    Nothing Everything, room door was open when I got there. There was bugs in the room and bathroom. The toilet barely flushed. Neighbors kept walking by at night and looking at and In my car.

    I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel or motel. Trash was all over the place. People were living in one section. There appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. The clerk told us that they keep tourists away from the "other" people and didn't deny that there was drug activity going on. We did not feel safe enough to stay there and went someplace else that night.

    Closeness to my event I was attending. Office staff was nice. Room was in disrepair. Molding falling off tub and was duck taped. Stained towels and bed sheets. Soap dispensers barely attached to the wall. Blow drier looked like it caught fire. Room could have been cleaner. Advertised breakfast, didn’t know where that was.

    Not at all what it looks like on the advertisement. Very sketchy and dirty. Room was stale smelling. My room had golf clubs and a full trash can outside the door. I was exhausted so I managed to sleep. I worried about my vehicle all night. Bathroom was clean.

    Noting to like about this I booked 4 rooms here 3 of the rooms had to stay as i could only find another hotel with 1 room to move my parents too there is noting to like about this place it was so run down homeless people living here breakfast was including but i would not even feed it to my dog roof falling in stans on wall in bathroom of urine hair in the shower cobwebs on the walls window couldn't even imagine how dirty they where i could go on and on . i would tell you to stay as far away from this place as you can.

    Nothing It wasn’t very clean inside: the mirrors were very dirty, and the bathroom was dirty as well. The ceiling and floor seemed poorly finished, with holes in some areas, and the floor was dirty. It’s definitely not a place I would go back to.

    Upon arrival to the property I was alarmed to find out that it was nothing as what was advertised. I checked in and only stayed for about 45 minutes before needing to vacate due to safety reasons. People using hard drugs in the parking lot, water damage and peeling paint in the room, tv didn’t work and there was no remote. A very unpleasant environment and experience and my fiance and I had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to be refunded by the property and Expedia for our 7 day reservation that we cancelled after 45 minutes at the location.

    If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night and you don’t care then this is fine. The rooms are clean enough and the rooms seem like they were cheaply slapped together and furnished. The chair in the room was missing a wheel, siting on the bed cause a loud noise like the mattress was sitting on a metal box, iron wouldn’t get hot so basically pointless, fridge was warm. And the most annoying thing was we weren't able to check in at 3 because the room wasn’t clean, we waited for a hr before we got room key. I wouldn’t have stayed any longer than 1 night.

    The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures.

    Parking lot had trash bags sitting in the middle, towels in the parking lot that looked like they had been there since the start of the winter. Came out the next day and found a crack pipe next to my car (unsure if that was there before or not) I will not be staying at this place again, unless there is some major upgrades to cleaning and the rooms themselves.

    I wish I could have received a refund on the spot upon seeing this hotel. The first room I got was on an outside section that wasn’t very populated. The room was next to an abandoned shopping cart with some items in it. I felt completely unsafe traveling alone. I went in and the room smelled like smoke. I went back to the desk, and the man gave me another room which also smelled like smoke. He came with me to this room and said it smelled musty to him. I believe the issue was there seem to be several rooms that people are living in and they smoke outside their rooms and the smell infiltrates into other rooms. He gave me three other rooms to select from, one smelled like smoke, the other two were the best of the worst. The bathroom was disgusting there was a patched gouge in the shower and seemed to be dried blood on the light switch. I wasn’t showering or I would have switched rooms again. It was a terrible experience, the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures and I’m glad I only spent 9 hours there just to sleep. Do not stay here

    The bed was fairly comfortable but if you’re short, you may have to get a stool to stand on so you can climb in as it is very high off the floor. Other guests were extremely load until the early hours of the morning (4am). Although the amenities were good, the mini fridge needed to be defrosted and there was no coffee maker. Due to the noise disturbances alone, I would not stay there again.

    When I walked into the room, it smelled like a chain smoker had lived in the room for 30 years. The walls and carpets were as dirty as I have seen and there were several flies in the room. The parking lot was full of cigarette butts and the toilet was broken. I immediately told the clerk that I could not stay there due to health reasons. So, I basically checked in and then left to find another hotel. Hotels.com is trying to help me get my money back since I did not stay in the room. The hotel has not been cooperative and they have not refunded my money yet.

    No remote for the TV in the room, had to go to the office twice to get one that worked. No guide for the TV stations. Did not answer my text when I needed something. Clock in room did not work, no phone to call front desk, especially when occupants in room next to me came in at 2:45 AM making 20 minutes of LOUD taking outside of room and then proceeding to slam around the room for an hour after entering. Freezer in refrigerator was caked so thick with ice, you couldn't fir anything in it.

    Parking was good air-conditioning marked OK mattress was great black mold and ceiling in bathroom so they switched to another room which was better but the outlet in the bathroom with the fan switch also was a double switch and the other side was supposed to have receptacle, but there was nothing there. It was all open to the wires.

    Absolutely horrible. There’s trash everywhere outside. It seems very unsafe because of the people hanging around. We figured we can do anything for one night. No we can’t. The room is musty and stuffy and smells like some sort of artificial fragrance. The air conditioner is moldy and makes things worse. No windows. Did I mention the stains on the ceiling? We’re making the 6 hour drive home at 9:00 at night.

    The door its self was not flush. Gap between the door and the wall safety latch was broken. Had to prop chair against the door as extra security measure. Missed breakfast but didn’t see much out, I came st 9:06 and everything had already been put up. Don’t recommend.

    The door to the room had been kicked in and poorly repaired, leaving a large gap between the door and frame. The bathroom light was a bare bulb in a loosely mounted and broken fixture. There were black hairs in the tub. Many of the rooms appeared to be residential. I have photos but it seems I cannot include them.

    The main area of the room looked clean enough (but worn out), but the bathroom has black mold staining around the roller hinges and rust stains in the sink. Again, we figured we could take it for one night--the bed was comfortable and the fee non-refundable so we stuck it out and slept fairly well. When we checked out I noticed we had been charged a temporary $100 damage deposit-- am awful lot for such a sketchy place, when we've stayed in really gorgeous hotels on NY City that only Levi's a $50 deposit. I'm sure this will eventually be refunded, but still. We won't stay here again.

The management should talk with social services about bringing in addiction recovery or at least harm reduction support for the folks there. Incredibly sad.

    The hotel is falling apart, the room we got smelled like mold and had water damage and black mold along one wall and also in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk if they could switch rooms she claimed there wasn’t any available, even though the parking lot was half empty. She also claimed there’s no refund she could do because of the black mold. I would never stay there again in the future. Spend the few extra dollars and stay at a reputable hotel.

    Two rooms down was caution taped off due to a busted out window. And trash cans overflowing outside a few other rooms in the parking lots. Unfortunately I ended up having to stay a 2nd night, fortunately was easily booked thru front desk and he “gave me” a 10% discount 👍 The bed/pillows were very comfortable👍 Shower head had better than average water pressure👍👍 In my opinion worth $50 or less per/night….not $100 per/night

    The toilet and sink grossing flirty. I could not sit on the toilet seat, afraid of getting toilet infections. I reported the dirts after I checked into the room but was informed the cleaner was closed for the day. The telephone listed on the website is out of service. The phone box in the bedroom is faulty and will only work after twisting the cord behind the box.

    Very Comfy bed and well equipped room. However, even thought is a "no smoky" room when you step inside the room, the smell of cigarettes invades you, the smell is so impregnated that it never dissipates. Likewise, the pillows had a strange smell, like Arm Pit. I recommend that they seriously improve the cleaning.

    I had a disappointing experience with both Days Inn by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse. The room was unclean, with insects in the bathroom, stained bedding, burn marks on the blanket and the room smelled as if someone had smoked inside of it just a few hours before checking. Despite being assured by the on-site manager Mr. Patel that a refund would be issued, it was never issued. Expedia provided no meaningful support in resolving the issue they were unable to reach anyone at Days Inn Syracuse.

    This place was not maintained at all the grass was not grass it was just weet and other kinds of plants it honestly looked abandoned until I noticed a car in the parking lot. Do not recommend at all unless you want to get drunk or smoke some weed. Definitely don’t take kids here not family friendly.

    The beds were comfortable. Everything else was stretching to get 2 stars. Headboards had residue from previous guests, breakfast was minimal, overall appearance outside was run down, room remodel was poorly done, most other guests were quiet but several lived on the property and smoked in cars and outside rooms. Sketchy!

    I asked for a refund to no avail. Stayed anyways because they wouldnt issue it. The bathroom was filthy. I used my own sheets (stained) it stunk like marijuana and stale cigarettes. Would not stay here again.

    Only thing positive was the bed was decently comfortable, and the staff allowed me to check in early due to heading to concert and arriving back to the hotel later in the evening. I would only stay here for an overnight or if passing through the Syracuse area.

    The room was nice and comfortable. However, when we arrived, and I was registering in the main office, I used the main restroom. There was not toilet paper, nothing to dry my hands with. Not really clean at all. I advised the person in the office and he said he would take care of it. Don't know whether he did it. In the room, I tried to register on line with their wifi but had not luck using it. I tried to use the TV but had no luck getting to other channels other than a children's station. It would have helped if they had clear info on how to use tv ( I looked but to no avail).

    The room was clean but had a terrible odor. The television did not work due to not having a cable box or being connected. I noticed in the bathroom that the shelf was covered in dust like it had not been cleaned in a month. The toilet kept running, the exhaust fan did not work and also the light cover form the exhaust fan was missing. The overall property was in dyer need of rehab.

    Sink was new and functional. Shower was clean and hot. Desk space clean and new. Beds and pillows comfortable. This is usually a reliable discount hotel. This time, extremely stained fitted sheet, stained toilet bowl, remote and replacement remote didn’t work, tv kept losing signal, house phone has no cord so u can’t buzz front desk for these problems, wifi would not work, bathroom door kept sticking on uneven floor which caused it to be noisy and difficult to open and close. Instead of spreading guests out to alternating rooms, they clustered us and the nighttime noise levels were invasive from rude loud conversations next door and outside our window at 3am. It wasn’t sold out. Spread people out so there is a chance of sleep for those who have booked to get a good night’s sleep. This was a very gross and disappointing stay at a formerly reliable budget hotel. We don’t need luxury, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t receive hotel basics of clean bedding and facilities, functional technology, and strategic occupancy. It’s like they can’t keep up with the basic functionality of owning and running a decent hotel anymore. The bedsheets alone prove no one is stain-treating or bleaching sheets, we can only hope they were washed. We slept on top of the bed. This has become more Days Inn than Wyndham, for sure. Very sad to lose pride in hospitality.

    The room appeared clean, however, upon further inspection, the bathroom toilet looked like it had dried pee on it, our tv didn’t work and neither did the phone to call the front desk. I walked to the front desk to explain my findings and the attendant switched us to the next room which was cleaner and had a working tv. The phone still didn’t work but we didn’t need it anyway. Other than that, the staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy and the area was decently quiet.

    This place was gross. There were underwear left behind, stains on the towels and on the bedding, the toilet looked like it had mold in it. I ended up running to the store to buy cleaning supplies so I could try to sanitize everything before my man got into the airport. I am beyond disgusted and will unfortunately avoid a Days Inn By Wyndham in the future.

    Cable tv didn’t work, the room door looked like it was kicked in prior and it wasn’t on track. You could see the gap in the door. A few lights in the room didn’t work. Then went I sat on the bed it made a loud noise every time I moved. I stayed there years ago when it was under different management and it was way better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked if I could change rooms and he said no.

    I was ready to jump into the shower (in the morning, I hadn't tried it at night) and there was NO cold water, the cold water handle was not working and part of it came off in my hand. Showering in the scalding hot water was not an option. Whoever cleaned the tub last should have noticed and reported that. I was not happy.

    Place was dirty. we paid cash for the incidentals and they tried to charge or card after and it came up as a fraud alert. wanted to charge us $20 per room because we were a little early. No one was booked at the hotel the parking lot had less then 20 cars the whole night.......Do Not Book This Hotel......

    Room smelled like a ash tray Smoke alarm hanging off the wall with wires exposed. Light switch don't work. Man told me hes lived there for 6 months. This is NOT a typical hotel. Management isn't reachable at all. I'm not out off $200 after i refused to stay there.

    I stayed for 5 days. My daughter got married and I wanted to see friends, colleagues, and clients. I had no one stop by my room to see if I needed anything. Thankfully I was solo, my wife wouldn't have tolerated it. My room and I suspect most of the rooms have been neglected for years. This is not what I would normally expect fromDays Inn.

    Hotel staff very friendly. It’s older and in okay condition. No ice machine not working and I needed it for meds. Had to go out and get it as nothing was offered. If I had known this earlier in the evening, I would have gotten ice, but had to make another trip out for it.
