Hilton Grand Vacations Club Paradise Las Vegas

The monorail is a short walk from the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, they have a activity room with a pool table and even a photo booth. The rooms are huge and have everything you can think of including a washer and dryer. It's literally like an apartment with a living room and separate sleeping area. My only disappointment was that I forgot my toiletry bag, it's one that hangs off the back of the door. I called twice and was transfered to lost and found. Both times there was no answer or even a call back to both my voicemails. I left in my voicemail that I would still be in the area for a little while if they can reach out to me to pick up, but it's been almost a week since I checked out and still novoicemail.

I just stayed one night. It was a legit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stay. I stayed mid week so it was a very high value for all the amenities, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer soaking tub & shower, king size bed, and a beautiful sectional couch that could fold out to a queen bed oh, and even a dishwasher. It had everything I needed and more. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m passing through Las Vegas or staying a few days.

We had a wonderful time at Grand Vacation. The suite we rented was very spacious and room was very well maintained. As a parent, I especially appreciate there is a hotel that is comfortable for family and there is not a casino attached. The free parking is also amazing. The only complaint I had is the sofa bed; it is very uncomfortable and slanted. It would have been great if there was a similar suite with two queen beds.

We will definitely be back again. We loved this location because it was so close to the strip, but without all of the resort fees, parking fees and crowds. Parking was very convenient and free. Room it was very immaculate and spacious. We only stayed one night but next time we’ll plan to spend more time here. Staff was wonderful as well.

Very clean and the staff were very helpful. The AC worked sooo good, it was 100 degrees and you couldn’t even tell because the room felt so good.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton grand Vacation Paradise. From the front desk staff, managers, housekeeping, everyone was top notch. We look forward to staying there again, such a relaxing and nice place to stay while in Vegas

The main detractor was the noise. The first night the hotel had to provide a new room because there were little kids making noise, the walls are incredibly thin. The last night, a woman was up late laughing like a hyena and I had to get up at 6 am. I hardly got any sleep.

It was clean and close to tram . Beds were comfortable location was quiet. The location was very far away from everything we did . With the exception of the convention center , it is too far from all the main activities. There is no restaurant in the hotel with the exception of a small cafe that is open from 7 am- 7 pm. There is no servi bar in the room. There wasn’t even a pad and pen in the room. I felt like it was very bare bones .

When we arrived things were bad! They didn’t have our room and a party on the strip kept us from getting to their sister hotel for the night until 2am! Then the next day we had to come back to the hotel we were supposed to be at to begin with and it was just tiring. But the staff did everything they could to help us, even though it started out terrible. They even got my daughter an upgraded handicap room and gave her a sweet gift basket. The pool and hot tub was nice.

We had a suite due to being there for a week. The kitchenette and full sized fridge was such a blessing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially not being from the area. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back if we visit the area again.

The room didn't get cold..it was hot most times....ruined my stay..other properties get the room to a nice temperature despite it being hot out.

One of the few places in Vegas that have both a microwave and a refrigerator without additional charge. They also provide water cards for a bottle of water per person for every day of your stay :) and it's just a short walk to the monorail!

Staff was awesome, they have a little cafe downstairs with Starbucks and some breakfast and lunch items. It's not your typical Vegas strip hotel, but if you're looking for something quiet off the strip but still close to it this is perfect. The rooms have kitchenettes and they supply cups and dishes !

The 1bd suite was large, modern, and very clean. The AC was ice cold, and the bed was very comfortable. Contacting front desk or housekeeping was easy via text, and very responsive. Hotel was quiet and nice, really enjoyed our stay here.

Not a good choices for breakfast

Super friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, the main tv in the suite bedroom was not connected initially but maintenance was able to come and get it taken care of. All of the connection ports on the nightstands did not work nor the plug in vanity mirror. I was too occupied to contact maintenance once again for these additional items but it would be helpful if it was inspected beforehand someone checking in.

This hotel was clean but you hav3 to park in the next parking garage. Not convenient. There is no restaurant on site.

This property was much nicer than we expected. It felt modern and clean. We had a ton of space in the king suite. The layout was smart and everything was comfy. The staff was nice and helpful, too. I actually didn't have any complaints.

We paid for a room with a king size bed, but got a full-size. It also said that there was a restaurant on site, however, it was just a small marketplace with soggy looking food.

I ended up here for business and, although the front desk staff was amazing, I would never stay at this hotel again. There was hair all over the bathroom and the shower never drained. And, once the shower backed up, the sink in bathroom wouldn't drain. I was only there for one night, otherwise I would have had them fix it. Also, it is in kind of a sketchy part of LV, so it really bothered me that I had to park my car and walk onto the hotel property from an adjacent parking structure with no security. No valet, either.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of items to use to cook your own meals. I didn’t add the continental breakfast so I can’t speak on how that was. I will say, the marketplace offered at the property was quite expensive and unfortunately closed at 5pm Saturday & Sunday which was odd. Also, there is no poolside bar as mentioned in the description. Otherwise, the location and cost were very accommodating for a family of 4 on vacation! We would definitely return!

Nice property which is away from the strip which has both pros and cons as it was a 15-20$ Uber to get to attractions on strip. It was about a 5-10 min walk to monorail. It was noisier than expected (road noise) despite being on 16th floor.

Overall a very clean, nice and affordable off the strip hotel. Just wish they had a way to get downstairs other than the elevators. There are stairs but they are to be used in case of an emergency only, where the alarm would sound when opening the door downstairs. That ends up being an issue when elevators are continually full at check out time and you’re waiting for 30 minutes to get to the lobby. Other than that no complaints.

We booked this hotel the day of our vacation after being abandoned by multiple Vrbo hosts. The rooms were nice and spacious, allowing you to feel more at home. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The bed was soooo comfortable. We were here for a show at the festival grounds and were able to walk there from the hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The free parking right next to the building was also very convenient. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast — it would be great to see more traditional options, like eggs or a more complete continental selection. Overall, a very good experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Very impressed with the hotel for the price. We had a one bedroom suite that even had a full washer and dryer and a huge soaking tub. We had a short stay for weekend soccer games but it will definitely be my top choice for any future especially longer Vegas trips. Great convenience store with Starbucks, everything was provided just off the strip and parking garage was easy access. I usually hate Vegas trips for non Vegas strip activities - this was my favorite Vegas trip mainly due to this hotel booking

The room, the service were great. However, greatly dissatisfied with the check out time at this Hilton Hotel. I believe 10:00 check out is way too early especially for a Hilton hotel. For that reason, I will not be staying again at this facility.

Great location! Staff is great and welcoming, rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there were a lot of kids at the property the first 2 days (Easter weekend) which made it impossible to relax at the pool, so we didn't even try. Also, little children with floaties just don't belong in the hot tub! One more suggestion, if the hotel is not fully booked, rooms right next to each other shouldn't be occupied if avoidable. The walls are paper thin! Between an alarm clock beeping for over 30 minutes to conversations on speaker phone as well as early noises of banging cabinets and 40 minutes morning showers we heard it all and unfortunately at a time we would have liked to sleep.

The property is well located and the staff was generally friendly. The facilities are clean and the overall atmosphere is pleasant for a short stay The “complimentary breakfast” was very disappointing. It only included a muffin, bottled juice, and coffee, which felt more like a light snack than an actual breakfast. It’s misleading to advertise this as breakfast, especially for families. When I shared my concern, the hotel redirected responsibility to Booking.com instead of addressing the issue, which was also disappointing.

There was a hiccup in the hotels air conditioning our first night which required moving rooms but staff was accommodating and helpful. The rooms themselves were comfortable but gave off the “flipped” vibe a house/apartment might give when showing to new tenants (ie: dripped paint on the floorboards and flooring, toilet paper holders that were hurriedly attached, damage to pocket doors from the nails of said toilet paper holders) Nothing of much significance but things that one takes note of. We did not utilize the spa or pool during our stay. Overall, we had a comfy place to sleep/rest/recharge in a decent part of town during our stay.

Hallway smelled fresh n clean unlike many other places. Market place downstairs had most of necessary and important stuffs. For family stay, this is really a good place. Being away from the strip helps. As you wouldn’t see people walking in hallways middle of the nights.

No free breakfast and limited selection in the market but the room and the amenities are all nice. The staff are courteous and nice. Parking is free in the garage. The suite is spacious with its own washer and dryer, full kitchen and a nice soaking tub. We will definitely come back.

Hotel staff were courteous and attentive. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors like you are in the room with them. No restaurant while we were there and with lack of choices nearby this was a major minus. Convenient to get to Convention Center.

The service was great. Normal check in hours are at 4pm but they let us check by 11am without extra fee charged which was so nice bc we had a wedding to get ready for. I stayed with my family, having a 9 nine month old, which was a nice hotel bc it was very family friendly and we had the smoke free floor. Super attentive staff!

Extremely high prices in the store...more than double the prices just around the corner at Walgreens on almost Everything and Higher than the prices in the Westgate market area as well....No oven mitts or dishcleaning items like sponges or soap either in the rooms...

OVERALL a great stay, would definitely stay there again. PROS: New and clean, easy walk to Westgate hotel and Las Vegas Convention Center. Reasonably priced. Suite I stayed in was big and comfortable with full kitchen, and a clever coffee maker that brews a pot but serves by the cup. Pool is nice. CONS: These are minor, but there's no restaurant on the property and they could use one. (Maybe transform that business/quiet area next to the market, which seemed to be a big space that didn't get much use?) And the market charged exorbitant fees for kitchen items like eggs and Pam spray, enough for me to walk to Walgreens and get them there.

Big spacious 2 bedroom suite, super clean, well stocked, great hours for pool (heated) & gym. Staff was friendly as well. Loved it the kids enjoyed it so much.

Individually these were minor issues, but together they gave the impression that the room may not have been fully checked or properly prepared prior to arrival. For the price and brand, I expected a higher level of attention to detail. With improved housekeeping consistency and final room inspections, this would have been a much better experience.

We rented a king suite and it was awesome!! The hotel was booked out according to the front desk but was very quiet and didn’t feel crowded at all! Staff was very an accommodating and friendly. I’ll try and stay here from now on!

The resort was very lovely; updated, clean, nice quiet area, great marketplace (with Starbucks I might add), nice pool, rooms were very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The monorail and a casino is within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was a standout. The tub was huge! Location is also a plus, not too far away from the strip. Parking being free is great, although it was kind of wonky after they close off all but one gate during the evening through morning. Other than that, it's pretty solid.

Staff were lovely, housekeeping staff were exceptional, and we had a great stay overall. Our room seemed freshly renovated and the hot tub was great.

Prior to our trip, we contacted the hotel to inquire about room details, parking, and kitchen facilities. During that call, we also requested a higher-floor room and were told that a higher floor with a golf-course view would be provided if available. At check-in, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor, and our prior request appeared to have been ignored. When we asked about a higher-floor room, the front-desk staff informed us that none were available. After we mentioned our earlier call, she reviewed the notes and eventually reassigned us to a room on the 10th floor with a golf-course view. Unfortunately, her attitude throughout the interaction was unwelcoming and visibly annoyed. She remarked that this was not how room allocation works and implied that we were not entitled to a higher-floor room, despite having paid a premium rate and having confirmed our request in advance. A lack of courtesy and support—especially toward guests traveling with children—is not acceptable from a reputable brand like Hilton. Given the price we paid, we expected better service and a more professional, guest-focused experience.

Room was clean and spacious. Hot water wasn't working for sometime one of the days.

Staff was courteous. Had to switch rooms because in the first room the bathroom electric receptacle was not working, the toilet ran all night, and the batteries that operated the room safe had run out. Once that got sorted it was good value for the money. Very close to the monorail stop for easy access to the strip and parking is complimentary.

After complaining again, we were moved to another room with better space, but it had issues with the bathroom door and living room heater. On the third day, the water heater stopped working and disrupted our plans. The next day, there was a water shutdown from 11 AM to 4 PM, which we managed due to prior notice. Later, there was a strong gas smell on the floor; although staff said it was safe, we were very uncomfortable. Front desk staff were unfriendly, and complimentary water was provided inconsistently.

The staff is very friendly and professional. From the reception to the maids, the room was clean every day, everything is perfect. The lady in the grocery store is wonderful and friendly. If I could, I would have stayed longer. I will definitely come back another time 😃

It seems they are shortage of staffs, we stays for 3 nights and called the front desk 6 times which 4 times to remind them give us bath towels and toilet rolls. No bath gel, conditioner or only few left on the 1st day to check in. I had to call them right at the 2nd morning. No room cleaning (even the website still shows daily cleaning). They didn't give you even a pen or small paper to write a Thank You note. I used to stay with Hilton hotel and this is the first time with Grad Vacation Paradise. The front desks are helpful sending the supplies but you are not there to do the reminder job on vacation. I like the room and facilities.... but I don't think I will be back.

My family and I had a great experience staying at Hilton Grand vacations. The place is perfect for families, clean and it feels safe with no sketchy people around the building, the staff was very helpful too. The parking was very convenient if you have a rental, LV monorail is located nearby and we used to go to the strip and back to the resort without issues. The only thing I would point out is that the breakfast options are very limited, but since our room had a kitchenette we managed. Overall we were satisfied, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it for families.

The listing states breakfast is included, but it only consists of coffee, a muffin, and juice from the hotel’s café. Be aware that many cheaper hotels offer significantly better breakfast options.

things needing work: --parking--blocked off making walking and parking there difficult --lighting in the room (living area especially) is pretty dim --heat in the room; maintenance tried to fix it twice, twice it went back to being too cold --did not look being kind of pushed into a "buy a timeshare" thing in the entry (people should just politely tell the person saying they have a gift that they don't want it unless you want a 90 minute sales pitch thing)

The staff was so helpful and promptly responded to a few maintenance issues. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet and peaceful while still being close to the Strip and convenient for enjoying Vegas. A great place to chill between outings.

Hvac was

The thermostat in my room showed a maximum setting of 81°F, but the room temperature never reached what I set. Instead, the system kept shutting off before it got anywhere close. When I reported this to the front desk, the maintenance staff came up, but their attitude was shockingly unprofessional. The technician was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at me while saying “that’s normal.” It felt insulting and completely unacceptable. I went back to the front desk to explain what happened, and they told me they would contact me the next day and move me to a different room. They never followed up. For a hotel of this level, this kind of service is unacceptable. Poor room conditions, rude staff, and no follow-through from management. I definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property at all.

Perfect for families

My family and l love staying at this property whenever were are in Vegas. Highly recommended to families, especially if you have kids.

After I pay my book online, they charge for “resort fee” ( which is not, nothing is included) the only thing to eat is a Starbuck with a small store with elevated prices)HGV rental services,( which I didn’t know) if I knew this I wouldn’t even bother to go there. Far away from the strip to save some money and possible other Hotels at the Strip were more convenient and cheaper.

Property has a detached shared parking with some other business and its big complex. It’s on the backside and you need to walk to enter from the front.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming, and we received two complimentary bottles of water per day during our stay. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and extremely clean. The in-room hot tub was wonderful, and the bathroom also included a separate standing shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential utensils and dishes, which was very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Walls were very sturdy, hardly heard the other guests in the hotel. Five minutes away from downtown, so convenient location. Hotel is modern, clean, quiet and has plenty of common areas indoors and outdoors to relax in.

Also the parking was annoying-they blocked off access to the parking garage from in front of the hotel so you had to drive out and make 3 turns to access the garage. Quite a hassle!

This place was great to stay at. Only complaint I have was that the hot tub was not functional during my stay and that amenity was a main factor for my choice of a hotel.

My family and I had the 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a full kitchen and living room. We TRULY enjoyed our stay. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when we visit Las Vegas again🤗

Staff was great, so kind and helpful. They really went out of there way to make everything great.

My overall experience was phenomenal. I was surprised about how clean and well maintained the property is, including the amenities they offer both in the room and around the property. However, the bathroom is very small, no air vent in the bathroom so its very hot, and shower pressure was bad.

Staff and room were exceptional! Easy check in and check out. Loved the free parking as well. Overall, very satisfied and will most definitely visit again!

Property facilities and in room facilities were excellent. Easy access to Monorail and the Strip. Great location all round, easy access from I-15. Close to outlet malls. Would highly recommend this location.

Lynn, who checked us in was extremely friendly & accommodating & even gave us water vouchers that lasted us our entire stay instead of buying. Our room was extremely clean & the bed was surprisingly very comfy! Only thing is that you have to crank the nozzle all the way for hot water but other than that, will come again!

I loved the staff, I forgot his name tall guy with tattoos that checked me in he was really friendly and answered all of my questions whenever I ran into an issue. I also loved the rooms the property on the outside doesn’t look great but the rooms were perfect. I ran into issues with the keycards not working and parking not validating my biggest headache was the free parking with my stay every morning I ran into the issue of getting charged for parking and having to go back to the hotel to try and get it fixed. Overall I loved the location but having to fight for my validated parking everyday is annoying

The staff was able to easily assist us with changing our reservation to a larger room. Both rooms were neat, clean, and super comfortable. We had a late check-in for our next stay, but were able to leave all our luggage with their concierge services while we went out and explored. This is my second time staying at this location, and I would definitely stay again!

The accommodations were acceptable the location not so. Walking through empty lots on the side of the 'hotel' at night specially seemed dangerous. My room & view were amazing! The staff were very helpful as well as accomdating. My only issue was the noise that some of the guest were making as they were running up and down the hallway. It was; however, a holiday weekend. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend anyone to chose this hotel. I traveled alone yet I felt very safe and I had all of the ammendities from home plus more in my room. I had a great time & I would definitely stay there again.

Our housekeeper was wonderful as were the associates at the reception desk. We enjoyed a couple afternoons in the pool area. It was quite relaxing, especially when soaking in the hot tub.

There was a black box in our room that made a clicking sound every 60 seconds. Could not sleep. Talked to manager he was nice said there were four of these boxes in different rooms and he was sorry but nothing he could do. Have us a gift card for there market not worth not being able to sleep.

To use the free parking. The rooms were very spacious and very clean which was great. The market was a great feature and had a great selection of coffee as well as other things that are needed. The only thing is that the parking is a bit confusing at first, I believe the garage is shared with two other hotels but once the set up at check in for in and out is settled you can park at the side nearest the hotel and it is much easier. Overall an amazing stay

Our stay at this Hilton Location was amazing. It was quiet, relaxing, and the monorail was walking distance for easier/cheaper transportation to the strip. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed comfortable stay in Las Vegas.

Confortable ample space! Parking included a short drive from the Strip.

We did have a little mishap, water leakage in the toilet area and we found this out at midnight when we had return from our days fun. The hotel staff was super quick and helped us shift to another available room and futher. Overall the stay was awesome.

Always stay here for the purpose of a convention. Hotel fills all our needs and it’s great to have a full kitchen. Room is spacious and comfy.
