Roaches, only hot water came out of the shower, the breakfast was unappeling . The pool area was in terrible condition. I won't recommend this place.

3rd time staying here, always a great experience. New breakfast area is really nice. Only negative was the tour salesperson outside the breakfast area.

Awesome hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Vending machines were down forcing you to purchase from their market but it was well stocked. Perfect hotel other than the end of the hallway where my room was had a super strong weed odor. Clearly the people in the next room were smoking when signs everywhere had $500 fines. Other than that, perfect stay.

Great price and above average quality for the price. Good staff and quick response to concerns.

The hotel is in need of updates. Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was subpar. Common hallways were dirty and smelled awful.

When I entered the hotel, I was greeted and very much welcomed. There was staff all over the hotel, cleaning and mkaing the property beautiful. I loved how intricate to detail Palazzo was, the breakfast had a wide selection. Oatmeal, to frui, to savory items, and they change the food everyday! The beds were perfect and soft and I fell asleep like a baby. I'm coming back here again! I didn't like the shared balcony, and the lack of parking spaces.
