Property is located on city center, walking distance to malls and other attractions. The restaurant have very good food, you must try it and you will not regret .

Although I was on a non smoking floor, the smell of cigarette came through.

The location is good. The design is good. Overall is good. Bedding is quite old especially the bed sheets. The room size is quite small.

Loved the decor throughout, (except in our room). Good in restaurant was exceptional, and the music was soothing & interesting. Great location. Wonderful staff. Really really really appreciated having a weighing scale in our room-- vital for travellers who need to be careful about luggage weight limits. The room was tiny, more like a small hostal room or dormitory. The televisión had no subscription channels.

Everything was good. Shoutout to the front office guy! As well the parking guys outside. Everyone was really nice except a lady from the resto. One restaurant staff was not nice. On our first day, my mother asked for warm water in a glass as she just came in from outside the lobby. One lady staff in the restaurant was super nice to gave her the water and she didnt charge us for the water. For the second day, another lady staff was not friendly. first of all she didnt know we were guests in the hotel. And my mom once again asked for warm water in glass like the day before. But this staff, she wanted to charge that tap water request with fancy water (Equil) price. my mom was wondering why the other day was alright and they offered it for free. My mom then cancelling the order because its ridiculous to drink regular water but got charged fancy water. In the end, its just water.. and in many places elsewhere if you ask for tap water, restaurant or specially hotel would just give it for free in the small glass. There was coffee machine there so it is so easy with the water source, not that they had to open a full on new mineral water bottle. Anyway, since my mom canceling the order, the lady staff came back to us and told us that my mom can have it for free. So okay... But weirdly the staff asked us what time was my mother ordered and got free (tap) water the other day. My assumption she was going to punish the other staff member for giving such a nice hospitality for the guest. So I told her I couldnt remember the time. In general this staff gave unfriendly vibe, so yeah, i wasnt impressed with her. Anyway besides that one restaurant lady staff, everything else was fine and met our expectation.
