Very close to the nearest Metro station. The beds WERE very comfortable. Only a little peeve. There weren't any tea-towels. There was a dish-washer, but not even one washer tablet - we would at least have liked to leave the property with super-clean dishes and mugs.

Clean , provided snacks and water. No elevator, small steep stares and difficult to climb with luggage.

Great apartment in Santa Eulalia. 8-10 metro stations to the city centre. Metro station close to the apartment. Nice neighborhood.

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and there is a balcony where you can relax, get fresh air and observe people. It is also close to shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We were assigned in the second floor apartment and the building does not have an elevator. We struggled with our luggage since we had 3 large ones?

* Was easy to collect the door codes through the app * place had a small balcony * even though the property page said there is no wifi, there was free well working wifi available * location is good, with a bunch of cheap restaurant options around and close to metro * fridge had a bunch of stuff, like juice, snacks and beers included for free * Their booking and whatsapp accounts got hacked right before my trip * Then I got scammers reaching out to me through their official whatsapp channel and other numbers. They said that I should pay a fee and confirm my credit card details again - luckily there were enough hints to understand these were scammers * Since then I got further scam calls nearly once a week which is extremely annoying * They did not really apologize for the mess and said I should just not respond to the scammers that kept reaching out to me * The AC was barely working and needed the whole day to slowly cool down the place * They said they will send somebody but never did

Host team pretty responsive. Hold our luggage in a nearby location until check-in. Very close to Metro station, some shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was clean and usable. Got some complimentary drinks and sweets at arrival. Neighborhood pretty shabby. Seems inhabited mostly by people from South America. Not so clean streets. The apartment door was hilariously thin. Noise from some workers in the inner courtyard. The bed in the "living room" blocks the way when extended.

Location good, easy to commute to the metro and amenities also easy to get to within walking distance. Plenty of facilities to use and welcome drinks are thoughtful. Narrow space left to walk by the bed or the sofa bed.

The flat was great. A bit dusty but clean overall. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants and cafe's on the street below and public transport few mins walk. It was big enough for my family of 4. Facilities were great, and appreciate the complimentary snacks and beverages. I wish cleaners would clean the floor well as there is usually dust which is not visible but shows up on a towel that I always wipe the floor with, as I do not wear footwear inside. But, one thing this place needs to fix is the absolute sickening gutter smell in the shower room. It is worst in the morning. The owners did send a plumber round but nothing he could do about it. I suspect it came from the shower drain, but really needs addressing. Also, might be better to use another way to unlock the doors, sometimes took ages or kept failing to unlock even with good phone coverage.

The kitchen and the bathroom was very nice and clean. In the kitchen there was all that you need — an oven, a dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc. The walls are thin, the pillows were a nightmare, felt like I was sleeping on a mini rolled mattress, also the couch was uncomfortable and there was only double blankets. The most disappointing thing was construction happening on the floor below us and also outside our window. Also the view on the other side of the building is not seen in any pictures in the booking listing. Ps. Olala called and told us that the construction guys needed to come into our apartment one day so we needed to align the schedule when we were leaving and for the trouble they promised to leave complimentary wine — they didn’t. The only thing they did leave was dirty boot prints on the white bathroom floor towel and in the shower.

Good price and location Floor was horrible ?

We were two families spending couple of night in Barcelona and we have booked two apartments, they were clean and well equipped, beds were comfy. The location is very close to underground station, just couple of minutes walk. The only downside was for one of the apartment was it had view to the main street and it was a little bit noisy, but acceptable.

Location Small, no apartment amenities Pillows should be upgraded Not much in kitchen offerings. For the money changed not much provided.
