This is one of those places that is better than advertised. It's so lush and beautiful; the architecture is classic Bali; the food was good (the breakfast buffet was incredible); the pool was gorgeous, and our time in the spa was magic. It's only about a five minute drive from the airport, and you're walking distance to the beach and tons of dining/shopping. There were only two things we didn't like. 1 -The tub/shower was a little dangerous, as it's set up about a foot and a half off the ground, so it's a big step up and step down, and a narrow tub to begin with; and dangerous with a slippery floor. 2 - They don't have the option to log in to any streaming services, so when we did relax at night to watch TV there were only about 3 channels with English speaking programs; and the wi-fi was spotty, so sometimes those didn't work.

This bungalow with its private walled garden was one of the best places that I have ever stayed in. It is difficult to believe that this perfectly quiet, serene oasis was in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Everything that we needed (and more) was provided. We had the choice of a walk in shower, or separate bath. There was all the necessities (safe, fridge, TV with English channels, iron & board, coffee/tea making, etc. and more!). The private pool was simply fantastic (and there is always a the larger public pool for swimming). We did not feel that there was anything that we needed that had not been provided. The bungalow and garden were spotlessly clean and the garden was regularly cleared of any fallen leaves, etc. We loved the mature, manicured gardens of the hotel grounds. A stroll through these gardens to our bungalow was a lovely experience in itself. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. They would always stop to have a chat with you - without ever being intrusive. They deserve a special mention as they were wonderful. We dined in the restaurant several times and always enjoyed our meal. Once again, we have to make a special mention to the friendly staff who knew when to approach and when to give you private time. There is nothing that either of us could suggest that would improve our stay. It was a perfect experience.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

We have stayed at this resort on three previous occasions, it is only 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, close to the beach and the variety of accommodation styles fits with both our needs and budget, we prefer the cottage style bungalows.excellent pool, nice open air dining area, buffet breakfast offers wide selection of dishes, western and other. Travellers from many different countries provide great opportunity to meet and share travel experiences. Staff are both polite and try very hard to allow you a peaceful, comfortable stay.. as in the past this is our go to resort when in Kuta area. Beach area near hotel is still being reclaimed so there are many areas not suitable for beach access, not enough trash being picked up along beach walks, although the ocean seemed more clear at this time.

The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff was very accommodating.

Excellent rooms - modern, clean and lots of room. Loved the pool - 2.4metres is amazing!!! The pool staff were accommodating and chatty. The gym was pretty good - (needed to bring your own towel as there were none available but that's ok) Breakfast had some good choices - sometimes it seemed a little chaotic and often hard to find bowls and cutlery. The Spa had a nice atmosphere and good masseuse. Location was really good - central enough but out of the chaos, close to the airport(but you would not have known it!) Flies at the restaurant seemed never ending - not the hotel's fault but during breakfast and eating you were constantly batting them away. Wifi was often intermittent and jumped between 2 sites - you had to keep logging in.

The private pool and yard were a little dated but that's it.

It was a very good stay there and the location and amenities nearby were good. Friendly Staff. The restaurant was good.

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. Overall, the food at the restaurant was mediocre to poor. The breakfast was OK, but it could be improved with more fresh fruits and replace some of the Indian dishes with local dishes. There is a very good restaurant (Envy)within walking distance, which we ate at many times. It’s in the Holiday Inn.

Pool was lovely , deep and refreshing , gardens superb , staff super helpful and friendly especially reception staff x went above and beyond to help us on our one night stay , rooms were spacious and quiet , beds comfortable , restaurant offered many choices, breakfast was also a plethora of options , all in all we all would throughly recommend Rama Gardens Kyra for a stay for a night, week or as long as your travel requires Can’t think of anything

Room looked a bit tired, but was good value for money

room and staff that took our luggage. he worked tirelessly we check in the last and he was there and we checked out by 0915 and he was there too. breakfast for this price and such a class hotel, i would say quite underwhelming
