The hotel appeared just as the updated pictures online looked. I was hesitant at first by the price, but it was perfectly located and well kept up. The staff was very friendly and helpful, when needed. The pool area was very clean and inviting. The location was great for dining, entertainment, shopping, and even getting back to I-4. We would definitely book and stay again in the future.

THIEVES!! Don’t stay here unless you want an unhonest housekeeping crew and your things/MONEY to turn up missing. I left items in the room and tried to come back to pick it up same day of checkout but nothing was reported left in the room?? Never had this happen before. Would NOT RECOMMEND at all.

The room is quiet and clean. It has all the amenities that we needed. I will be booking again in the future.

We love staying here for our Disney trips! It's always clean, the staff are wonderful, and it is super convenient for everything we love to do in Orlando.

Beautiful modern rooms, close drive to everything. Affordable rates. The best part is the included breakfast and amazing amenities. Did kayaking for the first time with my family thanks to this lovely hotel. Still thinking about that acai bowl that I was creating in the breakfast bar. Best hotel I’ve stayed at.

We booked The Vietta Hotel for a one-night stay before a cruise. We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the lobby area. It was clean and modern and the service was top tier! Carlota was super friendly and took care of all of our needs. The only thing I would suggest is hotter water temperatures in the shower.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast was good but basic. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms looked remodeled but the floor was very sticky and dirty, and the room was dusty. You could hear everything from the people upstairs.

Very clean

Rooms are clean just as they are in the pictures. The front staff are very courteous and friendly. Ampule of parking space. The temperature controlled swimming pool is an unexpected surprise. The only improvement is once they get approved for adding more food options in the breakfast like eggs, pancakes, sausages, etc., it will be a complete breakfast experience.

Too bad the new bed wasn't one of the new foam type instead of firm spring mattress. 7 light switches in the room were confusing to find. Some behind the Curtin some tucked away behind the TV. I finally found them all. Never been in a hotel room without a phone or Drink beverage machine. Couldn't find the ice machine. Shower was great. Free breakfast was advertised but it is only contiential with bagel, toast, coffee, cereal, milk and orange juice . Its no Botique hotel but rather an inexpensive, updated roadside hotel. I won't be back.

As soon as we walked in she helps us in everything we need and very nice with the little kids. We asked for a room in the first floor since we had a stroller and she found it right away. A really nice person. Room impecable. White and clean towel and sheets. Location spot on with lots of places to eat. Something that needs a little bit inprovement is breakfast. I will return again for sure.

Didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities, but the kayaks and bikes were such a cool option we wish we made time for. Room was clean and cozy. The accessible shower was interesting, we were afraid water was going to run out into the room so we rolled up a towel and placed it on the floor.

I recommend it 1000%. The whole experience was very good. The place was very clean, the atmosphere is familiar, it has many activities, but the service and customer service is excellent. I would return every time I think about going to Kissimmee. I celebrated my wedding anniversary and it was super special, thank you.

Very clean place and a few minutes away from Disney world. Very quiet and very close to Waffle House. Will stay here again when I come back to Disney.

I didn't get to stay at the hotel that I booked thru hotel .com . In fact the hotel didn't have a reservation. For me at all. The hotel said they do not use hotel.com to book their rooms . So I had to sleep in a friend's car last night instead of the room that I booked thru you guys. I want a full refund or else I will be letting the world know that your company is fraudulent . This was a scam and I want my money back asap.. please and thank u . Y'all need to stop the transaction from going thru my bank... My lawyer has all the emails and confirmations to proceed with sueing y'all if I do not receive my money back thank you

Under renovation dangerous conditions they turned the water off in the middle of my shower. Said there was an emergency so had to shut the water off after they told me nobody was there. Everyone had checked out. Guess that's why no one came to let us know they were shutting the water off. Common courtesy. Asked for a refund was told take it up with expedia.

The person at the desktop was nice, but the place was terrible, disgusting, stinky, they had odor threes on the a/c God knows what people do in there, and there was a strong smell of marihuana, we felt horrible insecure, and ran out to find another hotel, price was not worth at all!!! I feel stolen.

I'm not sure how this hotel has so many good reviews. The beds are squeaky, the blankets are not good. Breakfast was store bought packed donuts and muffins. Not recommend.

The staff was amazing. The location is good. This is one of the most slept on budget friendly hotel in the area.

During a horrible experience with Spirit Airlines (ended up stuck in Orlando over night), my stay at Golden Link Resort Motel was such a relief. The man at the front desk was so nice and friendly, and was able to point out late-night dining options across the street (he did caution me to be careful crossing because it is a very busy street and he said people don't always look for pedestrians). I had a very nice stay; the room was very clean and was perfect for what I needed.

An older hotel that is actually maintained very nice room staff is phenomenal if you’re not spending much time in a room it is a great place to get a good nights sleep take a shower cannot say enough good things about the place

The rooms are very dated. They were clean but the bedding was quite basic/lackluster. You really have to have a “you get what you pay for” attitude for these rooms. Overall, satisfied with the stay. These rooms really need paint jobs and replace the old carpet with laminate “hardwood” floors and this would be a great value for the area.

It was dark when I checked in so I couldn’t see anything.

They doesn’t say or show us the fee that hotel desk was going to charge when it book online . And because of that amount on deposit for one night was so high i couldn’t make it because I don’t have the money and I had to cancel. Looking up for a place to stay and also I’m still waiting on my refund….

Easy, convenient. Has washer and dryers on site. Lake access and pier were cool. Everything you need of you are passing through.

The bath towels were to small and worn out, the front desk clerk was not the friendliest in my opinion,

Though dated and in need of some repair, the room was "clean". The front desk staff were very good. The property was old and in need refurb and repair. It was listed as a Resort, including a resort fee. It did have a pool, and I suppose you could call the back a "private beach", if you have a tremendous sense of imagination. But for what it was, a place to crash on an old hard mattress, it was a bit pricey.

the water smelled like gasoline and the breakfast was just little Debbie....

The carpet wasn t Vacuum..left a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain ..didn t clean the bottom of the toilet... i took picture of it.. hair on the floor and bath tub...Tv wasn t working..i had to put the the wires together they were disconnected the phone do not work could not call about the problems..i had to walk to the office

I didnt like there was barely towels or soap you received. Also woke up to a bunch of bumps on my arm.

Beware this place is horrible. We stood here because we had no choice. The room had a very bad odor. Ac was not working well. The bathrooms are very moldy. Do not recommend this place at all. To top it off there was cat poop in front of our door every morning.

Reasonable prices and clean

They make these pictures look so beautiful online and when you get there, it’s not what you expect. A/C, Fridge T. V was unplugged. It says Breakfast included,,,,, it’s only a coffee maker in the the lobby with a basket of your choice of donuts.

This presents as a very low end hotel. If it had a corresponding low end price, I would not complain. But, because of demand, the hotel was charging over $300.00 a night.

This property a safe, cheap bet. Thin blankets, but hot showers and free parking.

Really good. Clean! Great price and close to everything. Really surprised by that. Only 2 issues. And 2 suggestions. Suggestions, bring your own towel and blankets. The towels are insanely small and the blankets are dated and worn. For some reason our bedroom door didn’t lock ! We let the people know and when we came back it was locked. But couldn’t manage to get to go lock again… so all valuables were locked in my car. Oh and they require masks at the front desk. They don’t wear them themselves until you walk in and they ask you with their mask off to put yours on which sucks when you’re just trying to check out and everything including your masks is packed away (nowhere in the area requires masks) 😒 annoying but whatever. Cheap place and very clean for the price. Just be sure to check your locks!!!! Staff was friendly

Carlos checked us in. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay.

We spoke to one gentleman before we checked in, which was going to be late. Wanted to let him know our arrival time. He mentioned he would leave us the key in the key box. No key in the key box when we arrived. The lady there seemed upset we got in late and took the key from the key box. I let her know we had given notice of arrival time. She was a bit short but then very nice. Received a call to make sure we settled in.

More detail to cleaning. Not a big deal, found food in one of the drawers.

There was not good thing about this place. It was run down and kept up. Then we got to our room. The room had a bad smell to it. So we had to go buy scented candles. The a/c didn’t work. So we went back out to buy a fan. And before we went out again for the fan. We went to the front office for another room. There was none available. Then it was time for bed. And the bed was broken. We had the room for 3 nights. But instead of staying there for another night. We lost our money because of no refunds. We just went to another place and paid again for a room. To was worth the money lose to find a nice place. I would never wish this place on anyone. Stay away even if the rooms are free….

The price was good but I wouldn’t stay there again. The bedding and towels didn’t feel or smell fresh. And it’s one of those motels that have men hanging around outside their rooms loitering. The front desk woman was not friendly(hell bent on wearing a mask. It did have nice perks…the location, refrigerator and microwave, free WiFi, free parking, functioning air and heat but not enough to make me go back.

Terrible room/cleanliness & service! BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Way Overpriced for the area as there are many better hotels to chose from, and even though we rescheduled (Instead of cancelling all together) a completely paid for reservation for the very next week, due to Covid delays, they charged us $250!!!! Terrible!!!!!

We were told it included breakfast, and we only had a few snacks, towels were old and rough, furniture was old. Really bad experience

Only thing is that we were close to many stores and restaurants, lobby had a not pleasant smell my room had uneven bed heights and Indoor decor was mixed match sink had some caps in drain tub didn't look so clean.

Very nice place to stay

well kept hotel..clean, centrally located, fresh smelling maintained and very friendly/helpful staff. aside, the ac units blew very cold but didn’t have “auto” so it was cold when it was on but i had to turn it off manually until it got warm again.

The only positive thing I can say it's it's close to Orlando attractions. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, there were bugs, and my door lock wouldn't work right. I had to ask the front desk to let me back in my room every 6 days of my stay.

Very very outdated

We are still waiting on our refund my husband checked out early due to lack of customer service and now the property manager doesnt want to refund because we wrote an honest review!! Emails have been sent and phone calls made but nothing!! My review was honest and now we have to fight to get our money back!!! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING THIS PROPERTY!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD

Very clean and comfortable. Not very modern but our room was way in the back and very quiet. Clean room with an option of having your room made up while you’re gone. Small tv but very fast Wi-Fi. Enjoyed six nights.
