Very lovely, comfortable hotel conveniently located near a huge mall and supermarket. Loved that there were also firm pillows on the bed! There are two elevators to serve different room sections, so you're not walking and walking to find your room. Breakfast was quite good with a made-to-order egg/omelette station AND they let us choose hot food for our breakfast box (mie goreng!). Staff were very polite and helpful -- especially grateful to Tio for letting us check out late at 1pm without charge, since one person in our party was unwell. Also really appreciated the free shuttle service (which starts early at 5:30am!) to and from the hotel, both of which we used during our split stay. -Value-wise, I wouldn't get the half-board (dinner add-on) again -- consisted of simple salad, a choice of certain entrees from their menu, and dessert. Definitely better options in the area, but it is convenient for those arriving late. -The main lobby/breakfast/dining area is open to the outside so there is no AC and does get quite hot... some fans at least would make it more comfortable for those waiting to check in or dining in.

Lovely location really close to the beach and airport. Multiple restaurants within a short walk too. The free shuttle was very convenient.

The breakfast was the best I had in Bali. I thought I’d be getting coffee and muffins but no!!!!! They had a buffet breakfast!!!!!! Juices Coffee/tea Fresh fruit Pancakes/waffles Eggs Meats Breads And very clean and comfortable. Not bad for $65 Canadian for the 1 of us. Nothing

I was worried about what I would get for the price but was pleasantly surprised, everything was great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes slow service in the restaurant and ingredients missing in meals. Rubbish on the beach, no sunbeds, not cozy/enjoyable to stay on the beach. If you look for a beach vacation avoid this area.
