Its close to the place we met our client, the breakfast was adequate, the pool was awesome for our kid. The room not cold enough, and the exhaust in the bathroom is not working. For a smoker its the least comfortable (we booked smoking room).

The room is not as described on the website. Hot water is limited and the room is somehow quite dirty. no place to put luggage. very-very standard room. It is not worth the price!

Super comfortable beds and particularly pillows. Although booked room only since not a breakfast person, the buffet set up and offering was extensive and well presented. I enjoyed great coffees and pastry at the lobby lounge catered by young and enthusiastic team members. Super helpful and friendly team members.

affordable. breakfast is ok, albeit food is cold. caused me to have stomach ache. breakfast at restaurant is cold -- the rice, the meat, vegetables. Housekeeping is slow. The drawer dropped off I complained first day. Complained to front desk. no action. Reminded them on day 2. It takes 3 days to solve. We asked for 2 sets of small and 2 sets of big towel since me and wife staying. They did not deliver and we have to keep reminding them.

Perfect personal __HOTEL__This hotel has nothing to do with FOUR STARS HOTEL. Website pictures are old, like the hotel, like the room carpeting and all its old marks, like the broken radio into the shared areas. Sweat breakfast wasn't so good: pandan roti was old and dry, pastry was not fresh too. __1st ROOM__ Wasn't so clean - Broken equipments -> AC (noisy and NO cold air) and broken kettle - Nothing in the fridge. So we asked to change room __2nd ROOM__ Clean - Functional equipment - Optional food and drink inside - But SO SO SO NOISY coz of the road.
