The friendly staff, except for the lobby who handled the check in, was the worst experience ever. The check in proces was worse, totally not friendly and not helpfull. There was 1 familiy, waiting behind me and thats it. The man was so in a rush. And the room was horrible. The 2 phones inside the unit was broken. The showers had no water pressure at all. Some sockets didnt work at all. The linnen had all stains. This is the worst experience ever. no value for the money at all. This was my 2nd stay and the last time as well.

It was nice to have an apartment which catered for three adults and which gave us room to relax. Booking directions did not tell us which tower to go to.

Close to Cassablanka shopping mall and the security athe premises. Great leisure facilities and a supermarket Removing the self catering facilities and washing machine defiles the whole idea of apartment.

The low level of hygiene does not have a hall that does not rise to the level of five stars Furniture garbage furniture is dirty toilets. Treating reception staff is bad. The amount of one million rupees is taken unnecessarily. This is not found in all hotels except in this old, worn out hotel.

2 bdrm apartment is very spacious. I complain about the ac in the living room isn’t cold, but they fix the problem very fast. Staff are amazing . Food mart just right down stairs. The garden paths looks amazing for short walk .location amazing. They knocked the door every morning for free sweet bread. .. But balcony can’t be opened and look dirty. Bathroom floor and wall need restoration. Looks awful and full of stains.
