Comfortable bed, clean bathroom close to pool Music quite loud from the pool could hear it in our room quite loudly which made it a little difficult to rest and relax

Everything was great. Nothing

The location was perfect and staffs were very friendly. I had to check out very early so had to have breakfast box, but it was very delicious and freshly prepared! Just problem with wifi in the room I stayed, it was not stable all the time, couldn't really have a video call at all. But in my second stay (after 1 week) I was placed in another room and the wifi was good, I guess it must just a problem with that particular room I had on the upper floor, they may need to setup wifi booster up there to fix this problem.

Location is perfect. Comfortable to sleep. Staff are helpful.

Nice hotel for two night stay. We were in ground floor room which was near office and rubbish bins. Had we been staying longer we would have asked to be shifted but for two nights it wasn’t worth it. Good breakfast. Lots of kids in pool so we waited until they went before going out to pool area.

Nice staff and lovely property. They don’t give you water after the complementary water bottle is empty you have to pay for water after your drinking water is finished. They don’t refill your water bottle.

I recently stayed at Adhi Jaya Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, offering good value for the price. The gardens are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and kind.

I told the front desk when I checked in, that I had a flight the next day and for some unknown reason she changed my room from the second floor I was reserved for and put me on the first floor in a area that they had planned overnight construction! To my surprise, I was awoken to loud. bangings and the sound of the construction going on. I had to get out of the bed and go to the front desk and demand to be moved to a different room ASAP! Which I did appreciate that they were able to and did accommodate me! Communication about the possibility of the over night construction.

One man at the reception desk wasn't good. He was being petty and unaccomadating.

The pool with no time limit and bar Bar closes early at 6pm. Should be open until at least 10pm. The sink was a bit rusty and hard to drain the water
