Breakfast was another standout. There was a nice variety of both hot and cold items, all fresh, well-prepared, and constantly restocked. It was far better than the standard “hotel breakfast” and a great way to start the morning. The only downside was the bed. Unfortunately, it was extremely uncomfortable — too firm and uneven, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. For me, that was the weakest part of the experience and something I hope the hotel addresses in the future. Even with that drawback, the positives outweighed the negatives. Between the excellent staff, the clean and welcoming environment, and the great breakfast, I would definitely stay here again. A more comfortable mattress would make this hotel close to perfect.

I must say this is definitely one of the best Hotel experiences that I’ve had. Everyone was very nice. When I first the ride, Dave win above and beyond to help me with a few concerns I had and even been assisted me in less than a minute to extend my stay because this was a business trip. He put a hold on the room and make sure I didn’t have to leave my room and go to a new room and said that if for any reason my plans had changed again, they wouldn’t charge me if I needed to cancel the room. I thought that was really hospitable considering it’s a holiday weekend. The breakfast staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful, they were there for every second assisting with Coffee and the set up plus cleaning up. Even the maintenance and housekeeping were really friendly. They pay attention to small details and go above and beyond. I could see now why they have over 9.6 stars and ratings at first I was like no way I’ve never seen a hotel with this many great ratings but now I know why.

Very happy we chose this location. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. In the morning we decided to go to the pool for a while and while in the pool one of the employees brought out some pool toys for the kids to play with. I wish all of our Hotel stays could be this good! Great job to everyone here at this location, we will be coming back on our next trip.

Stayed here for the weekend of NY State Fair-hotel was wonderful-from the moment we walked in, hotel smelled clean and fresh, room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous. There’s a little area near front desk where you can purchase drinks, snacks, and other necessities. Good buffet breakfast. Property is well maintained, location is convenient, close to Destiny Mall. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our 1st time going to The State Fair and it was also our little weekend getaway from work and Life. The Quietness brought us so much Peace and Tranquility. All in all, if we ever need to getvaway for the weekend, you guys are definitely in the top of iur list to revisit. Thanks Again.

Hotel was very clean and employees very nice .Few things I didnt like is tgere was no bathroom door instead it was a sliding door that has a see though crack on them which anyone can see in also no bathroom fan.Bed was uncomfortable. The distance to the fair grounds was longer than 9 m8ns as stated on site GPS is 18 mins...It was clean and thats definitely a thumbs up!I would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, both in the rooms and in the public areas. Enjoyed the 24 access to coffee. The only disappointment was the breakfast options and the quality of the breakfast options. Everything else was top notch, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The employees here go above and beyond with customer service. Very refreshing after a long drive to go to a place where employees take pride in their work and never treat you like an inconvenience. Every employee we encountered was kind, helpful and friendly. In an era where is feels like true customer service is a thing of the past, this place is an absolute rare treasure. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, but the biggest blessing was the staff. Thank you all for making our stay wonderful. We make this trip every year and we will be back.

Getting the shuttle from the airport was quick and easy..check in was smooth and fast

This was just a short one night stay following a concert at Empower FCU. We were warmly greeted by the front desk, hotel is in a convenient location. Close to Starbucks and Brooklyn Pickle (great subs). I felt the room was a little dated and could have had a few updates but overall clean. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Location met our needs, close to highways. I would stay here again if we were in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and our room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were in good condition and a fun time. The included breakfast was tasty as well with coffee and tea available 24/7. They also have electric car chargers available if needed. When I visit this area again I will definitely book another stay.

Check in was great. The gentleman working was awesome. Hotel looks fairly new. Was impressed when I first walked in. Unfortunately taking a closer look at walls and windows there were stains and dried blood. The hot tub wall had dried up blood and in our room same thing on wall paper in bathroom. The pool was nice and so was hot tub besides the walls and windows with hand prints. Even the elevator doors needed to be wiped down. I would stay again, but this place needs some deep cleaning before this somewhat newer starts really going down the drain.

Quiet neighborhood, loved how close the family owned ice cream shop was. Driving distance to everything. Staff was always helpful when he had questions.

This is quite a nice hotel. We stayed here after my surgery and had a pleasant experience. The room was nice and everything was clean in my opinion. Breakfast was delicious and parking was free.

This property looks great from the outside but room was musty and stunk. Room was modern but some of the furniture was damage. It’s a 3 start hotel and over priced.

I wish they had a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Staff was amazing and very accommodating.

We stayed here in 2024 and loved the location so much we decided to return as part of a larger trip requiring a stop in Syracuse. The rooms are spacious, parking and location super convenient. There are excellent pool and fitness facilities and free breakfast. The 2 gentlemen who work the front desk for evening chekout are fantastic.
