Sound from adjacent rooms, can hear them. not like a typical hotel (no lobby or breakfast) but that was already known before booking.

The room was clean and met all expectations. Serennia Fira Gran Via is in a quiet neighborhood.

Some towels are really old. Need to invest in new ones. Our room was right above the parking garage. Could hear the door opening and closing.

Great location with many resultants and good options around. Great staff and they were very understanding when I had to Modify my booking last minute as my flight was canceled so we arrived a day later. Nothing

The room they gave us the first night was not in a good condition because of some humidities (it shouldn't had been offered in the first place), the hotel was full so they could not relocate us. The good thing is they gave us a small amount as a compensation and the next day they changed us to another room that was in good condition. So even though the first night was not so pleasant, the next night was and they did compensate us for the trouble, so I would come back again (just not to that room :P) because the hotel is clean and comfortable.

It's located in a nice residential neighbourhood but it was really easy to get to anywhere with public transport. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room I stayed in looked exactly like in the photos, with two sinks that made getting ready in the morning a joy. I stayed here at the end of March while the weather was still quite cold. Even with the air-conditioning on at 30 degrees it was hard to heat up the room. I kept it on during my whole stay.

super nice staff, cute place, clean and comfy, lovely decoration, good location that is relatively close to the train station the staff barely spoke English which I found surprising and the bed was way too soft...not sure if it was just used too much or if it's supposed to feel like you sink with your whole body into the bed ?

They couldn’t find my booking, but I’ve clearly paid with confirmation email and it’s non-refundable. The receptionist couldn’t speak any English, but he tried to communicate using translator and sort things out for me. After a long day travel, this thing happened, it’s just very annoying. But I appreciate the guy’s help. The bed was quite comfortable, but the bathroom wasn’t clean - I could still see someone’s hair. And the bathroom got a bad smell, I had to close the door when not using it. And it’s pretty noisy, as I could hear people next door snoring, speaking and walking around….
