Worse hotel in the world. I made I reservation and just canceled without even call me.

It is not as shown in the photos It is very dirty bathrooms and rooms are in poor condition

Easy access, affordable. My minor concern was attend to promptly.

Was a horrible experience as everything was dirty and old especially the sheets were dirty and old too! They didn’t even provide shampoo ! There were only two small towels avaialable ! They gave a key to open the room door ! Door was real dirty and brokenand no ice bucket was there

I didn’t like anything about this property. We booked two nights and as soon as we got there we weren’t pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We canceled the reservation as soon as we got there and the front desk man, Bernard, told us cancellation wasn’t available and if we wanted to look at another room. We weren’t please with the other room. We called expedia and expedia talked to Bernard and Bernard told the expedia representative, Ella, that he didn’t know the reason why we wanted to cancel. He also told Ella that the manager wasn’t available that night and to call back the next morning. Expedia still hasn’t been able to get a hold of a manager and we haven’t been refunded our money. We are currently taking further action with Sun Inn and Suites and Expedia, because we were not pleased with anything. We didn’t stay at the hotel at all and we haven’t been refunded our money. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth it.

Didnt feel comfortable to stay there and manager didnt care they wouldnt let me change reservation to go somewhere else or get money back...hotels.comcouldnt help either. I didnt want to risk it with drug dealing etc going on and traveling alone. You shouldnt force someone to try to stay if you are not comfortable. Poor call on management. So they took my money anyway and i paid for another place to stay. Do not stay here.

this was overall a good stay at a good price.

roaches in the fridge, a guy outside conducting drug deals, carpet was filthy and it appeared as though people are living there.

House keeping needs to clean better because there are insects & place needs remodeling. But front office staff were extra nice during check in.

Sorry to say..but it's Roach infested. When lights went off, within 5 mins we saw 7 roaches crawling everywhere, even the bed..see the pics, Dead and Alive..Could barely sleep after being transferred from a roach infested room on first floor to the second floor, close to the office, which seemed to be OK. Late at night, there were many residents hanging out, even kids..Overall, felt like a 1.5 star motel. Close to everything, that's why it gets the 1 star. Would not come back.

Bathroom smells horrible. Did not want to use it at all....

It is a fleabag hotel my child got big bugs and there was absolutely no room service

The room was nasty with roach stuff everywhere. Frig was dirty. Lady at front was the best thing with her smile to trick you about what your about to walk in. I wouldn’t send my enemy to stay there

There were lots of roaches and the sheets were not clean and neither was the carpet my feet were filthy as if i was walking in the street

Well, upon opening the door to the room we saw a nice clean king bed but thats where the nice stopped. Very dumpy old room with dirty carpet, peeling shower, a fridge that was huge, dented and rusty. We decided we were not staying! Went down the street and spent $20 more for a better space.

Only here long enough to sleep, and watch some TV; while visiting Disney. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. The place is obviously rundown. I wouldn’t want to just hangout in the room for very long. Never saw any bugs. A/C was a little noisy, but bearable. Fridge and microwave in room. Very pleasant at the front desk. You get what you pay for; and I’ve been to worse places than this. I’d stay again.

You get what you pay for here. There was many imperfections in the room. Needs updates, looked unsafe / dirty

The rooms were dirty and had roches inside. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Room was one rate on expedia and different rate was charged. My sons shoes were stolen by the pool area. Shower was dirty we ended up not even showering there.

The Receptionist was nice and check in was easy. The Room was ok but the toilet was making weird noises here and there and the tub was damage.. There was also roaches unfortunately. I just wanted to stay somewhere nearby Disney for one night. This was a last minute option in the end.

The room we got was not the room shown in the pictures. I called customer service about it they told me to speak to the people in the front about it. They offered me another room but I already felt bad about it I felt like hotels.com she took care of it for me. They put me in a really uncomfortable situation. The room that we got was unrenovated and the beds were uncomfortable. However it was clean and there were no bugs.

The room was full of bugs and terrible smell. Smell like somebody smoke something there.

So we come to check in and they staff is just here for the money, Get into room, the rooms are VERY out dated and outlets are uncovered, stains in the carpet etc. Open the fridge to put a drink and there is someone’s leftover food in the fridge, we go down to the front office to let them know and the say they will send management up to our room, a man with the hotel logo on his shirt said do you have a problem and my boyfriend asked if he was the manager and he said no then walked down a few rooms and then come back and said I may be the manager and then walked away and then told us to clean out the fridge. Very poor management ! I definitely do NOT recommend staying here !

In the room there were cockroaches the bathroom fan sounded like old car the shower was detached from the wall, smelled the room

The room was comfortable. The cleanliness is something else. There was hair all over the sink countertop and in the shower. The tub was badly stained and when you opened the shower, water also came out the regular faucet. A waste of water, no? The toilet bowl moved when you sat on it. A roach greeted us in the bathroom upon arrival. The floor had a straw when we arrived and even though I complained, it was never picked up. I finally threw it out when I left. As for the hair, I also had to clean it up. That should have been taken care of by the cleaning staff.

Liegt direkt am Highway, sehr laut , Zimmer sind grauenhaft und sauber ist es auch nicht. Haben direkt wieder ausgecheckt und haben ein neues Hotel gesucht. Es sieht ein bisschen so aus wie die Hostels in den amerikanischen Horrorfilmen

Not recommended to anyone looking for a clean environment. Linens not cleaned and changed. Bugs. Dirty rugs. Bathroom awful. Furniture broken. Glad I brought my own disinfectant. Never again. Worst part of my vacation. On a scale of 1-10. ONE

Bad experience they sold out the room , I make reservations a week before to date to check in

Location was great! Close to old town and not to far from the parks. Check in was quick and easy and the rooms were pretty comfortable.

Worth 39/night. Overall ok.would stay again at this price.

It was clean and in a very nice location

Our stay was good. We had a great time at all the local sopts including mini golf and go carts. I would recomend to my friends and family.

Check in was quick and easy. Finding the room was easy. The room was very nice. The key was an actual key, not a key card. We only had 2 small issues. The bed was very soft and comfortable...for one person at a time. It wasn't so great for my husband and I together. The next morning as we were going down the stairs to leave, someone had vomited on them and it was hard to get down the stairs. I think someone was coming to take care of it as we were leaving though, so hopefully it wasn't there too long. Check out was also very quick and easy. Would stay again.

There was a shortage of rooms in the area, so I booked it. I didn’t realize at the time the price I paid for a night, I could have rented it for a week. Multiple rooms were occupied by “weekly renters”. Unfortunately I didn’t get to sleep. I let my girlfriend sleep while kept an eye on my truck and kept the bugs in the bathroom.

Shortly after booking, I called the hotel to ask about check in times. They asked my name and told me that the room is non smoking, but smells like cigarettes. I told them I have a 3 month old baby and they said there are no others rooms available. When I arrived, the place smelled like death. There literally may have been clouds still in the room from the smoke. Besides that, there were cockroaches running out of the full sized refrigerator that smelled like rotten food. There was a couch that was so stained it looked like it had been picked up on the side of the road. The walls had gunk and random poorly scrubbed spots, looking as though someone tried to cover up a murder. The bathroom towels were clearly dirty, there was no shampoo or soap in the room, the tub had a big black spot on it, the shower head leaked and sprayed everywhere and everything when turned on, and the carpet was disgustingly sticky on top of all of it. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this was the worst one by far. I ended up sleeping in the car with my baby that night. Thanks for nothing Expedia!

The location was nice because there's so many restaurant options nearby. Walmart, for any toiletries or emergencies, is a 5 minute drive away. Everything is super close and there's such a wide variety. Would stay here again.

First the room smelled so bad that even after spaying Febreeze we still could not stand the stench. Second the bathroom was so dirty they attempted to paint the tub and the paint lifted up. The toilet seat was broken the stains on the wall. What a nightmare!!!!

Was a great looking but need upgrades

Hotel location is wonderfully, very close to the parks and restaurants. They don’t clean the rooms until you leave, no towels no paper toilet. Horrible service. The sheets at dirty. Had to go buy my own

The roaches came out at night. Found a bra at head of bed. No room service second day and went to get a towel from desk, no towels. The location is really good the place is just old .

Cheap, but bad. The room got a bad smell. The bath tub is so old.

Old, rundown and stinky. Sheets had pilling which was very uncomfortable. Only thing positive was location close to Disney.

My room was not up to my standard. Not a good place if your looking for minamal comfort. Furniture was old bath tub was old . The room or rooms need to be updated. This place has a residential community living there . Not a place to stay if your vacationing in the state

This place is full of roaches. Stinkssss, dirty discusting. Never ever will ever stay here. I will travel back home even if it was to drive back 5 hours.

Shower dirty Bad odor as soon we get de room

We arrived close to midnight (as indicated on our reservation). Checkin went fine, manager agreed to let us check out at noon instead of 11am. Room had no hangers, minimal towels, and no basics (shampoo, lotion). Bathroom fixtures were rusty. Mattresses were soft and not supportive. We would not have stayed there a second night, if we had been planning to do so.

Nothing special happened in this hotel, checked in quickly at about 10pm. My room and sheets were clean. I appreciate it.

The hotel itself is ok, but if Nikko from housekeeping is not there ,your room will not be cleaned. They will only empty your garbage, and will not make your bed or give you fresh towels.
