Breakfast was good, location is in the central I booked a double bed but got a twin bed instead, eventho I was traveling alone, and the wifi wasn't really stable

very good service , accommodating and helpful organizing meals with gojek through the night as i needed to finish some work and could not arrange personally. much appreciated. would suggest better pillows although this is quite subjective to individual guests. in my case i would have preferred harder pillows but again, some other guests might prefer those. breakfast could be a bit better.

Price was reasonable considering the location in central in town. Room was okay and comfortable. The air-cond really need servicing. It gets very hot in the room as you don't feel the air-cond. Please do something about it.

sort of improved experience after room transfer. 1st night aircon not working (technician never came) and water was dripping out from the ac all night and next day making the floor wet. Transfered to another room next day. And the fridge also not working in both rooms.

The location is good. Easy access to the city. The room is small but the main problem is the cleanliness was not at a good spot. We were given smelly and old towels and there is no option for 2 access cards.
