Breakfast was good, what there was of it. Location was good, easy access to the highway.

A good review We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay and were very impressed with the overall experience. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. The service provided by the staff was consistently attentive and courteous. We particularly appreciated the convenient location and the serene ambiance. We would be delighted to recommend this establishment to others.

Very bad customer service, the staff did not return something was left behind in the room. The pillows were extremely dirty. Some of the towels were dirty too.

The pool was warm. It was a tick in the bed,The lady with the blond messed up wig and the dirty shirt was rude.

We arrive very late and we didn't see that the mattress was dirty :) I see something the next day I tried to explain to the guy in front desk that morning and he said why you didn't let us know when you arrived (we were so tired) I was charge extra money and the manager told it will be only $153 and he charge $30 extra because extra people but we made a reservation for two room. ( room 219-315). There is animal in there/ the pillow in my brother room was bad

Very convenient location. The property was cared for and staff was pleasant. The room was clean on the surface but there was some places on the walls that showed dirt. The commode was very low so that it was hard to get up. This is more of a concern for older people.

Great value for the price.

The room was clean, but looked worn. The hotel could use a refresh. The breakfast items were few and not appealing. I drove across the street to McDonald's for breakfast every day.

Parking was safe and the hotel is convenient and easy to get to.

Fridge was broken. Staff immediately gave us a new room, handled problem swiftly! Wonderful breakfast area with lots of options. Great location right off highway, but noise level wasn't bad. Lots of pillows! Would stay again.

Great overnight stay on our road trip. Very clean room & comfortable beds. Same breakfast provided at all Comfort Inns. This location is a little older and well maintained. Front desk staff was helpful & friendly. Easy off/on from RT 80 with closeby restaurants. Would definitely stay again .

Check in was easy, clerk didn't smile at all. Breakfast was mediocre. Toilet in room didn’t flush, we had to fill up the garbage can with water and put it in the back of the toilet to flush. Heater was either too cold or too hot, no in between.

A welcoming and friendly staff, my room warm and cozy, love the nature all around the facility, and of course the amenities were awesome.

And we are not picky people……

Parking lot was well-lit. Facility was clean. The room initially assigned to us smelled like smoke, so the desk clerk arranged for us to have a different room. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but it had a variety of breads as well as eggs and sausage. The room was very basic but met our needs for a bed and hot shower.

pillows were terrible- missmatched sizes (idk how that is possible but they did it) shower head was broken- sprayed the whole bathroom with water. bed was stiff an non supportive, ac unit didn’t keep a consistent temp in the room over night. also took forever to get hot water for a shower or washing hands

We reserved a king room and they put us in queen room. Bathroom untidy patch work in bathtub and shower head and ice machine had mold in the drain pan and you could see it.

It was terrible. Room smelled really bad like if someone smoked in there. They wouldn’t want to refund us.

The room had wet carpet and smelt like mildew. There were no food options. And we asked for a late check out as we didn’t get in until late and they had to get the GM to call us to tell us he’d give us an hour extra.

The rooms looks great at first, until upon further inspection the room is dirty, and doesn’t feel great to sleep in. Our comforter has visible stains, the lights flicker, and ac hasn’t been working properly. Service has been slow as well

Overall this place was reasonably good. The continental breakfast was good. Not very crowded. Parking was excellent.

Easy check in, and nice staff but the room wasn’t fully cleaned, there was pee on the toilet seat, mold in the shower. They called in the cleaning crew to clean while we were gone and gave us the managers card but manager wasn’t very helpful. Also was given different times for breakfast, was originally told 10am, but the next morning when there was no breakfast was told we missed it and it’s actually over at 9am.

Spent an evening here and this hotel delivered. The area is quiet and lots of sidewalk space to walk the dog. It felt safe to me. Front desk staff were great. They deserve a raise! Our bedroom was clean, sheets were well made and ready for occupancy. The breakfast selections were adequate for our needs. We will stay here again.

Door key not working properly, fridge door bottom bar broken, security lock screws loose, man at reception refused to hand me a receipt for the room.

We just needed a room for a quick overnight and it was worth the price. The hotel was clean but in need of an update. The age of things like the flooring, doors, bathroom etc gave it a negative appearance at first glance. It was quiet, easy to access and close to our venue.

Most of the outlets in the room didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work. There was a giant gash in the bathroom door and Fox News was blaring in the lobby. I turned it off before I threw a rock through it. Next time through the lobby, they'd put it back on. Way to bring politics into your rundown hotel.

I wish I had read reviews about the property before booking. As you walk in to the reception area, there are 2 ventilation ducts that were overhead. Both had rings of water droplets around their frames. We got to our room. It had a strange odor and felt really damp. The a/c would only blow cool air if it was set to the lowest temp with the fan on high. Something was loose inside the unit and would regularly make clanking noises. In the bathroom, the ceiling over the shower was moldy, the toilet was really short and the shower drain had something inexplicable going on with it. Except for the sheets, the whole room just felt dirty. The breakfast area was compact. There was just 1 waffle iron - so don't be in a hurry for some waffles.

One problem is that somehow I’m in a handicap room. I did not request that so I’m not sure how that got on the record. Please change that.

Hotel was in acceptable appearance with the exception of our rooms. Our first room had an odor, possibly from someone smoking. Not sure but we asked for a different room. Our next room was outdated in terms of appearance and service. Poor lighting, television reception was minimal, cable tv options were poor. The worse thing we encountered was the bathroom. The shower wall had MOLD on it. Very unhealthy!!!

We had an issue with bed bugs that crawled across the bed along with a dead roach under the mattress and bed frame. We informed the front desk and they did not seem to care about the issue. We did not receive another room and we immediately left the hotel

I hate to be negative, but this place needs help. We didn’t take showers because the showerhead was black. The corners of the floors were gross. But The bed was comfortable. Every outlet in the room wouldn’t hold a plug, they were so loose.

The hotel couldn’t provide a clean room and a bed that didn’t have hair and fresh stains. The 1st room bed was very disgusting. The front desk person was very apologetic as he checked all 3 rooms with me. He said the cleaning staff didn’t clean. The manager would not refund me even though I left and did not stay. I went next door to another hotel. There was another couple that came in after me and left for the same reason.

Rust on door frames and not worth the stay and from lady ignored and to busy to help

Shower didn’t work. Heater wouldn’t shut off when needed. Refrigerator only worked full cold. Security door kept getting propped open. Comforter on bed was soiled.

I had a good stay. I arrived after midnight due to travel, and the front desk employee was very friendly. The room itself was nice. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The shower was a little rundown and the toilet probably needs replaced, but it was not a problem. Breakfast in the morning was standard and a nice addition. I would stay here again.

Staff was very welcoming. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Only 4 stars because the lobby and all public places were hot and humid. It’s that time of year though so not a big deal. The gym was just above bad. That was the bigger issue for me.

The property is run down and smells like weed in the hallways and the room I was given. Shower rod was broken so the shower curtain did not stay closed when in use. Breakfast was fine and that area was very clean.

We booked the hotel room online, and when we arrived, we were pleasantly impressed with the receptionist and our room. It was very clean and quite comfortable. We would highly recommend Comfort Inn for your next stay in this area.

This is a comfortable & affordable place for a quick stay with no frills. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

The remodeling quality was a little off, especially around the tub. The staff ànd breakfast were great.

The room smelled like fish when I checked in after driving all day. Later in the evening, I stepped in a wet pet spot by the bed. I covered it with towels and reported it in the morning. I also noticed that the toilet seat had spots with feces in two locations, on top & below the front lip. Yuk! Still, I slept well and met another guest outside who was also traveling I-80. That was nice!

The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and large. The motel was right off I-80 and was very convenient to get to restaurants & other areas in the city. The room was a somewhat dated, and the fridge & fan were a bit loud when they kicked-in. Overall, it was good experience, and we would stay there again!

After a long day of driving across country it was delightful to relax in clean surroundings with warm friendly staff. Genuinely pleased and impressed. I would definitely stay in a Comfort Inn again!

I left and forgot my CPAP machine in room, housekeeping had front desk call my cell phone to tell me and luckly i wasn't even a mile away. Very thankful for that!!

Check in was easy and seamless, lobby area was clean and tidy. Facility were in decent condition it looked like they were newer and were clean. Room was modest but was clean. Was really happy to see daily room service, that was a real treat. Everyone was polite and attentive but there seemed a personal touch missing, people like to feel appreciated.

My stay was terrible, first room, smell of smoke and owner didn’t seem to believe me . Didn’t give me another room until he checked for himself. They charged me a pet fee per night, Holiday Inn down the street charges per stay. Back door was always partially open, not secure and people congregated outside. Overall unfriendly staff. Will not stay here again.

Weve been here all weekend due to job change. This is always our first choice hotel to stay in while in Joliet. For as much as we are here you would think we would get a discount after so many stays lol. Nice location, plenty of dining places around, a few in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. For the most part it's pretty quiet in our rooms, occasionally youll have a rude guest that doesnt know how to quietly close there door. With it being a pet hotel, i wish they would consider making some of these rooms with just hardwood floors for pets. Carpeting is such a bad idea with a pet hotel.

I really wish they would bring back the old shower heads though. The one that was installed in the rooms we stayed in have a rotating center piece in the shower and it seems like the pressure doesnt do to good with this type of shower head. Personally, i perfer to be able to soak in a hot bath most days i come off the road to relax the muscles and aches, but each is to there own. We will always be returning customers to this location.
