its good location property and quiet good breakfast even for vegetarian friendly too. there was separate choice of indian breakfast and masala chai too. they have indian restaurant on 36th floor which is decent and good to explore. I didnt feel room which I got it was value buy

Breakfast was awesome and the location was great. Staff were helpful and friendly The room smelled musty and the furniture was old. Curtains and walls were stained. The toilet leaked and wouldn’t flush.

Nothing Very smelly room , dirty room, dirty floor, bad bedsheet, dirty curtain and everything in the room old furniture, it’s not described as five star hotel, this is bad experience

location wise is great, near with alfa mart 24 hour store and kuningan mall which help a lot for u guys taht want a snack or proper food anytiome unfortunately the response when i requested a shaver that was misssing when i get in the room took nearly 30-45 min to be send to me, it is not what i expect for a good hotel service

Even check in time was after mid night reception kindly arranged to meet my request. All staff are very kind and always smiling.

We had great room for family of 3 of us one big bed and one single bed. Location is great and convenient for everything. We had great stay with this hotel. We recommended other Travers also. Improve the level of English of Hotel staff. That is impotent to make the proper communication with customer. Bit more varieties of western breakfast will makes things better.

Breakfast many choices but looks the same menu since we stayed for three nights. Room is so so quite crampy. Toiletries were replenished upon request. CHeck in delayed due to non smoking room unavailability. Most restaurant towards evening closes too early. The massage was a good package. Location of the hotel - not so near malls . need to walk a lot. public transport not near also. STaff not friendly

All the menus provided at the hotel cafe are very satisfying The Funiture and beds are a bit worn

The location to the office is ideal. It is also very close to a main shopping centre which also helped. The breakfast was also very good. I was on a non-smoking floor, but the 3 men in the room beside me were constantly smoking heavily. This caused my room to smell horrible and all of my clothes and bed linen smelt of cigarette smoke. I complained but nothing was done. The bed was also very hard.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Communication was sometimes a little challenging with English being their second language. Comfortable bed and room was large. Loved that the hotel room key when swiping to use the lift automatically preset to my floor. I did have an issue with my toilet in the hotel room (not flushing properly) and after several attempts at trying to get it looked at, I gave up. Communication problem both over the phone and in person at the reception desk. Other negatives I have about my stay was that I was put in a smoking room, I was offered to be moved the second day, but I was only there for the 2 days so it was pointless. I didn't book a smoking room so was disappointed about being stuck on that floor of the hotel. Lastly, I would not recommend dining at the hotel. Lovely staff but the food was well below standard. I ordered a simple Margarita Pizza which took approx 40 minutes (only 2 others in the restaurant) and when it finally arrived it was stone cold. I'm sure it was a frozen pizza just heated up (but not heated). Anyhow, I asked they take it and heat it up, but when it came back it was only slightly warm. Not good at all. The English / communication wasn't easy either although I have to say the staff did provide us with a complimentary drink after the pizza issue.
