free breakfast buffet with omelet station. food in bar was delicious and good priced. the pool was perfect. the grounds are beautiful. the service was wonderful. close to airport, on a free shuttle circuit down to the mall by the beach. got a VIP seating for the sunset Kecak show with our room card. they stowed our large luggage graciously while we did a short trip to another island. i would love to come back again. everything was well done.

Very Indian oriented. Wasn't aware the buffet breakfast was mostly indian food. I don't eat spice so was difficult to find something to eat. I had to request bacon. The bacon wasn't nice. I just ate toast and fruit

The pool and grounds were lovely and I also liked the Indian restaurant and the staff. Breakfast was good but could be better. The pillows weren’t very comfortable.

It was very comfortable, the facilities were great and the staff were fabulous I booked with bookings.com, and the room seemed a long way at the back, I got lost one time

Location and layout with the gardens. Not a high rise, typical of Balinese landscape Slightly old. AC wasn’t confortable … seemed as as if the thermostat wasn’t working.

Exactly what I hoped for. They gave me exactly what I requested when Booked via Booking - a quiet room on the first floor. After a 25 hour flight we need to get some rest and were able to do so. The bed was very comfortable and linens were great. Our room was tucked into a nook and no one could walk in front of the terrace so very quiet and private. Breakfast was good and only a couple of blocks to the beach where we had dinner a couple of nights. There small warungs right on the sand. Lovely snd helpful staff. South end of Kuta so much quieter than central Kuta yet many restaurants, bars and spas nearby. Nothing.

Great location and walkable from the airport and to the beach. Breakfast was awesome and the buffet had lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and cute with a balcony and the grounds were very nice. The entrance was beautiful and zen.

Location & garden Breakfast can be improved And I have to pay A$2 for breaking a glass accidentally which leave a bitter taste

It was a spacious hotel in amongst lots of green and plants with a lovely large pool and surprisingly good food. Would have liked the option of two double beds in a room but the bed was super comfy for our family

Very nice staff ? We had a pleasant stay, the resort is calm and easy on the eye ? A bit old, so there were some renovations done.

The poolside was great as was the service and location was excellent. I’m not sure why the staff asked for your room number for every food or drink order and then asked you to pay right there and then. What’s the point in asking for the room number if you have to pay then, the whole point is to tally it all up and pay when you check out hence getting the room number.

Good value. No lift, you need to take stairs if room at level +1. Breakfast was plentiful but quality average.

Junior suite had refrigerator and sink. Was quite at night. Beds comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was amazing! No hot water. Just slightly warm. Not warm enough to take a real shower. Mosquito in room but no mosquito nets.

We liked the size of the room and how accommodating the stay was. We also liked how green the hotel land was, lots of trees and flowers. The breakfast was pretty disappointing, and the cleaning schedule was inconsistent. Pretty bad communication with ordering drinks and food.
