Bed was hard, breakfast was aweful

Breakfast was awesome, Location is great everything nearby, the only not so good was the hotel is kinda small but besides that it was excellent!

Breakfast was overcrowded and not enough space to sit. My boys were running around so we tried to take food upstairs and a staff member tried to stop me, instead of assist me.

Even though there seemed to be a lot of school groups at the hotel, the only time you really saw or heard them was at breakfast. I must commend the people that worked the breakfast. They were constantly working and very friendly to everyone. Happy hour staff were also great. The only problem I had during our stay, was trying to purchase Disney tickets through the hotel. The first day I kept checking back with them because they said I had to wait for the one employee in charge of that to return. When they did get back, they told me they would call me when they were able to get my tickets. Hours later they said the system was down so I finally gave up. The next day a different employee tried to help me and they were also unsuccessful. So, I wouldn't recommend trying to purchase your park tickets at the front desk. I enjoy staying at hotels at the park, but the price you get at Embassy compared to a Disney resort hotel is quite a savings. I would stay here again.

This is an older property but well maintained. I would use the word “dowdy” to describe the decor. I stayed in a 2-room suite (don’t have delusions of grandeur!) & it would be great for a family of 4. Living room setup with sectional, good work space, smallish bathroom, a bar sink setup in the hall with fridge & microwave. Respectable free breakfast. The nightly rate reflects the lack of anything walkable around the property, safe for a 7-Eleven, vape store, etc. Will need an uber to get to Disney or Disney Springs. Good budget property for conferences or Orlando vacay.

Very overpriced

Extremely clean.

Embassy Suites has quickly become my favorite hotel to stay at when traveling for business. It's more upscale, but affordable. The staff are incredible professional, the premises are clean and sleek, the food selection is enjoyable, and the cleaning staff do a great job. The surrounding area is conveniently located, perfectly located for picking up anything you want/need. And it's located near the major roads if you need to commute, while not being too close to them that noise or traffic is an issue. The only challenge for me was parking. You do have to pay for parking each day you're there, and sometimes a spot can be hard to find, especially when they are hosting events. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

One of the better stays I've had anywhere. Not far from Disney and the area is nice. Hotel was amazing and the staff is incredible. The only minor complaint I can come up with is the mattress was a bit firm for my wife and I but thats really just personal preference.

The hotel was spectacular for the affordable price. The breakfast had many options, and the staff was super friendly all time around. The rooms and the amenities were clean, and the common areas look pretty and upkeep. The parking was ok, my only bad thing would be that it was dimly lit, for a private parking a few more lights wouldn't be a bad idea. We arrived many times at night and had to walk fast to get out of the shadows. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The embassy was great. A little problem finding place to park.

The complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, though it was quite busy during our stay due to school break. Early mornings were especially crowded with teenagers, and unfortunately, we couldn’t find a table or even a chair at times. It would have been helpful to be informed about peak breakfast times so we could plan accordingly during our stay. One area for improvement would be the pool—towels in that area could be refreshed more regularly and buy new ones. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences.

The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable perfect for relaxing after long days. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with lots of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It could get a bit busy at times, especially during breakfast, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend it for a park visit!

We booked last minute, because we decided to stay an extra day and the hotel we were at was sold out. Oh how I wish we would have stayed our whole vacation here. Our room was clean, and comfortable. We are already looking to book our next stay.

Pool and hot tub was great just no pool towels available. But they had the extra bedding for the sofa couch and we didn't have to ask for it. It's the only hotel that's happened in a couple years. My kids loved this hotel and want to stay again. The breakfast is amazing. Made to order omelettes.

The room we requested wasn’t available on the first night. We requested a room with a handicap accessible shower and we did not have that. The next day we were moved to a correct room however the fridge in the room did not work and our $55 of Caribbean food was spoiled when we came back from an excursion. Instead of replacing it when we called they waited until 6 am the next morning to wake us up to replace it.

The staff made our stay over the top. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

We love the convenience of the suites and the flexibility they allow as a family with small children. Beds are very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was always top notch and the omlet station and waffle station were amazing. My only criticism is that they should have better lighting in the parking lot in the evenings.

Great: 10 minutes from Disney Hollywood Studios; five minutes from Walmart where we bought Disney merchandise at a significant savings. Problems: Paying for parking; no one cleaned our room the entire stay.

Very spacious room, was not a lot of noise and people were nice. Though when I received the sheets for the couch bed they were torn in some parts. Overall the stay was nice.

Excellent hotel, Melanie from the front desk is awesome only bad thing I can say that dying the stay there was an emergency alarm activated a 4am all the guests evacuated and it was a false alarm, no staff from the hotel communicating about it

Yes the room was great, but hotel alarm went off at 3:30am in the morning and know direction from hotel staff, that was very disappointing because of the name brand.

The room had an Oder to it but it was remedied same day by the staff. Everyone was smiling and eager to help. Ladies at the bar could be nicer.

Truly a horrible experience

The night of check in, our original room would not lock so we had to change rooms. Once we got to our original room, I put my clothing away in a drawer, specifically remembering the room and what drawer it was in. I forgot on the day of check out which was today to remove it from the middle drawer underneath the mirror of our room. When I called to possibly have it returned, hotel said it wasn’t there, yet it wasn’t in my suitcase or my partners. It was left in the drawer of the room. Housekeeping either kept it or nobody looked for it. Overall hotel was nice but the fact that my clothing got stolen by housekeeping possibly not the best experience.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. My family and I enjoyed the freshly made omelettes, the freshly laid out breakfast bars, and the waffle stations.

Everything was great. My only issue was at breakfast when I would order an omelette I had to ask the cook to wipe the utensils multitudes due to a cheese allergy. Just need to be aware of allergies when grilling and understanding it could be life changing for some.

Bed and pillows were so comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast offered so many choices, including freshly made customized omelette. The fitness gym was a little small but clean. Water pressure was not the greatest but overall we had a great stay and will stay again.

First time here. Everything was awesome! My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay.

Hotel itself was clean and the staffs were friendly. The rooms are spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids last weekend. My kids love the game room but I think a couple of the games need maintenance since it didn’t work after it took the credits out of the game card. The breakfast was ok. We didn’t have a chance to hit the bar during both of our stays. I will try to make some time for it during our next stay. Overall, it’s definitely a much better hotel than the nearby ones around the same price point.

It was perfect. The kids went to homecoming and the adults enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Best part was we didn’t have to drive all the way back home afterwards.

We were there for our kids homecoming. The hotel was lovely. Although traffic got congested, the staff did a good job trying to keep it moving. Tony the bartender was amazing and served really great drinks, however we had a large group of adults , and he was the only bartender on staff, and clearly needed more help.

During our stay they had a prom event. Took us 45 mins from the light to get into our hotel. Poor job handing the traffic. Mean time the next day there was no carts for luggage because all the people who were staying there for prom used it to hold their stuff while waiting taking over 20 minutes for one cart. Would not recommend staying here during this time of year ever.

It took me 90 minutes to check in because the hotel made a mix-up between Expedia and Hilton. I arrived at 1 a.m., exhausted, only to be given keys to occupied rooms — twice. As compensation, I was given an “upgrade,” which turned out to be an identical room on a different floor. They also made the minibar free, but never told me about it. My team’s room was next to a party room, and some of their belongings were thrown out or removed, totaling about $300 in losses. The hotel refused to compensate for it and instead told us to file a police report if we didn’t like the outcome. After spending three hours in total with the front desk trying to resolve issues — including discovering they were about to charge me for an extra room — the only compensation offered was a 3% discount. The rooms themselves were not very clean, and the furniture was frayed, stained, and worn out. Even for an affordable hotel, this experience was well below expectations. You truly don’t get what you pay for here.

This was an unexpected pleasure for my son and I. Aside from having to pay to park, everything was exquisite. We felt very luxurious and a very low price.

The beds are not comfortable at all and blood was found on one of our pillows. The sheets were changed but a promised pillow top was not left and when I inquired about, they had one of their cleaning staff leave it on the couch. We had to place it on the bed. With all the money we spent, they still charged $20 a day to park. Someone or a group of people were running around our floor at all hours of the evening ding dong ditching us and our neighbors. The pool was nice and the hottub. Breakfast was great!

Easy check in (you can check in digitally and skip the desk.). Room was cold but had extra blankets. Breakfast is top notch. Ordered a freshly made omlet with ham and veggies. Perfect. Check out was easy. There was a charge for parking.

We enjoyed our stay here with the bedroom and extra space for the couch and desk area. Not much to do in walking distance (especially in the heat) for families, if I don’t have a car uber is best and also uber eats. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water but provides ‘snacks’ in afternoons. Swimming pool ok, could be a bit more cleaner… but ok. Breakfast is great.

Overall, Embassy Suite is a great place to book your hotel stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast and happy hour was also a bonus for me. Book your stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

We were a little blindsided by the $20 nightly fee for self parking. It would make more sense if it was valet parking but it was self parking.

This is a nice family friendly hotel with good amenities and breakfast service, but the carpets have a strong odor. A deep clean or carpet wash is really needed.

The food was great!

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms with living room and door for privacy. Near a lot of shopping too. Would stay here again in the future! My only suggestion is if you plan to use a crib, bring your own pack n play sheet as they did not provide one.

Proximity yo everything

From the moment we walked in to when we left we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We walked in the room and there was a nice "Welcome Christina' on the TVs. Very clean. The staff was amazing! I really loved the Kyngs Grill food. The 16 oz sirloin was incredible. Never had a steak like it!!! Highly recommend for the price.

I love that they have snake plants in the hallway, provides great oxygen. The environment was home like in the room.

We came in for a soccer tournament, great place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. No complaints!!

The breakfast was disappointing for an Embassy Suites; it was at best the level of Hampton Inn, and on some mornings, not even that good. Evening receptions were also very disappointing; a few little crackers and chips are simply inadequate. Again, don’t offer it at all if you’re not going to offer better than that. Staff were all excellent and courteous, especially Marie at front desk. Unfortunately, 2 of 3 nights were unacceptable, primarily due to very noisy guests (kids playing in halls, dogs barking nonstop). We mentioned dog issue at front desk but the issue persisted. I understand the need for service animals, but this was just a small noisy lap dog, which like the kids, had parents/owners who did not properly care for them. I know this isn’t entirely the fault of the hotel, but it made for a very unsatisfactory stay nonetheless.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and plenty of fresh towels. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to all the major Orlando attractions, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day at the parks. The on-site facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and restaurant, were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was quick even during busy mornings. We truly felt like valued guests every single day. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area. This hotel made our trip even more special!

i like the breakfast here. And they have an evening reception with snacks and drinks if you are there in the evening. Location was close to stores and restaurants. I will stay here again.

Clean room and good food

We had an excellent time! All staff were friendly and everything was nice and clean.

The hotel was okay, sheets had stain and the restroom carried an odor . The second day I asked to have sheet changed they didn’t change it and they didn’t clean up restroom when I asked to tidy up.

On our second night at the hotel a rodent crossed our path as we were headed to out room. Housekeeping failed to place liners in our waste baskets- horrible experience!!

I visited in July and booked at the last minute. I also extended my stay due to flight delays and cancellation. The staff were very friendly and awesome. No hassles. The food and drinks are good. The place is totally clean the hospitality crew when they see you in the halls, smile speak and ask if you need anything. The gift shop/market was pretty good the decor just everything.the front desk crew were all so awesome. I didn’t have any problems when it was time to leave they made sure they say thanks for visiting and please come back soon. I even had uber food delivered with the friendliness even food at the hotel grill was awesome. No complaints at all thank you for a great stay.

The parking expenses every night for parking was not something to be expected. That was disappointing to learn. I wouldn’t want to stay here again simply because of that. My other family stayed at an embassy suite and parking was free there.

It was close to the theme parks. The hotel has every bell and whistle, price was decent. And I could say that there was nothing that I didn’t like.

The only downside for me was the bed and pillows. The bed was a bit too firm for my comfort, and the pillows were too soft, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. That said, everything else about the stay was fantastic, and I would consider staying here again, especially if the bedding options improve.
