From this hotel you can explore the pretty Montjüic area of the city, where you can visit the 1992 Olympic site and top museums – MNAC and the Fundacio Tapies, as well as the Fira exhibition center. The room was comfortable. There was enough room for the 2 of us. we are just used to larger rooms. We were a bit far from the city centre. But that was my fault

The breakfast was great, water was hot and had great pressure, the staff was very helpful. Everything seemed clean. The temperature of the room was uncomfortable. They said the whole hotel was one temperature, but the lobby was cool, and the third floor was not. They showed us how to open the window to cool it down. It helped some, but then we had loud noises and strong smells from outside. It definitely affected our sleep, which was most unfortunate.

I cannot think of anything that I really liked about this hotel. The check-in process was very slow, and the front desk staff was unprofessional, eating snacks while checking us in. Upon entering the room, we found three small cockroaches, completely unacceptable. The bathroom and shower are outdated and appear to have undergone very poor-quality remodeling. Also, the air-conditioning system is outdated and offers no ability to control the room temperature, making the stay even more uncomfortable.

Bath furniture is old, broken, water from toilet flows onto the floor, notified stuff but wasn't fixed.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to, very friendly and professional staff, well maintained facility, full amenities. They didn’t refill the water for the 2nd night, not sure if they only provide them for the whole stay.

Comfy beds and great friendly staff. Showers had stains on walls. Carpet worn out in hallway and room but overall you are not staying in room much.

Very helpful and caring staff Air conditioning does not work, I didn’t sleep well as heating was on and the room was in 25, very uncomfortable. Internet issues also was a problem, couldn’t work from my room.
