Spacious room and great pictures! The location is not ideal. Guests are required to dispose of their garbage bags in a nearby container. Although the listing claims 24-hour availability, when I asked at night where to find bottled water, I only received a reply the next day. The shower was in poor condition and one night was noisy due to other guests.

Very comfortable beds and room space. Neighborhood is noisy and dirty.

Lights went out about half of our stay, we had no air conditioning, there was so much heat, no internet and no other facilities that are essential for a stay. We texted the owner and certainly he did not answer nor do something about it.

Felt like location wasn’t safe

The decoration was charming and the room matched the photos. It was a quiet place to rest after a long day exploring the city. Also, the apartment was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The location required using public transportation to reach most tourist areas.

Gorgeous apartment, very stylish and comfortable for a family of 5. Also shampoo and conditioner were provided which was helpful! The gentlemen who met us was helpful and provided lots of useful information! Unfortunately the noise from another room on the last night was unbearable and no one slept including my young children. The floors between the properties were very, very thin and there seemed to be a gathering above us. I sent an urgent message to the property number and an email but no one responded, at all. For this I wouldn't recommend this as a family property, perhaps more suited to young people who may be getting in late themselves! Also even other guests using the stairwell is noisy so I'm not sure how this can be rectified!

The young people working at reception were very kind and helpful. They helped me with my luggage. The room was beautiful. There was no cleaning even after 4 days. I mentioned it to the reception. He said it to the cleaning guy in front of me, who was not nice,/helpful. Apparently, the only language he spoke was Spanish, hard to believe cause his name was from a country where the second language is French. He said that there was no cleaning foreseen only if I asked him!

Good place overall. Easy access to 4 metro stations, very comfortable bed, friendly host who helped to solve our queries. Shower can be cleaned from mold, this is the only flaw of this place

I like how spacious the room is for a family of five. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is a little kitchen that we were able to use to cook sometimes. Bathroom is clean and stylish. No exhaust but you can open the tiny window. There is a tiny outdoor space at the back to hang wet clothes from the beach. The area is close to bus/train stations, and we find it safe. Lots of local restaurants in the area as well. I hope if it says check-in at 2pm, the room is supposed to be ready and cleaned. Though we only waited for a few minutes15-20mins, some garbage under sink is still there and no light bulb on the dining table chandelier. Which we understand the cleaner is in a hurry. Some towels have stains, but they replaced it right away. These are just minor problems which they can improve right away. We still love this property.

We were misguided by the pictures posted in the website. The room had no window at all. It is the first time I experience something like this. When we complained, the reception told us the pictures in the website are real, but one never expects to check if the room has windows, or not. It is assumed there is a window. It was difficult to stay in the room and it was not possible to change. In addition, you could hear water from the upstairs' toilet anytime it was used. It was very annoying during the night. Absolutely no isolation at all. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more.
