Clean property, courteous and kind staff, free coffee and creamer, clean rooms. More and better parking availabilities. With the electric car stations put in it makes it difficult and had to park in the far parking lot.

I had just had a procedure on my knee asked about elevator being out of service they said 15 min and 2 hours later I was still sitting in my car. Then had to work so they got me good. Paid for a day where i couldn't access my room. And they didn’t care
