Wonderful staff, large clean room with comfortable beds made our stay very pleasant. The burger restaurant was delicious and the servers were wonderful and very attentive. Easy access back onto highway was a plus.

The breakfast was amazing and the waiter was super friendly and accommodating. The front staff was not friendly and inviting at all, not om checkin or checkout. The hotel was dirty from the start the rugs at the front door didn't look like they'd been cleaned for a long time. The elevator had broken panels, not affecting function but just not great looking for first impressions. The entire suite was dirty. Looked like it had maybe gotten spot cleaned. Maybe. But there were blobs if I'm assuming/hoping soap all over the floors throughout. There was hair in the bathroom area all over the floor.

Hotel stay was ok other than the front desk was rude. We were told we were not allowed to plug up our boat to outdoor power by fron desk worker without consulting any manager. Employee was extremely rude and didnt have authorization to deny access to the power outlet.

Check in friendliness excellent! Beautiful lobby, room was spotless and roomy. Beds and pillows like a cloud. My view of the firepit and pond LOVE! Restaurant had the happiest servers/bartenders and the food was top notch!! Drinks were perfect. 100%!

Pretty much everything. Very good location...... Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The only issue I had with my room was the bathroom. I feel the bathtubs need some type of mats so people won't fall. I almost fell twice because of the body soap. It was very slippery.

I like the room was clean it was a lot space . I love the bathroom mirrors . What I didn’t like there was no ice machine in the hallway my room was in . I didn’t like I couldn’t get free breakfast when I paid $160 for a room . I didn’t like one of the plugs on the right side didn’t work at all .

Wifi was slow. Bed had a really bad sunken in spot in it, shower was difficult to operate.

Beautiful spacious room was spotless! Really enjoyed the restaurant. Some of the best garlic parm wings I’ve ever eaten. Buffet breakfast the next morning was delicious. Overall, loved the hotel!

Clean room and facility. Friendly workers. We also loved that the bathroom had Dove products instead of products that would normally dry out my skin when using them.

Great hotel. The food was really good, everything was super clean, and the whole place just felt well taken care of. The workout room was solid too, had everything I needed. Overall an amazing stay.

This place used to be amazing. I had to be moved for the first time into a different room because the first room didn’t have a TV with the couch and the computer chair was all tore up the second room didn’t have a TV with the couch again and this room, the shower was a little dirty, and there was water stains on the wall from the roof leaking on the fifth floor. I never had issues like this before this used to be my spot. I don’t think I’ll be back for a very long time. They need to update this place. It’s been used too much for the casino and the power plant and people have ruined it and no, there’s no upkeep.

Security. Having to use key cards to operate elevators, felt safer. Rooms were upkept nicely and beds and linen were comfortable

I've been going to this Holiday Inn for a few years with my family. My grandkids Has autism they are comfortable there. They love the pool and the dining room

We spent a the July 4th week here. It was lovely. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Room service was on point. The restaurant is next to the outside patio with a firepit. That alone was enough to have many romantic moments for my husband & I to connect. My son loved the gym, restaurant and pool. He's 17 yrs old. He left us many times to explore the city.

Great atmosphere.

I didn't like that the room I booked was not available. I wanted 2 queen beds in my room. That's what I booked. I got a king bed which was not acceptable. I had to sleep on the couch. Very disappointed in that.

was staying just one night for a state middle school bowling tournament. Book this hotel based on recommendation of another parent who would stay there in previous years. Initially from the outside and inside everything looks pretty nice. But once you’re there, we found that the hotel is slowly going downhill the door to our bathroom wouldn’t latch. My son got stuck in the stairway because one of the stairway doors was broken. Another parent visiting for the weekend informed us at dinner that they had ants in their room. And a different family complained that their bathroom fan made a terrible screeching noise when they turned it On. The coffee maker in our room also didn’t work. also feels like they nickel and dime me to death with charging for breakfast and not even offering free coffee. They have a coffee machine which cost three dollars for just a basic coffee. I say take your three dollars and go across the street to Dunkin.this was a nice hotel but it seems like perhaps maintenance is not being maintained.

Matt did a great job checking us in, answering our very mundane questions about the area. Professional and attentive, he made us feel welcome. Staff at the restaurant greeted us warmly as well. An enjoyable visit.

My toilet in my room would not flush. Maintenance was closed so the guy came with the plunger. It worked after that for a couple of flushes but then stopped again!

Nice hotel for some reason I was given a handicap room, maybe because I ask for lower floor room. Microwave was dirty, but everything else was good. We stay this location every year. Start look a little run down with room upkeep. Bed were comfortable.

Tv didn’t work in the room. There was a spill from someone’s drink next to the tv that looked like it was left for days. Kind of a hassle checking in. Bar in the hotel wasn’t too bad. Parking is a bit limited in front.

This is the first motel I've been to that charges for coffee in the morning. Travelers who've been driving on 80 all day should get some free coffee for 200/night. What's worse is the kiosk just spat out hot water and the hotel wouldn't refund my 4$ for the coffee telling me I needed to contact the manufacturer of the machine.

The elevator jumps and jerks when stopping and makes one wonder if they are going to be trapped between floors. There was a grab bar outside the bathtub, but nothing inside and the bottom of the tub was slippery. Staff was slow to replace food at the breakfast buffet. We never did get a chance to have French toast. There was no half-and-half for the coffee, just nondairy creamer. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Great stay, it is so quiet and clean. Breakfast could be better for the price, I wouldn’t buy it again. But the servers were working hard and so friendly and efficient. Staff was helpful and friendly, a gentleman named Paul checked us in and he was a delight.

Stayed here for an overnighter due to a wedding at the Joliet Train station, nice clean hotel.

The front desk person was always on his phone while customers waiting for service. The elevator will not let you sleep coz too noisy. They need to fix it. Its going up and down all night and feels like someone is nailing the floor

Did not like how they Bill. Did pay at property but they ran and put a hold on money before I even arrived. They also put a hold of $50 per night for incidentals. Pool is in an inconvenient place and the hot tub was not working(whole reason I chose this hotel).

My guy friend and I had ran into some hiccups checking in. Check in was given a different room standard from the room I reserved but they was so sweet to correct it and moved us to a new room. With the new room we didn’t have hot water but it was ok knowing we were going to be out about. Overall the stay was awesome!!!

It was ok. Had an issue at check in because the room key would not work on the elevator. Had to get a different key 3 times before the elevator would work.

Very cozy place. Beds were nice and clean and comfy! Pool however did have mold on edges which to me is a big concern also in our room there was black spots on ceiling which is very concerning. Tubs also very concerning as the floor was slippery and my toddler hit his head showering. Please get that situated or you guys could get a lawsuit on your hands. Other than that it was a nice stay! Loved the restaurant option added onto it as well! Staff was super friendly and kind and bilingual which is a plus in my book!

Check in was wonderful, however the jacuzzi and swimming pool was very dirty… the sauna was ok. Our room was ok. The pull out sofa bed was small. Other than that , the staff were very kind and pleasant.

Great hotel . All you can Breakfast too expensive for what was offered. Pool dirty and jacuzzi had mold all around the top and all over the foam floating on top . Very disappointed not able to enjoy/relax in pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The location was perfect for our visit and the room was beautiful. In fact, the entire property was so well kept and beautiful. I used the pool, the sauna and the whirlpool in the a.m. and my husband used the workout room! The beds were so comfy! We also had a burger and fries for dinner, and ate breakfast at the restaurant. It was an entirely pleasant experience! I couldn't recommend this facility enough! Holiday Inn will be my new go to for stays in my future travels!

The staff was amazing and accomadating. The breakfast at Burger Theory was blah. You could tell it wasnt a fresh cooked breakfast. The food was very "rubbery." But otherwise, it was an awesome hotel.

The room it self was really nice. The hot tube had some dirt in the bubbles. My biggest issue is our room had a connecting door with the room next to us. So the people next to us were being loud till 3am and yelling and talking slamming doors. We had to be up by 7am to make my sons game. We also could hear the people outside around the fire pit screaming and being super loud because they were drunk. I wish the walls were thicker and windows were as well. If they had this it would have been a great stay. Be careful staying here because it is a gamble of if someone will be partying all night next door in another room. You will hear everything.

The property is conveniently located near I-80.

Thought it was an Express. Charge for breakfast. Small room. Curtain hanging from rod. No coffee refill for day 2. Outside fire pit looked like Ukraine. Hundreds of cigarettes all over. Bad experience for my 89 year old wife.

Very nice- the room was a little humid, but very clean and the people are great!

The day we checked out I dropped our room keys off at the front desk. The lady at the front desk didn't even look up at me. Just a quick thank you as I was walking out. This was the 2nd and last time we'll be staying here. They are just letting this nice hotel go down. Which is unfortunate.

Other than that everything was good.
