Didn’t like that the bathtub was not properly cleaned when I arrived

It was pretty good just a little disappointed on them not having any hot tubs plus shower only had a half door plus no microwave.

Everything was great just wished we had access to the pool on the 8th floor which is bigger. They closed the pool down during the week and opened the pool on 24th floor which is smaller and not as nice 😐 it was my birthday and would have loved to have been able to use that pool instead

The room was pretty clean, but they need to scrub the toothpaste splatters off the brown wallpaper around the sink. The air conditioner could also use a tune up, that thing is SO loud. I liked the layout of the king room, felt like we couldn't hear the people in the hallway as much. Shower was nice. We would stay there again, especially since its so close to the Arts District.

Unfortunately the suite was poorly maintained. None of the 3 hair dryers worked, which was a big deal for my gf. We called and left a message but no one brought a hair dryer up. We also communicated thru chat on the website with no results. Also, the coffee maker didn't work. No coffe or hair dryer made for a very rough and stressful morning. Finally the floors were dirty and there were, oddly, a lot of M&Ms on the floor. I Had high expectations for the suite yet found the experience disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

We booked a “renovated room” based on the photos. When we checked in we were met with a worn out bed and a clean room. The room was renovated, but it doesn’t look like the carpets or mattresses were part of that. There are better options for sure.

Great stay. Clean room. Staff was a bit too pushy trying to add more days to our stay and with upgrades etc

The carpet looks dirty where I didn't want to take off my shoes and the TV was too far away

Lots of hidden fees. Ended up paying the same price being far from strip. Recommend to book somewhere else that’s more convenient. Room was next door to a family with a crying baby and was up every morning at 6am. Staff wouldn’t accommodate an hour of late check out.

Watch out for the Theifs. Got my property stole right in front of the Bell hop desk took security 4 hours to give me any information and that was only because I went to check.

We asked for non smoking rooms and next door neighbors were smoking and loud music playing, we decided to get away last minute to celebrate wedding anniversary and we asked to be relocated, however the room originally assigned to us was old so we had to pay to get upgraded which we were told the room was newer, but to our surprise it looked the same as the previous. We were taken by surprise as well that we had to pay for daily parking
