The friendliness of all the staff and the location I am not happy that the hotel is now all non smoking. I am not a smoker myself but a number of our party were. Especially at the pool bar. In the 7 days that we stayed there we saw maybe 4 other people use the pool bar. 2 of them would also hop out and go have a smoke. They should maybe look at having the pool area smoke free in the morning, as this is the time that those with kids would use the pool. And then open the Pool area up to smokers in the afternoon, when in our 7 days there (And many stays before this trip) no kids were in the pool.

I liked the big spacious room and the cleanliness of it. I also liked the breakfast buffet and massage. I didn't like the flooding in the hallways when it rained hard and non-working elevator button.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool area was large and easy to access. The breakfast was varied and a high standard. The staff were exceptional with their assistance and politeness. Not all of the gym equipment were working and some needed maintenance.

They treated me very well here, even upgraded my room and I had not even asked for it. They really care about the guests. I stayed here 2 times, the hallways were quiet during both of those. It is not that way at all the hotels in this area, but here I didn't notice any problem like that. The staff handle the guests very nicely at this hotel.

Only stay overnight as we arrived late but great location. Close to the beach for a morning walk, great breakfast which was included in the price, and we have already rebooked for October for another night when we fly back in late.

Close proximity to the airport. If you have a backpack, you can literally walk from the airport. Takes about 12-15 mins at a brisk pace. The hotel can focus a bit more on improving the breakfast.

Booked a single night here due to the proximity to the airport as we were arriving on a late flight, and so glad we did. Very quick trip from airport to the hotel (about 10 minutes), and a quick and easy check-in was excellent, Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Good food options nearby for a late night feed. Buffet breakfast in the morning was a stand-out - huge selection and great food. While we didn't make use of the pool due to our short stay, it looked very inviting!

Breakfast was great with good variety and the staff were friendly. Did not match pictures on booking.com. The room was very underwhelming, bathroom needs repair and the kitchen had nothing useful in it to use. Wouldn't go back - lucky we only stayed one night.
