Breakfast area had very limited options for non Asian food and there was a heavy smell of fried food, making it uncomfortable. The worst part though is that it is next to a mosque and a very long and very loud prayer starts at 4:30am and lasts for almost an hour. I sleep with earplugs and it still kept me awake for the whole time. Maybe rooms at the back are better. But make sure you bring earplugs if you are not used to this kind of noise in the middle of the night.

always a pleasure to return. staff is superb and location very good for my business trips. I like all in general although after staying so many times, i feel variety of breakfast offering could be improved yet for those visiting less often it's about right and would not miss anything from the current options.

best is location and the team at front office, always helpful and friendly. i have stayed many times so its' always a pleasure to be back. I felt breakfast this time could be better. noticed some changes, nothing major but coffee could be better. not being a big eater is ok but maybe for those that enjoy substantial breakfast more variety would be suggested especially if staying severa nights

Near from every thing it’s in the centre The hotel is nice has laundry in floor 5 by fees , The bed was dirty I speak with the front desk they were very nice and they offered to change it now but I was tired and I told them I will use my own bed cover for now , they change it next day

The location is excellent near restaurant and grocery stores I came at 08:40 am to check in but the receptionist just registered me, and I told her to check me in but she insists not to check in before 03:00 pm although there are vacant rooms, she said if I want to check in earlier I have to pay a full day !!! I replied to her that how come I pay for the past day. It is really unprofessional conduct.

Location is just perfection!! Central, Easy Access, Shopping Mall nearby. I love the pillow in the rooms, firm and comfy. Room and public area are cleaned. WiFi connection fast. Staff so friendly,helping and professional. Estri, lovelyn, ladies and gents at the reception desk(I don’t remember their name but they are so professional). HK team, Laundy team, staff at the restaurant during bfast. Shout out to security team at the front door. Always helping me.
