Noise, small room size and hotel feeling run down a bit. Hot spa not working. Beds were not that comfortable.

A very pleasant stay in central Kuta

The hotel is not so far from Kuta beach, and it’s so closed from the markets and restaurants. The hotel looks very old and even the items that were very old. They provided to me a damaged towel until i asked them to change it.

The staff is truly amazing and helpful! The toilet and bathroom could be cleaner.

We were only there for a few hours waiting for a late night flight. Facilities were good and very reasonably priced.

In a word this is the best accomodation with budget.

The Check-in staff and the cafeteria staff were very friendly and polite I requested for fresh towels, but they refused outright as I was already given two towels. The towels were not even clean. They really need to step up with the quality of their amenities in the bathroom. The tap didn't flow well, disappointing rooms. Pictures on the site is deceiving.

Location in Kuta was close to beach and many restaurants. The room was cleaned and items refreshed everyday and the staff were very competent and friendly. The swimming pool on the roof was lovely. The fitness room is basic and Netflix was not working.
