The room was very clean and tidy. The staff also very helpful. Will come again soon. The TV connection was very poor for 2 days. We cannot watch TV on the 19th and 20th January due to the problem.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We did the checked in quite late, at around 9pm but the bath towels are still not available in the room. Requested for more than 3 times, nothing happened. They never changed our towels during the housekeeping as well. Very run-down hotel, smelly room. Definitely will not return.

The location, its in front of a convenience store and a walking distance to Tanah Abang. A bit of a walk to Grand Indonesia though but its still alright. I booked two rooms and in one of the room, there were many marks and stains on both my bedsheet and the duvets. They werent clean. The housekeeping also did not change the towels for 3 nights I was there. But my other room was okay no complaint.

Nothing. Staffs were extremely not helpful and unfriendly. They forgot to provide towels and took ages to bring some that we had to come down to the lobby. We asked to borrow ONE GLASS and they said “No” .

The location is near to Tanah Abang, Sarinah, Grand Indonesia and Grand Plaza, just a walking distance and you can reach all those location as per mentioned earlier. The breakfast is good. The room was so small, the toilet is not clean, when the housekeeping come and clean my room, they just take my television remote and claim that i missed place it and they forgot to change towel instead just give 1 towel. After they call and asked for a new towel, they gave a damp towel.

Close to tanah abang market. 200m far walking distance. Ample prking area. Good mattress. Dirty toilet. Window screen blackish with mold. Toilet seat yellow and no sign of clean by staff.
