I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception staff who was on duty during the early morning hours (1:00 am). The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive whenever I needed assistance with an issue during my stay. His kindness and willingness to help left a very positive impression on me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hospitality and service provided by the hotel, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Jakarta.

careful, the hotel is located in an area that closes gates at night. so for anyone who wants to come/go by car/motorbike at night, this would not be possible. need to carry your luggage 200 meters to cross the gate

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the mall, bus stops, and the MRT station. It made getting around the city very easy. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. ??

The room was dirty, the bathroom looked old and dirty;; one of the rooms did not had a window and the smell was bad, the breakfast was not great but in one of the mornings there were so mani ants and we did not want to eat. In most of the areas the smell of naphthalene was to much for me. The mosque was right underneath our window and it scared us the first morning because we did not know it was there. However, the next day we slept with ear plugs and it was fine.

The location is so convenient. It is walking distance from Plaza Indonesia, MRT and bus stations. For the room, we stayed on the 4th Floor and the view is so amazing at night. The breakfast is okay as well, I wish they had creamer for the coffee hehe This is not something we don't really like but more of for information of the future guests, the hotel is near, I think 3 mosque, so during their prayer time, you can hear it from your room but it is not that bothering.

The location it's in Central nearest in public transportation and nearest of tourist attraction too and hotel employee are so coprative, loving caring and helping . There was some minor things like there was no coffee maker in room and there was no shampoo I suggest hopefully when I go next time those will be available there.

Good value for money for short trip. I booked a superior double room, but they checked me in a lower grade room without even telling me that the room I booked/paid for is not available (complete disrespect). I couldn’t let it go after I reviewed my booking so I had to complain, but the manager didn’t even admit it. Very bad attitude and unfriendly. Instead of apologizing, he offered me to leave the hotel (it was midnight). I had to call Booking.com to fix the situation. Receptionists are nice and helpful. Room is okay for the money paid. Breakfast is limited and pure local dishes but lacking hygiene.

The staff was nice. Great location. Affordable room service. Local breakfast included on the terrace with city view. No consistency with food offerings for breakfast or room service. The local breakfast is understandably a staple but they should provide milk for the coffee as well as a daily continental breakfast options for people that can’t stomach heavy meals in the morning. Bread and cereals. not once or twice a week would be idéal

About what you pay for. The room was quite small. The breakfast is simple. The AC makes the room smell a bit. There is some mold here and there in the bathroom. However, it was quite clean (moving the bed did not lead to disgust), the rooftop terrace is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
