Shower water pressure was very low because the hose was broken, the sink drain was almost clogged and bathroom door didn't closed well.These problems didn't bother us that much because we were mostly out in the city.

Location The price was extremely high for a Hostel

It was clean, orderly and neat. The check-in was simple. Had everything we needed. Needs a bit more space for storage like shelves.

Clean room. Silent. No window in the rooom, just butaforic. Bad smell. Pillows were not comfortable.

It was more like a hotel room than a hostel. Cheapest accommodations we found in Barcelona and it was quite nice

As many others have mentioned there is almost no insulation in the rooms you can hear everything, and it can get very loud at night. Also, the way they do city taxes is very inconvenient. You cannot check in to your room until you pay city tax, but if you have a US credit card you cannot pay online. Need to find a better way to do this. I have lived in Europe for 4 years and never had an issue with paying a hotel city tax. Lastly, small inconvenience but I thought it was rude of the staff to just sit and watch a family struggle with trying to open the lobby door and manage luggage. They just sat and did not offer assistance.

Room was comfortable, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tv worked great, AC worked great and the towels were changed daily. Also a nice coffee area just outside the room! Location is great, close to subway station and lots of food around Shower space is very small, hard to fit inside. Also gets a bit noisy with people coming and going

While it may not be the top choice in the city, this accommodation offers reasonable value, considering the high cost of hotels in Barcelona. The room is equipped with basic essentials and is enough for a short visit. Supermarkets, metro stations, and bus stops are located nearby.

Hostal is near to metro station Santa Eulalia (L1) with good connection to city center. The room was very spacious for 2 adults with 1 child. The room was cleaned on daily basis, including changing towels (maybe not necessary daily), but everything was always very clean and smelled fresh. Noise from the street was signifficant also you can hear the vioces from the rooms. :(
