Not very clean overall, also had ants in the bathroom especially around the sink area which was gross and unfortunate. Breakfast was disappointing, not a lot of options and food that was suppose to be hot was cold.

Location The night staff was not supportive and the rooms are very compact and congisted..air conditioner are very old and not cooling the room at all

The staffs tried their best, but the hotel itself is just falling apart, and there is little a friendly smile can do to fix that. We had 2 single beds for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). The power was off and we had to take the stairs. Aircon wasn't strong, wifi was weak, room was dirty, toilet had stains all over, and the sink doesn't drain. On top of it all, breakfast was quite bad. There really was very little positive you can say about this hotel.

Had to spend a night here before catching a flight, people were so nice and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The key I was given didn't work properly, it had to be tried at least 10 times each time you tried to open the door. Asked for a new one and they wouldn't. Very noisy from outside, location not great, and construction going on inside the building it sounded like. Staff not helpful when asked questions, like how to get some food or to order a taxi - just direct you to use the grab app and let you fend for yourself. asked about room service and said my phone wasn't working (the book in the room doesnt have times of when things are available, and the contact numbers were wrong) all in all a terrible stay but I slept well. Couldn't wait to leave and booked a room in ubud the next morning to escape kuta. Not the experience you want guests to have!

The air conditioning. It stopped working. And would leak water continuously. There was a cockroach in the room on my first night. The first room they took me to had bed sheets that was dirty which had me request a cleaner room which then had the cockroach

No toilet paper or wash cloths. I went to the front seat to get both, they brought up a stack of napkins to my room because they were out. Like, how the hell are you out of toilet paper?!
