All with excellent value for Jakarta. I ate the western breakfast. It was cold on all 3 days I stayed at the hotel.

The menu is great! Nearby mall - family mart, Indomaret, JCo. donut, Starbucks, Watson..etc. Near MRT Rasuna Said station.

There was a concert the first 2 nights we stayed. It was quite noisy at night.

Staff named Elva in reception helped me a lot with a check-in process. They upgraded our room to Ambassadors Club and my kids really enjoyed their afternoon tea. Choice of breakfast is not as much as I expected but still nice.

The worst service I ever discovered in a hotel!!! I already paid in Booking.com app and received a payment confirmation email. On arrival they claimed that it is not paid even then app said it is paid and the receipt as well! They forced me to pay again! So I got charged twice! Only offer reporting to Booking.com they admit the mistake. But still no refund! Unbelievable!!! Instead of just voiding the payment they say they will take 2 weeks to refund. So I’m still charged twice!!! Really bad hotel!!!
