I like only the low price The room is dirty, and the carpet made my socks and feet dirty. I found dead cockroaches in the room and there is no iron. There was a soap sample in the room, but no shampoo.

It was near the STRAT and next to IHOP and a 24 hour Denny’s only good thing Checked in was supposed to stay four nights left the day after very disappointed. Roaches no towels or hot water

It has nothing you might like about this place, it's rubbish, unsafe, dangerous, it's not worth spending your money in this nasty place. I didn't like the photos that show nothing to see in a dangerous environment at all, Lara, the unsafe family.

Staff was helpful and friendly but ge overall stay was horrible. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty to where I had to go to wal.art to buy lysol and cleaning supplies so I could take a shower that had no hot water the whole time I was there. The property was quiet but I felt unsafe the whole time, I took my luggage with me when I left at night. Over all I would not recommend staying here.

Close to my venue and affordable

Even I didn't know about the rules either. But luckily I use the other hotel when I got it right as I finally got the other one as long is I'm safe. Just the regular hotel room.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Terrible place, nothing like any of these pictures. They will even take your deposit and not give it back. We checked in Friday night and didn’t even spend 5 minutes before we walked out. The guy in the front desk didn’t give my deposit back and gave me a number to call where clearly you will not get your money back. This is fraud.

The conditions of the property were NOTHING like the picture. Seemed like a different property all together. They also refused to refund ANY of my booking when I told them the conditions were unsafe and unsanitary. This is what people mean when they say real estate slumlords suck.

We did not stay at the property. The photos did not match what Expedia has. Drug deals happening out the front. Rooms had strong smell of cigarette smoke. Doors had been kicked in. It was not a safe area to stay in.

OYO canceled my reservation when I came to check in. Then I was left on hold and hung up on multiple times by admin that was supposed to help me rebook another reservation. I still haven't received a refund.

What did I like???? I didn't like finding blood on my pillow the bathroom door didn't shut at all or have a door knob. The energy there is draining. The owner could have offered a refund since I didn't stay there. I wish I would have taken photos..

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com looking forward to a safe and comfortable stay during our family trip. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete nightmare from the moment we arrived. It was in a truly unsafe neighborhood, with homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence wandering around right outside. They looked intimidating and unpredictable, and as a parent traveling with my baby, I was terrified to even step out of the car. We never made it inside to check in – I simply couldn’t risk it. Instead, we drove away in a panic and spent hours scrambling to find a safe alternative hotel without a reservation. This ended up costing us double the price for a last-minute booking elsewhere. What a waste of time, money, and peace of mind! Hotels.com, how could you list and promote a property in such a dangerous, dirty setting without any clear warnings? This was my first (and last) time using your site, and it shattered any trust I had. I strongly advise against booking here – especially if you’re traveling with kids or vulnerable loved ones. Room listed on booking is a scam, totally disgusting dirty carpet, bugs, dirty toilet, rude check in desk located in a connected smoke shop, spoke with other tenants methamphetamine made and sold, high prostitution at this location. photos are nothing like actual property at OYO never booking with you again lost $200 and had to rent another motel. You should go in person to this location and will recognize fraud on your site!!! Want full refund asap! I didn’t enjoy any part of my stay it should be shut down and bulldozed

I was given a King room since there wasn’t a “clean Queen” available. I was concerned during booking that mostly “smoking” rooms were offered. I kept being asked whether I was the only occupant and later this made sense because of the loud love making that could be heard above the random TV noise everywhere. This room is in such poor condition, that I wore my shoes in the shower, brushed my teeth with bottled water and slept in my sleeping bag on top of the bed that was missing at least one flat sheet. I’ve seen cleaner toilets at gas stations. They claimed that my credit card was declined, but but my credit card company contacted me to confirm whether I was making this charge which tells me that they are not placing a hold for a “deposit”. This is the first and last time I stay at an OYO hotel. I realize you get what you pay for, but I would have had a cleaner experience at a KOA campground. This motel should not be listed as a choice on an Expedia website.

Then when i enter the room there were stains all over the floor, the bed mattress had stains all over it so i felt very uncomfortable, and my door was missing parts of it at the bottom. And the curtains in the shower were missing hooks

OYÓ Motel is dump; not worth 1 star. Dilapidated and run by an arrogant and rude man. You are trying to charge me as no-show. I instructed my credit card company NOT pay the charge. I suggest Expedia drop this motel off it's list. Let me be clear: I went there and decided not to stay.

Oyo messed up my plan. Oasis managed / having tieup with Oyo didn't had clue what's happening in Oasis. When I reached the property they told no rooms available and I was stranded for about 3 hrs until Expedia helped out to find another property. It was such a terrible experience.

Bathroom door had been punched and was repaired by placing a piece of wood to cover the hole (see photo). The bathtub was peeling like burned skin and dirty and the shower curtain was held up with electrical tape. Curtain was sagging because it was held up by only 3 rings. (See photo). Light switch broken with exposed metal. Electrical hazard? Light switch in bathroom had “do not use” written on the wall. (See photo) bed was lumpy and dirty. No trash can anywhere. I booked a reservation under the impression of the photos they provide of their rooms and property...which as I learned, are completely different rooms at a completely different location. My room was disgusting and the area was unsafe for a single female. My room had a filthy tub which constantly ran water and made noise, it was also filled with some type of debris, and the lever was installed jammed into the floor. There was no phone to call the front office (which was located inside a convenience store,) and so to contact staff, you need to step outside into a dark alleyway parking lot amd walk to the store. My smoke detector was broken and hanging, ceiling was deterioting, wall tiles were falling off, no soap, no TV remote, outlets all overheated, and no bathroom doors, everything was totally exposed. When I walked to the office to mention the issues, I was told maintenance would be sent (waited 20 minutes, no one ever came.) I had asked, "what is maintenance going to do about no bathroom doors?" The staff said, "there's no bathroom doors in any of the rooms here or in this area, thats just how it is," (which is obviously untrue.) I then asked, "so if I had friends coming here to get ready for a night out, I'd have to leave my own room and wait outside if one of them needed the bathroom?" He just shrugged...so I showed him the photos of the bathroom doors advertised for their motel, and he stopped talking. Horrible experience, I have photos of everything.

Booked back in September arrived on 11/6/2024 got there to check in and guy behind couter said i wasnt in the system and his rooms were all booked. And didnt offer refund. Had to try to find another hotel at 11 30 pm while being exauted from traveling and rates were so high booking last minute. After many phone calls and emails finally got a refund.. should have been compensated for all the hassle and frustration... good luck

Decent spot for crashing, found the property at last moment and booked it. Was a bit surprised but its very convenient location & pricing wise. Perfect place to crash if you are a bagpacker or someone used to hostel life.

This was without a doubt THE WORST experience I have EVER had with ANY stay (worse than the similar low-budget motel we stayed at in Roswell just before COVID, where police raided someone’s room & we had to walk past the busted door and several police vehicles to get to breakfast). So: before our flight even left Texas Sat eve (5:30p in Vegas), I called OYO Oasis to advise our flight was delayed, moving our arrival time to after the midnight check-in deadline, & inquire if late check-in was ok (2-night stay). Spoke to front desk agent, he verified my reservation details & asked how late the flight was going to be. I specifically said we were scheduled to arrive around midnight, so 12:30-1/1:30a for a Lyft to get us there, but could be later if there were further flight delays. He mumbled for a few secs before telling me that it would be ok, he would make sure a room would be available for us “no matter what”. Great! Lyft dropped us off at 1:31a and I went to check-in with night audit clerk. “We don’t have any room.” Explained details of earlier call. “You didn’t talk to me”, “I have been here all day”, “not my fault”. Tried showing proof of calls to them and OYO Corp: same replies, 0 Fs given. So my teen daughter and I were left to walk the squalid streets in fear until 5a searching for a place to stay (praise Odin for the kind mgr at Circus Circus). Had I been told no late check-in when I called, I would have cxl’d & found an alt stay. If $ is an issue, stay at the Shalimar.

So my teen daughter and I were left to walk the squalid streets in fear until 5a searching for a place to stay (praise Odin for the kind mgr at Circus Circus). Had I been told no late check-in when I called, I would have cxl’d & found an alt stay. If $ is an issue, stay at the Shalimar.

This is one of the filthiest place Ihave ever stayed in Las Vegas. The bathroom was not flushed when I went in, toilet paper hanger was broken, shower curtain was filthy, shower itself was so filthy you won't want to get in there. Room wasn't clean, bed sheets were dirty. I wouldn't ever stay here even if it's free.

The whole experience was horrible. Its dirty period. Also we asked for a king bed and they said they gave it away. So we said the queen was ok but the whole room was NOT what was on the pictures. This was one of the worst stays ever how can they lie and usr the new OYO pictures.

This was nothing like the pictures . A/C was broken and you need a $40 fee for 2 remotes that I did not use. Smelled moldy , stains on floor , shower was disgusting with dirt and hair on walls , toilet was dirty all around as well as bathroom floor . I did not feel safe . Horrible experience. It's very deceiving when there are 2 different locations with the same name hotel. Where one is the hotel and casino, and another is a completely different address. I went to the hotel and casino to check in only for them to tell me it is a different location!!!

This property should be removed from Expedia's listing. The room and property were nothing like pictured. I didn't even stay the night. The neighborhood was super sketchy and the room door (barely) locked. I was so disgusted. Found another place to stay.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The place seems to be under construction but I didn’t see anyone working there. There was trash everywhere. Would never come back nor would recommend it to anyone!!

That is the only good thing I can say about the property. The property itself should be condemned. It was like staying in a third world country, but still paying American prices. I don't mind staying at low budget inns, but this was amazing worse than I ever would have expected. If it is not, it should be criminal to not only bait and switch with the pictures depicting the property on Expedia, but to allow them to operate in such a deplorable condition. All the bad reviews (I should have read ahead of time) only scratch the surface of how bad this place is. I am very disappointed in Expedia for continuing to offer it after so many horrendous reviews.

It was hard to open the door, once I finally opened the door and got in the room, the door didn’t lock the dead bolt hole wasn’t lined up correctly and the entire door was damaged. Honestly, might as well replace the door.The interior of the room was awful. The carpet was black and you could still see stains and shoe prints, the lights flickering, the walls looked neat up, the bathroom was gross (toilet and shower), the shower curtain was broken and again the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Book at your own risk.

The management and staff were incredibly unprofessional and utterly unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving any of the issues and were dismissive of my concerns. When I brought up the air conditioning problem, they merely shrugged it off and offered no solution. Their lack of courtesy and disregard for the guests' comfort was shocking. His name was Mike.. Highly unprofessional staff! To make matters worse, the lack of adequate staff on duty was evident throughout my stay. The motel was understaffed, and it showed in the poor service and overall disorganization. The environment was downright unsafe. Dimly lit hallways, broken security locks on doors, and a general feeling of insecurity added to the unpleasantness of the stay. I did not feel safe leaving my room. As for the cleanliness, it was appalling. The bathrooms were filthy, and the rooms were infested with roaches and bugs. Expedia should be ashamed!

This place was such a dump that even though we paid over $400 for 2 nights, we had to find somewhere else to stay. We called Expedia to tell them that it was horrendous. They tried to reach the manager, with me on hold for over an hour, and then they said that there was nothing they could do because they couldn’t reach the manager. Then said that they would email them. The desk worker wouldn’t let us in to see the room, but said we could only look through the window to see the room. There were flies all over the inside of the window buzzing around and it looked like the rooms were rented out by the hour to hookers. Expedia said it was there was only “one room left” but there were only 2 vehicles in the parking lot at 8pm when we arrived there. Unbelievable!!

Not to mention, it cost $200+ and the customer service was worse than third world. This is an embarrassment to be on the Hotels.com platform. I have lost all faith in Hotels.com after this experience.

I’ve stayed in ghetto places but this place takes the cake!! The tile in the bathroom wasn’t even attached to the floor. The carpet wasn’t tacked down. The walls were painted bricks. The toilet wasn’t even sealed to the floor. There was huge cracks in the windows.

Dirty, shower didn't work. Price was way above the condition of the units. Chunks of soap all over the bathroom. Hair in tub.

The photos are a complete lie this place shouldn't even exist but it does. The room was hot and the air condition didn't work that well there was a mysterious bottle on the bottom of the bed that was either urine or apple juice but didn't want to find out. There was a marking of a upside down cross on the door with blood or red marker. The closet was borded up and the door wasn't secure enough to where I thought someone tried to open it when we settled in here. The man was nice and very kind but be aware when you come here because they don't allow refunds as well on the hotel there is a sign in the lobby that says it.

I had originally picked the OYO thinking it was the big casino. Pictures were falsely advertising this place. Sent me to a dump. It smelled like cigarettes, crack, musty. As we walked in the ac unit was broken you had to hit every button to turn it on. The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. Broken shower tiles on the floor, toilet was wiggling. Outlets wouldn’t hold the phone charger plugs. It was literally so disgusting we did not stay. I felt tricked off the Hotels.com site. I am still waiting for a full refund.

I took an Uber from the airport to the OYO Casino Hotel at 115 E Tropicana at 9pm. When I tried to check in, the woman at the desk told me my name and reservation were not in her system. I looked through my phone and found the Expedia confirmation, when I showed the clerk she said it was the OYO Oasis Motel. I told her I have stayed at the OYO Casino 2 other times but the clerk did not offer any help or explanation about the OYO Oasis, just looked for the next person to check in. I had to call another Uber, and they took me to the OYO Oasis at 1731 S Las Vegas Blvd, but the Uber driver warned me it is in a very bad part of town. When we got to the Hotel, it is a small motor inn, no casino, and there were no lights on in the hotel driveway or office (10pm). I was afraid to get out of the car, with strange homeless people walking around, so I asked the Uber driver to take me to another large hotel. I called Expedia and asked them to cancel my reservation and see if they could get a refund, since I had wanted to go to the OYO Casino, and had stayed there twice last year. I am very upset that I had to pay for the wrong hotel, and could not get a credit or anything. And I still had to pay for an AirBnB for the weekend.

Let's start with the property and area it's in. The area is as deep into the ghetto as you can get. There are homeless outside it's dirty and I'm pretty sure women of the night work out of this hotel and stay here with their pimps as well as see customers. I did not feel safe leaving the car outside so we parked across the street at the casino and had to pay valet. The room itself was made of concrete blocks that were painted in a safari theme. The entire room was a mural complete with palm trees a waterfall animals the ocean and a beach. When we walked into the room it was completely dark except for the daylight you could clearly see through one of the walls that had severe cracks all the way down. If someone punches that wall it's coming down for sure! There is no way this hotel is safe for humans to spend a night in. Every area of the roomhad something broken falling down and or missing. The handle to turn on the water in the bath tub fell off while I was trying to see the temp in the shower. The "hot tub" was absolutely disgusting! We went and bought comet to clean it out in hopes of using it. But there was no way to plug the tub so I just left the powder to hopefully motivate someone to actually clean the room. I don't mention how dirty the floors were. My socks turned black in less than an hr. The bed was hard and we were worried about bed bugs so we couldn't use the sheets or blankets. -0 STARS!

Time i saw the place and drive around. It’s not a safe place. I didn’t check in at all. Just let them me charge full. Always think my security and safety

Very dirty room. Nasty smell, dirty walls it was very unsanitary. Don’t waste your money. Pictures are false.

If you are checking into this place thinking that it might be a cute little Schitt’s Creek boutique you’d be mistaken. The carpets are old the beds are stiff the sheets and covers had cigarette burns the curtainsHad paint drippings on them as if they had been used for dropcloth. The bathroom had an old mildew curtain.

roaches in shower, toilet lose from floor carpet needed to be burned.. for $115 you should be ashamed of your charges for the dump

Nothing to like room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, cigarette’s by bed on floor, cigarette’s in toilet with urine. Carpet was crispy from being wet and dried. Overall disgusting. Got the body itches now thanks…👎
