We always stay at this hotel because the hotel meets our needs. The hotel is close enough to everything that we want to do, so is very convenient. We like the new rapid transit and commuter train system in Jakarta and area. This makes getting around much easier. The systems are clean and impressive. The hotel is fine, but the traffic in Jakarta is becoming more crazy every year.

the drawback was the sauna which was under maintenance and the staff was not aware. Room aircon need to improve due to not cold. Thank you The Doorman did not tell me which terminal Air Asia flight was. I book a grab to the main terminal and then had to take a train to Terminal 2 where Air Asia flight was. Thank you

The location was near the mall, and the breakfast was very extensive

There's no shower handled. A shower with handle could be very useful for bathing kids and also there's a weird smell at times near the laundry room, similar to a leaking pipe maybe.

Great breakfast. Bed was super comfy. They provided big pillows and not those flat kinds. Provided a water filter so it was very convenient instead of buying multiple mineral water bottles. Furniture a bit outdated and some stains in the carpet that was not able to clean I guess. Corridors smelt a bit musty. Cld be the air or the carpets

I came with my mom, sister and my daughter. I took the 2 rooms apartment. The rooms were occupied with complete facilities ie. washing machine + dryer, a kitchen and King Bed to each room. We really love it so much. The rooms, sofa and a dining table was properly arranged suited for the elderly esp my mom to walk in and out of the rooms and living hall. The room service was tip top. Friendly and helpful. I can say breakfast was also okay where the hotel provided from a light to heavy meals. A 2 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall. Overall stay was superb and i like the nice good smells of the hotel frpm the lobby to the corridor of the rooms. A convenient stay with easily available of grabs Didnt manage to pick up the cons so far.

Breakfast was very good the aeration of the floors was not to expectation. There were indeed air freshners but the air was stuffy

Exceptional breakfast. Room was clean and a good value for money. Nice pool. Unfortunately woken up by nearby prayer happening at 4.30am.
