Hampton Inn Joliet - I-80

The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though.

Great location and enjoyed the room. The staff was exceptional.

Our room (103) was right next to weight room and could not sleep because the weight was dropped continuously starting at 4:30 on the floor.

Promote her to Management she will only complement your Hotel chain...! I will be writing to the corporate office of what I didn't like about the stay I had couple months ago that left a bad image of whom you hire. This individual was very disrespectful and borderline, racist! Christina and other staff members is why I continue to book a room there from time to time....

Extremely well appointed. Linens were clean & good quality. Bathroom was very clean with good water pressure. Coffee in room + at registration desk. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Well stocked commissary for snacks & EXCELLENT breakfast! Jean, the breakfast attendant was baking fresh cookies for the road!! Nothing to report.

Rooms were clean and staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are a bit tight when you walk in. We could not unload the luggage cart in our room and had to do it from the hall which is not a huge deal breaker but the storage and space for a family is not the most convenient and you end up having to live out of a suitcase.

The hotel was close to the casino, which is why we chose it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Great stay. Have stayed at this hotel 3x now. They always leave a few pool toys for kids to play with, like a beach ball, and the breakfast is the best I have ever seen at a hotel for free.

This Hampton Inn is clean, smells good (no smoke or other odors), and up to date. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is quite convenient to I-80. Mid-level highway traffic noise on one side of the building, specify if needed.

Fast checkin clean room very nice breakfast 6am clean work out room

1st night - Noise levels with screaming children at 6am running up and down the hallway. 2nd night early am dog running in the hallway barking around 7am. On my 2nd day stay I left before 10am returned after 3pm and room had not been cleaned when I telephoned the front desk I was informed of a staff shortage but they finally got to it and brought me a gift bag of snacks as a complimentary Were Sorry

Just bear in mind it is by the highway so you may need earplugs if you are sensitive. But I had a great stay with my friend!

Very quiet & comfortable stay!

I enjoyed my stay until the nighttime. The highway traffic was a bit much for a person that is a light sleeper. But overall, it was a nice place. Easy on and off the highway, not too far from the casino if you are one to play and enjoy the casinos. If I'm in the Joliet area again, I will be staying there again.

All the staff were all very friendly! The hotel is very well kept and clean. The pool area is very clean as well, pool is crystal clear!

The breakfast was very good both mornings. Staff was sper friendly and accomodating. What the family did not like was that the bed mattresses were extrememly hard and uncomfortable.

I found the hotel to be very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff are friendly. When we arrived and checked in, I was told that they would have to let us into our room because they couldn't make any keys at that time. Then they were able to get one made while we were still at the front desk. We really needed two keys but that never happened. But, the motel was clean and nice.

If the hot tub is fixed and they move the outdoor area we may choose to stay here again.

Clean hotel with comfortable bed, all you need for a good night of sleep. Air conditioning was quiet in our room. Staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. Loved the receptionist! Cracker Barrel is two min walking distance.

We got there they didnt tell us stuff was out of order until after we paid. The sheets on the bed smelled like they were not cleaned they smelled like smoke and body oder, there was mold in the corner of our shower, it was very noisy we could here people coming in and out of the door all night long and yes they can control how fast the outside door closes. They also told us there is free wifi once we got to our room and tried to log in it wanted us to pay. So wifi was not free. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable. Checkin took awhile because they were getting used to a new system and couldn’t get my credit card to enter. Pet fee was $50…ouch! And very close to interstate so if traffic noise bothers you, wouldn’t recommend. Pet fee would be the only thing to prevent us from staying again. Overall very happy with it.

The front desk staff was some of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Both the night attendant as well as the morning staff when we checked out. SO sweet!

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Complimentary was great - well stocked and very clean. I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility.

I do want to point out that the assistant property manager was not initially open to help with the situation. She seemed intent on turning us away because we did not have the confirmation number. It wasn't until after our insistence was she able to help. Another complicating factor was that the hotels confirmation number was not on my trip confirmation email. Usually the hotle confirmation number appears on that email,

This is a good property to stay at. They have a pool and a hot tub that I looked forward to in every hotels. It's a short distance drive to food and other things.

I was checked in by a friendly clerk who said "if for any reason you find a reason to change rooms let me know". The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast, while it was the usual Hampton menu, was good and the eating area exceptionally clean. In the AM, there were tons of workers going about their jobs very professionally. This place knows how to hire good employees and it shows!

We always stay here when we come to town to see our daughter. The two young ladies that checked us in on 9/30 were the BEST!!

They can’t give me the room I reserved, they can’t put me in a good floor room, they unwilling to solve the problem.

Staff was great, breakfast was good. The pool was TINY and the beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were weirdly small too. There isn't much in the area around either aside from a McDonald's and another fast food place that randomly closed early on a Saturday night.

This place is great. Good check in experience. So clean, so fresh, so nice, so comfortable. The only complaint is the pillows. One was lumpy, one was too flat, need a just right pillow. I would totally recommend staying here.

Stayed after sons wedding. Had everything we needed

We were celebrating our Anniversary this weekend and the service was great. Very pleased with the room. Only hiccup was our room was close to the lobby and the maintenance people woke us up while working. Other than that, great amenities and we will be back.

The front desk ladies were great!!! Everything was clean and working properly. The only thing I didn’t like were the scrambled eggs. Otherwise, the rest of the breakfast was really good. Wouldn’t hesitate on any future stays!

While the property was clean and a great place to stay i was disappointed in the fact that i had reserved several weeks in advance a room with 2 queen beds. I was given a king suite with onr bed and a uncomfortable sleeper sofa. I left with a sore back!!! When i questioned the room i was told we dont have any rooms with 2 beds!!!
