Close enough to the strip to be in the middle of everything but far enough away to not be overwhelmed by the madness.

Staff very friendly, outdoor pool & bar amazing. Will recommend booking when staying in Las Vegas. I loved that after a certain time guests are required to tap room card to validate stay. Not anybody can come into the hotel, felt very safe.

I been in this property before I always enjoyed my time and most importantly my sleeping time the property is quiet with peaceful surroundings.

All of the elevators in tower 2 went down multiple times to where many people were gathered in line waiting with nobody from the hotel advising us what was happening or our next steps. On top of that you have to walk outside to access the stairs from the lobby level and wait for somebody to hopefully walk outside to actually open it cause nobody has a key card to open it from the outside as we were told by valet. No notification was sent to us and we were there for multiple days. Elderly people were having to walk back to there vehicles as the tower has 38 floors and most people just can’t climb that many stairs. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

The suite was spacious and clean. It felt like you were home with a full refrigerator and spacious tub.

Check in was smooth and easy, room was AMAZING (and quiet) and the location and amenities were exactly what we needed.

While the property is in the middle of renovations, the rooms definitely showed this. We had issues with the blinds and unfortunately had no blinds which is a bit hard in Vegas.

We stayed in a 2 BR suite and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, modern, spacious and quiet. We specifically chose this hotel because it was non-smoking and did not have a casino. Check-in was a breeze, and we were also allowed to have a late check-out with no extra charge. The outdoor pool can get a bit crowded, there are lots of kids and parents, but we didn’t mind, as this was expected. Also worth mentioning-do yourself a favor and purchase a pass for the Deuce bus that runs up and down the strip.

Very clean room with all the amenities needed for our stay. During our stay my daughter had a heat exhaustion experience and they were very quick in getting her a wheelchair to take her too her suite and ask if she needed medical assistance. Also, my Husband left his phone on the bench outside and they had it for him to pickup at security, but he had to be able to open the phone before they released it to him. And these two incidents took place at the same time and was taken care of by the Hilton 's security. All around great experience and time well spent there.

Love there is no casino, none smoking hotel. Everything about my room is clean and functional. Staff is always friendly. Also the daily free bottles of water is a priceless selling point of why I choose this location every visit. The food at the pool area is very bad. Needs great improvement.

Rooms are nice, property is for the most part clean. I had an issue with the weasels they let have a desk by the check in desk. They came at me at 10pm after I had a few drinks and ask if I recieved my free gift when I checked in. I had not and have stayed a Marriott a lot where they give u a free bag of chips or something so I followed the guy to the desk. I then realized it was for the time share I had done 6 years prior. I quickly informed him ive already done it and im good thanks but he said well I can get you a $150 visa card to do it again and since you've done it before you skip the tour itll take less then an hour. So I agreed showed up in the morning with my whole family to the surprise of the staff who told me it would be a minimum of 2 hours. Shocked anyone would've told me anything different. Said thats never happened before. They held us there for over a half hour while they tried to talk us into staying. I finally left and have not recieved my $40 deposit back they took to ensure I would show up and I never recieved an apology from hotel staff who I later brought it up to and they said they'd look into it. To top it off when I gpt back up to my room the phone rang and it was someone asking if I received my check in gift again. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. Id steer clear of this place.

When my son, my 81-year-old mother and I showed up at 12:30 am on a Saturday night so exhausted from a long drive from Los Angeles and halfway home to Utah, I thought I had booked the correct room with handicap facilities for my mother. It turned out that I had misread the information and had booked the wrong room(s). JC, Maegan and Donovan worked together to make sure I had the rooms I needed and JC even took me up to the rooms to be sure they were acceptable before I paid for them. They offered free water and made sure I had everything I needed to be able to get my mother to her room and let her sleep. I cannot tell you how grateful I was (and am!) that in the middle of the night when we were barely conscious, your staff took the extra time to help me out and make sure all was well. They even set us up for a late checkout so we weren’t rushed in the morning. Thank you so much for kind people working the night shift! Thank you for comfortable rooms with bars on the walls so my mother can get up and down as needed! Thank you for air conditioning, water, ice and a refrigerator to keep her necessities cool. It was a perfect one-night stay.

To quote my husband, "this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had". They were undergoing renovations which always makes things hard and chaotic, and staff did try to be helpful and patient. The elevators broke down during our check in and, after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help (many staff walked by and saw the crowd of people waiting at the elevator, and who knows if any of them reported it to someone), one of the patrons waiting in line finally went and got help. At this point, someone brought us to the service elevator and took us to our floors in batches. We accidentally got off on the wrong floor (when checking in, it was not explained to us that the 2 at the beginning of the number was referring to tower 2). Thus, we got off on floor 23 when we should have gotten off on 32. The elevators are still not working, though we waited on floor 23 for another 5 minutes. The phone in the elevator area was also not working. Our poor 8 year old granddaughter was trying her best to be patient after a 6 hour drive. The doors to the service elevator were locked. We ended up having to climb 9 flights of stairs carrying all of our luggage. One of us had to do it twice in order to get everything up. After this adventure, the elevators were still not working, so the pool we had promised our granddaughter was not an option Not to mention, we had a shower that didn't work and horrible smells coming from the sinks.

Pool was.closed because it was windy. Construction going on which forces customers to walk a long way around building where cars are passing constantly. Hotel charges extra fees, so you stay will be more expensive than stated. The staff will harass you to purchase vacation packages similar to a timeshare then get nasty and snarky when you respectfully decline. Provided a card for a 20% discount to use at hotel and other vendors. I purchased food and drinks from hotel and they looked at me like I was crazy when I presented the card for my 20%. The staff member said I have no idea what that is. The tub was clogged and drained slow. The rooms with connecting doors leave little privacy everything going on and being said can be heard despite Dorr being closed. Don't stay here.

The hotel was well taken care of. No complaints at all. Looked like it was recently remodeled.

Also, they had a happy hour at 4 pm in the lobby bar. A happy hour glass of Chardonnay was $10.00. I purchased an individual (one serving) pizza to go at happy hour for around $20.00. Very disappointing. Will not return to Hilton Grand Vacations ever again and will let fellow vacation travelers know about my experience there.

Our stay was nice but I didn’t realize it was a timeshare hotel. We kept getting bothered by people wanting to sell us a timeshare. Will not stay there again because I’m not interested in buying a timeshare.

High pressure while checking in after after a 5 hour flight to attend a seminar on purchasing a time share! We did eventually go to the time share seminar and we were seriously thinking of buying into the Hilton Grand vacations but they turned away Ice Agents so I would never buy into such an in un-American company and it’s all BS that we were told that they don’t usually rent rooms out to non members! You should have seen the type of young people that were getting rooms for this parade! You couldn’t bring your kids there while these people were renting in the hotel . PS to boot one half the pool was closed due to not enough life guards. Hilton Grand Hell of a vacation! I plan on telling everyone I know about my grand he’ll stay!

The hotel was nice. A little further from the strip, then I would have liked. The two bedroom suit was awesome. And the beds are so comfortable. Quiet at night. Family friendly I felt like the staff wasn't very helpful. No one asked to help with the luggage. No one was available for valet. The taxi/ uber area was very confusing. There is no restaurant and no room service. There is a little market with pizza and other pre-made food. But all in all it was a nice hotel. I needed a 2 bedroom suit and that was very nice.

The resort was very nice, the monorail system is across the street at the Sahara. You got 2 complementary waters a day available at reception or market.

Not everyone is interested in a time share presentation. After traveling for hours and being bombarded at check in with "exclusive offers" the experience of the HGV is tainted to start with. Just something to bear in mind.

The biggest problem I had was that the rooms smell like smoke even though its a non-smoking, non-casino hotel. We had a huge group and I went into 3 other rooms on the same floor, and they smelled like smoke, too. The front desk sent someone to re-clean the room, but it did not get rid of the smell. I was told there was nothing that could be done since it comes through the air vents when someone decides to smoke in the room. I did not take them up on the offer to change rooms since it's such a hassle and there's no guarantee the next room wouldn't be the same.

The biggest drawback was the location. While the resort itself was nice, it was farther from the center of the Las Vegas Strip than we expected, making it less convenient to walk to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The shower was also somewhat disappointing, as the water pressure wasn’t very strong and the overall shower experience could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quality of the room and resort amenities, but the distance from the heart of the Strip and the shower quality would make us think twice before booking again.

We had the best time as a family here! Hilton was so nice and the lobby didn't smell like smoke! We loved being close to the strip and access to all of Las Vegas' activities!

We booked at midnight and we checked in a 11am. They were so nice about getting us an early checkin. The room was perfect. We were there Sunday -Tuesday and we would definitely stay again

Family friendly stay! We have one adult teenager and a minor and the included breakfast option was plenty for the family! 4 juices 4 coffees for breakfast sandwiches and 4 donuts (1 each, not either or). Only reason I gave amenities 3 out of 5 was the pool location. Beautiful sun all around the hotel and where the pool is we were chasing the sun.

I believe the hotel can use an overall as the rugs in the studio rooms are worn and stained. The bathrooms are a bit dangerous as there is no grip bar to help you climb out of the tub when you are showering.

The room was very nice and overall I had a delightful stay. I did not particularly like the tile in the shower, and I was disappointed that the hotel’s porte-cochère/front drive-up area was closed for renovations. Unfortunately, guests were not informed of this until about a week before my trip. Aside from that, and the usual timeshare sales pitches, my experience at the hotel was very enjoyable.

I liked the hotel and the 3bedroom suite was perfect for us but a huge problem was they started construction to the front the day after we got there. It was only one way in and out was through a back entrance that required everyone to walk all the way around the property which was extremely inconvenient and dangerous. There was no other way than in or out. It was very frustrating.

Everything was great the only complaint I have is the little market...it makes you pay a tip. There doesn't seem to be a way to say no. I don't think the gentleman deserved a tip for ringing up my purchase, that's his job.

I highly recommend this hotel if staying with your family. Kids had a blast at the pool and it was more relaxed and calm, no party vibes like other hotels on the strip just an fyi when traveling with kids.

The only restaurant was the pool bar. Bartenders were super slow and not polite. But the servers were excellent. The communication and housekeeping was super good.

I usually stay at Bellagio or Cosmopolitan but when I booked room at this hotel cuz everything was booked, I was no happy that I was going to a hotel that may not be like where I usually stay but I was impressed with the location, the exterior, interior, staff and the room. Everything was super clean and nice.

Pool staff by the towels were rude, a homeless woman walked in with her stuff left them in a cabana away from the pool walked over and washed her feet in the pool along with her shoes!!! My room was not cleaned on Sunday and had to request new towels and refresh coffee etc…the time share situation would bring way too many people and didn’t like that they welcome you first instead of actual staff from the hotel!

We had a suite for two people overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, well-maintained and the staff were super helpful. The pool was an amazing way to cool down during the hottest times of the day. Only thing I would change is: I wish HGV was a bit further down into the strip. It was quite a walk to the other end (50 mins).

We had a great time in this hotel in Vegas, the room was a suite with kitchen, washing machine, dryer, bathtub and shower. It was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly, the pool is very nice to relax after a day out, as well as the multisport pitches. The spa is also very nice, great treatments. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Only one negative point: the windows of our (first) suite were blocked (black tape/paint all over) due to construction so absolutely no view. The reception staff had not informed us of this beforehand. We therefore went to the reception to ask to change suite which they did right away. To the attention of the hotel: please do not rent these rooms with no day light during construction, especially without informing the clients and for a 4 or 5 night-stay.

This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been a Hilton member for a long time, but I’ve never had the pleasure of staying at one of their grand vacation resorts. I am pleased to say one of my best experiences. I would definitely be returning there and stay at any other Hilton Grand.

The construction wasn't listed when booked. The extra walk from the back of the property to the front was terrible.

Due to renovations, the entry in and out of the property was in the back, but other than that everything else was great. Staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and had the perfect furnishings. Also the pool area was great, not over crowded, lots of shade, and terrific poolside bar and grill. I'd definitely stay here again. It is at the far north end of the strip, so good access to the convention center (my priority), but out of the hub of the strip.

The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable! The door latch got stuck twice when I left my room. They claimed to fix it the 1st time, but obviously not! The second time, I was coming back to my room at 3:30 am. and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to help me get in!

Pool area was comfortable and good for families and children. Room size was comfortable. Access to carpark. Late check in. Invited to pay for breakfast only to discover on check in there was no facility for breakfast at the hotel. It was a voucher to spend in the small supermarket on site. Voucher was not given on check in, we only received voucher on check out and to the value of 75% of the money I paid. We lost $50 of our $200 and were then left to spend $150 in a small hotel supermarket on check out day instead of breakfast in a hotel restaurant as was suggested by the option on booking.com. There was significant structural / building work going on at the hotel which began at 9am with two very loud drills in the room directly overhead. we were only told this when we checked in at 1am and were told we should have been informed on booking there was no notification on booking but rather an email 'after' we booked via booking.com. Hotel staff were flippant and dismissive of the impact this had on our stay and ability to sleep.

Fabulous! Didn’t realize that this was the very end of the strip, but the deuce bus stop was right in front.

“Free” self parking (really included in resort fee) in the garage is a hassle as the first three floors are reserved for valet even though they sat empty for majority of our stay. So if you plan on going out in your own car be prepared for a litany of speed bumps in every turn of the garage. Grounds were fine, but they are working on exterior of tower 1 building so expect some noise. Pool is nice and staffed with life guards. The pool bar has strip prices $18-$20 drinks and then under-delivers with a clear solo cup either 10 or 12oz - so we just stuck with water until we went out.

Had a great stay. Very clean property, nice modern decor, great views, friendly and helpful staff. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Full kitchen with everything you need and washer/dryer. Loved having separate room from kids. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Also very secure, room keys required to access floors and to enter hotel late at night. Easy access to strip with lots of options accessible with short walk or catch the Duece bus right outside. Highly recommend.

Great service. Not happy that right off the bat a man grabbed me by my shoulders and steered me to speak to someone who wanted to have me watch a presentation to get deals on stuff. Had my family waiting and I had a sick kid in the car and it was 110° outside. I tried to tell him multiple times that my family was waiting for me, but they wanted me to sign up for some things. The rest of the stay was absolutely amazing. Very pleasant. They completely left me alone after that.

Only one elevator was running on Saturday evening and we stayed on the 35th floor and it was overfilled with people and was stopping at almost every floor going down took 15 -20 minutes to get down. They have 6 elevators??? And everyone trying to sell a time share right in the lobby??

The staff were so helpful and nice. Don’t get to experience the pool because it wasn’t open yet. The rooms are so clean. And the casino was ok but small

Our room at the hotel was amazingly nice! The only thing I would change, is the hotel to provide service to and from the airport. After all, I would say 90% are flying in!

Room 1903 was not great. There was a gap along the door frame that let in a great deal of light and sound from the hallway. The thermostat didn't read correctly, so it was difficult to gauge exactly what to set it on to feel comfortable. We also didn't appreciate being hit up as soon as we arrived to invest in Hilton Vacations Club under the pretense of being provided a free gift. Rather tacky.

Room was clean, front desk was great, only cleaned room/restocked towels once in our 4 night stay though. The pool was amazing but it would have been nice if there was music playing at the pool rather than just the bar that you couldn’t hear…. Blocks out other people’s conversations or then hearing yours. Overall we very much enjoyed our time.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, the room was stunning and the view was great. The staff was helpful and efficient during check in. However security staff at the pool weren’t the nicest. The wave bar staff at the pool were fantastic 10/10. This property doesn’t have a casino, however this location is right next to a lot of other casinos/ shows. Definitely coming back. :)

Nice pool, lovely staff. Had really bad music noise until 3am on Tuesday night when sleeping is impossible. Apparently staff said the hotel was not made aware of this music event, simply not acceptable to have this loud music playing until this late right next to a hotel.

My stay was fine, but what took away from it was the last 2 days they taped off both windows of my room with painters' plastic and tape, so you couldn't look out your window, and you could hear the plastic blowing all night. It would have been better if they told me ahead of time that they would be doing this, I may have opted for a different room or hotel.

The place was very clean. Zero complaints on that! But they were working on some things while we were there. Half the hot tub was drained and closed off, and one of the 5 elevators was not working while there. The elevator really came into play during check in and out times! Like a half hour wait! Otherwise, a perfect stay!

The room had an awful sewer smell that couldn’t be fixed. The hotel room wasn’t very clean as there were wrappers and trash behind the nightstand. We were harassed to sign up for that stupid timeshare session the SECOND we walked in the door. We were told it would be 90 minutes max and they BEGGED us to sign up for over 2 hours. Lindsay was very nice and explained everything. But then she got her “manager” who was kinda rude and condescending to force us to sign up. Then the THIRD person they had come over was supposedly just going to ask two survey questions and take us to get our gift card. He ALSO tried to sell us this expensive package. I had to yell at the guy to STOP. plus the hotel was less then desirable. I will not be staying at Hilton chain again.

-The on sight marketplace was so expensive we were totally put aback by what was thought to be a convenience. Ten dollars for potato chips? -The on sight pool is very nice but no outside alcohol was allowed so you became a captive audience if you wanted a beer or wine….and again the prices were outrageous. -We tried the only eatery on sight (inside the pool area) and $75 later (chicken nuggets, sandwich, one beer, one wine), walked out disgusted. Our server was great but the food was subpar to put it kindly. -The lobby bar was pleasant and the bartender was amazing. Truly the only ray of light in this experience. -The room itself was only fair, no daily services (maid service / emptying trash / etc) are offered but if you happened to need something, the guest needed to request it. -Parking on site was convenient and 24 hour accessible which was nice. -We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the Fontainbleu where we were attending a concert. But having a “do over”, I would have stayed in the Fontainbleu instead. It was a more expensive option, but a lovely hotel that we hope to stay at during our next visit.

The pizza was good. Bring sani wipes, pull out bed maybe dusty. Beautiful hotel and great amenities! Pool towels stay in pool area and you're only allowed to take one white towel to rap yourself to go back to your room. It was me and kids so we walked back in kinda dripping. The floors are a beautiful whit marble so we had to be careful walking towards the elevator. I recommend air drying but in our case we went night swimming so even though it was a hot night, once the air hit, we got chilly!

This is an excellent choice for families wanting to be slightly off the major chaos of the strip. we had a spacious one bedroom suite. the gym is very nice and large. the pool is great but gets crowded. be prepared to spend a lot on ubers! this is not a walkable location, although monorail is about 15 min walk away.

The outdoor pool and staff were awesome. Extremely relaxing time at this Hilton. Would come back. And the 1 bedroom apartment was everything and more!

The elevators at this location are less than adequite. I waited 20 mins for an elevator in the AM and then hauled my luggage down 20 flights. I don't think they have any of their elevators working. Also they have a 10AM checkout, in Vegas that is just too early.

S/n the only reason I didn’t give 5 Stars is bc we decided to checkout the “Timeshare” experience since we’ve been discussing purchasing. The gentleman were LIARS!!!….From the start it felt like the worst sales manipulation. My husband caught multiple of the representatives/salesman quoting incorrect numbers and misrepresenting Hilton and the timeshare experience. My advice after checkin KEEP WALKING PAST the desk and don’t fall for the REWARDS trust me no worth the 4 hours “was only supposed to be 90 minutes”!!

The guy at the check in was nice . He said he wasn’t going to charge me for parking since I’d just be staying for an hour at the hotel .. I checked in took a shower and checked out . When I checked out the manager was hovering over the guy .. I felt bad like dang bro leave your employees aloneeeee . I can’t say much about this place because I was here for an hour . It looks pretty and all but the shower head looked gross .. and also I did get charged for parking …

Pool area is lovely and many places to relax by the pool. Bed comfortable, quiet non smoking room. I traveled solo and felt safe here.

There was a considerable amount of staining on my bed's comforter, but I never bothered bringing it up to staff. I'm sure if I did it would have been replaced. The pool seems to be in an area that's super windy so when winds are especially high it gets in the way, but again, not that huge a deal.

Upon arrival at 9pm we were greeted by a woman with an iPad who found our names on a list, asked us to see her after checkin for our welcome package. DO NOT DO IT! It's a timeshare scam they wanted to sell us under the guise of discounts, again, at 9pm! We went for my husband's 40th birthday and our anniversary and instead of being given a straightforward answer if there were any complimentary offers available to make the stay more special they said they'd be in touch. It's been one week with no answer. If you charge to your room it's automatically $100 which is then adjusted after all the bills are tallied. I still haven't received my final bill 4 business days after checkout to compare to the itemized receipt I had to request at the desk. The housekeepers are FABULOUS, funny, helpful, and efficient. If you want to feel special don't stay here. If you don't mind being berated with sales, having weird charges to the room, and being a potential number then this is the place for you!

That it was not on the strip but close to everything, the road was quiet, beautiful patio and pool area; very roomy rooms! Nicely arranged. Wasn't aware that my room would have washer and dryer! The tub area didn't have any hooks or towel bars so no place to have a towel handy for when you get out; also, the tub was a very deep, soaking tub, which was great except there were no handles to assist you in getting out (getting in was also a trick); the bed, pillows and couches are really hard, not comfortable for someone that has autoimmune issues.

After this experience, unfortunately nothing! The minute you check in they are trying to sell you something ! They will also trick you that they have free weekend gateway for you and for everyone will have a different story, just for married couples, just if you are single and you will need to attend tour of hotel, which sounds like a nice idea to see all amenities . Nobody tells you that deposit in non refundable if you don’t go on a “tour “.Nobody tells you that “tour “ is sales pressure presentation while you are in vacation while for 2h someone is asking for your money! Nobody tells you that they are asking for your personal documents like a police. After all this I googled how many lawsuits Hilton have. Terrible!

Too many people in the lobby. After checkin, I was asked yo go to another desk to get a free gift. I was exhausted and only wanted to go to my room. I was in an adjoining room and walls were too thin. I heard their conversations.

I paid extra when I requested that the two rooms will be next to each other.

No breakfast Staff disabled my room key and kept my elderly mother and under 5 years children outside a room I paid in full for over 2 hours.

It was open and friendly environment, convenient location to many attractions including The Sphere which was our reason for coming. My aunt liked it so much she bought a membership for the property share multi club service. Very clean and quiet. Super comfortable beds and perfect at home amenities. The jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus for my sore back. The gym and pool were close and easy to access. Also the connivence store in the bottom level was perfect had a great selection and wasn’t insanely expensive. Very friendly staff and super helpful. Also the HVAC was amazing it was VERY COLD which I love in the summer time. Decent internet but they should have the WiFi network secured far too much risks these days for theft and device being compromised! I had my phone hacked at an air BNB property once low life owners ?

I decided to try a new place along the strip as this had great reviews and seemed like great value for amount spent. Positives - staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well laid out. Building has great amenities - pool & gym. Negatives - if you want to be close to the main "strip", this is a bit too far removed and is a 25 min walk to the Wynn. You are also about the same from North Vegas, so you are a bit removed from everything. Also, while the room was generally clean, it wasn't spotless. There were stains on the sheets, the kitchen counter/sink had some stains. The fridge in the room had a door that needed an extra push to close, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly due to clogging. Overall a good stay and would recommend more for families or people wishing to be a bit removed from the Strip, but not my top choice.

It is a Hilton Vacations timeshare, so understand that the checking process includes a lengthy, polite but assertive push to take a 90 minute tour while visiting. This is initiated by staff at the hallway entrance to the elevators who do not let you by until we received our “gifts” for being Hilton Honors members. The “gifts” are actually paid for via the $40/day resort fee and in order to get anything else (free steak dinner, $150 gift card, more Hilton points), we had to agree to the 90 minute tour and pay a $40 reservation fee for the 90 minute tour to “guarantee” we would show up. The $40 fee was worth it to be able to get away from the sales push and be granted access to our room that we had already paid for. We had no interest in a tour since we had no interest in a time share, and I wasn’t willing to use up valuable time with my family during our vacation to go on a tour in exchange for any of the “gifts” being offered. The stay would have been perfect if we hadn’t have had to deal with that.

Staff will try to sell you timeshare for this property and get extremely upset when you refuse their predatory offer.

Also, at check in, my daughter and her family had a room as well, on the same floor. She wanted the room with the view. Well, they gave me the room with the view. My daughter got the room that should have been mine.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The restroom light kept turning off, there was food left in the fridge, and the AC was not working properly. There was also a water leak happening on our floor while we were leaving. The building needs major renovation.

Renovations still going on and not given high rise floors, was just offered 3rd floor. Woke up everyday with drill and pounding sounds from the construction site. Giving 2 stars because of the full fledged kitchen ideal for families and neat house keeping services. Guests are bothered with too many promotions with hidden details when staying on property.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We got the two bedroom and it was great. However, the TVs didn’t work half the time. Also, because it’s a timeshare there is no room service. Be aware that this is a timeshare and when you first get there, they are going to give you the hard press to do their sales pitch and offer free stuff. Be strong and do not give in, tell them you have a full weekend planned and don’t have time otherwise you will give up a full day. A lot of people were complaining about getting stuck and losing a whole day of their trip. Having said all that, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and had all of the amenities that you’ll need for a comfortable weekend.

The room was nice but the bathroom felt dirty, there was alot of hair on the floor and there was no toilet paper other than the small roll on the toilet paper rack. Also the trash can in the master room was never thrown out and was overflowing with trash. We went outside to see the fireworks for the new years celebration and 30mins after midnight, the guest next door was already banging on the wall and called security on us. We were literally just conversating with eachother. No screaming, no music just talking.

We were not satisfied with our stay on the 11th floor. The room was old and had no view. The reception staff were not professional. Two employees told us to go downstairs to check the availability of a higher floor, and no additional fee was mentioned at that time. The third time we went downstairs to check, we were told that we would be charged an extra $50 per night. We accepted, then my credit card got charged 75usd extra . It was a waste of time going back and forth to deal with it.In addition, the convenience store employee was very rude and provided poor service. We will definitely not be returning.

The room was clean and staff friendly at check in. We were accommodated with towels. It was easy to come in and go from the front. The gym was nice but layed out poorly for the weights. We liked staying in a quiet area.

Very spacious suite- perfect for families! Two kids had their own room and another slept on the pullout sofa. Thankful for the washer and dryer so we could do our laundry before flying home. Free, generous breakfast of juice, coffee, breakfast sandwiches and delicious pastries. Shopping and dining within 1/2 mile. Son enjoyed playing football in the heated pool! December!

If this venue had better food options and elevators that worked it would be excellent. We had a very nice stay despite these issues as the strip is right outside the door and we often walked across the street to dine - and the kitchenette helped with our leftovers.

Amazing hotel , we loved our stay here

Basic hotel that felt safe and comfortable. Bathrooms were a little dingy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful when I asked for advice about getting cabs or Ubers at various hours. Overall, the price was excellent and the hotel was totally fine. I liked that it was quieter and without a casino. Spa was really excellent with reasonable prices

If you’re looking for an early cup of coffee in the morning, this is not your place. 8am is the earliest you can get a cup, and by 8:20am, the line for a hot beverage is 20 people deep. Unacceptable. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and this is not a hotel I would pay to stay again.

Nite life which was very peaceful after the vegas strip speil! Bus transportation easy access right out front on the strip $8 gets you a 24hr pass! Average uner or taxi was 25_30 to get anywhere on the strip!

Great accommodations

I had a view of vacant lot which I didn’t appreciated it. My daughter in law with her family had a good view. I’m a world traveler and the room I got I don’t like because I’m a senior?

The hotel is located at the end of the Strip, about a 30-minute walk from most attractions. The Deuce bus was very helpful for getting up and down the Strip, but it’s worth noting that while this hotel is on the Strip, it’s on the far end.

There were no slippers available in the room.

When arrived on the way to the elevator we been stopped to get a present- the present was a map of the strip, did not understand why they stopped us for that

1) no clean service on day 1 2) asked 10 times to get an extra duvet for patient. 3) asked for late check in 1 hr but the front desk manager’s altitude very mean and bad. 4) no disposal slippery

Great experience

The housekeeping staff was the best I’ve seen in awhile. Very friendly and accommodating. I truly liked receiving an email in the evening asking if we wanted service the next day. With just 2 adults in the room we did not need or want service everyday. The deep tub in the room I was looking forward to but was very disappointed. I used it only once because it was very slippery. To keep from sliding down I had to prop myself up with my arms in the arm rests, if not, I could not keep from sliding down. With it being that slippery it was very hard to get out without falling especially since I have a bad knee. Also we had to run the water in the shower for about 10 minutes to get it warm and on 1 occasion the water turned cold halfway through a relatively short shower. Overall, the stay was very nice, just fix your hot water and do whatever it takes to keep the tub from being so slippery.

Don’t stay at Hilton at the very end of the Vegas strip. Scammers with resort credit. Over priced. and yeah staff know how to treat non whites with mediocre service.

The hallway carpets had just been replaced, and there was a strong, pungent chemical smell. The room itself was relatively clean. Being pitched resort packages at check-in was not particularly pleasant.

The Rewards Program: Some suggestions regarding the rewards program, it needs to be revised upon guest arrival. Allow guest to check in first and settle into their room, not by pushing them to do a tour of the property ASAP. Maybe the presentation can be arranged for a better date/time for all guests after their arrival. Please review your operations in this area. Overall, we had a nice stay with the Hilton Grand. Happy New Years!

We're having a good time staying in Hilton Grand Vacation Club, clean room, good customer service, everything is accessible. Walking distance to everything.

Everything was great

The room has a horrible curry food smell that hits you right when we entered the room. The smell stayed in the hotel room during the entire duration of our 4 night stay. The staff was gracious enough to come into our room (as requested by us) to spray the room so the smell wasn’t too bad but it wouldn’t necessarily last too long as the smell is permeated within the walls at this point. Whatever you do, do not stay in room 1802. Other than that the room and hotel itself with cleanliness and comfortability was good.

The suite was nice, clean and comfortable. I just wish we paid a bit more and stayed closer to the action on the strip. If you don’t mind being a few miles away from shopping, restaurants and the sphere this is a great option. I just would not book again. We walked it once and took an uber the rest of the time.
